Venga a relajarse en este conveniente condominio en planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Beachwood Villas. Decorado en tonos sutiles, se sentirá libre de estrés tan pronto como llegue. Las encimeras de granito y un plano de planta abierto hacen que cocinar sea divertido mientras entretiene a su familia y amigos en la sala de estar. La sala de estar es un lugar acogedor para reunirse para juegos de mesa o para ver su programa de televisión o película favorita en el Smart TV. Siéntase libre de iniciar sesión en sus cuentas de Pandora y Netflix; solo recuerde desconectarse antes de su partida. (Sugerencia: el quiosco Redbox está convenientemente ubicado en el Tom Thumb frente al acceso a la playa).

Aproveche las tiendas y restaurantes locales, muchos de los cuales están a poca distancia. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property could use with some updates. The upstairs neighbors could be heard and garbage bags were not provided. Also, the linens were thin. The pool and other amenities were great! The location to the beach was amazing. Good deal for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you don’t want to deal with one of the worse and most greedy company’s stay away from. this VRBO & Benchmark Management Company. Even after notification of hospitalization and family emergency they refused a refund or trade off dates. They keep insisting we sign a contract although we requested to get out of it, they are persistent in bad way for their own benefit. STAY AWAY go another route but stay away from Benchmark Management which will also drive a lower rating for VRBO.

Needs better maintenance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the condo. The rental experience was great overall. The property, however, is not very well maintained. The bathroom had a leak from the above unit, which we informed the management of, only to find that it wasn’t thought of as a big deal. There was parts of the ceiling falling on us when we showered there so we basically we down a shower after that. Also there was a constant dripping coming from the bathroom, which was kind of annoying. Other than that, the pools were great, the condo was spacious and close to many restaurants and cream places which the kids enjoyed. There were many rules posted around that seemed to be seldom followed throughout the facility as a whole, like quiet time, and pool time and having your towels hang off the balcony. Most days we were too tired for the noise to keep us up, but some people were loud and inconsiderate and no one is there to enforce the rules. Still super close to the beach and fun. We enjoyed our week there, but would’ve liked the condo to have been better maintained.

Was a great location to stay with my husband and one other couple. We enjoyed the short walk/bike to the public beach access as well as quick bike rides to the Hub and Seaside.

Good location to the beach; less than 5 minute walk. Several occasions of roaches in the condo. Very squeaky twin beds in second bedroom. Lacking some kitchen cookware. Bike rack under stairs was hard to access. Credit for rental used but bike was in very poor condition.

Nice Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 14-G - Unit was okay, but in need of some work. Carpet was very worn. Furniture also worn. We were visited by two giant roaches during the week there. We would stay in that complex again, but not this unit.

Memorial Day Week/weekend stay
Nice little place, great area! A little bit of a walk to the beach if you have little ones or if your a little extra with the beach Toys & all. We rented a golf cart the third day. All & all it really was a nice time & the area is the best for family vacation! Literally the only thing I can say is that they need to do is put a new tv in the master. I read past reviews that said it didn’t work from last year so I figured they would have changed it by then but guess not.

Beechwood Villas our favorite
The area is clean and quiet. We have always enjoyed staying here,however,closer to the road. This location is a bit far back. We started to vacation here in 1997.

Not steps from the beach, no in room laundry, no king size bed.
Everything was great besides it was a block walk and three flights of stairs to the beach so not exactly steps. No laundry in room but they have a laundry mat that most machines don’t work well and you have to pay about $5 to wash and dry. The place we had was supposed to have a king size bed but it was a queen instead. It was a very kid friendly place with reasonable prices. Nice pools and plenty of things to do near by.

Nice place in good location
Nicely decorated unit across the street from the beach. Unit is in the back of the complex on first floor so can be noisy. Great location close to Seaside and Seagrove Beach.

Amenities met but updates definitely needed— especially guest beds which are uncomfortable and make horrible noises with the slightest movement. Being located on the ground floor was appreciated.
