This was a great condo. Clean. Comfortable. Location is busy, so might be better in the offseason, but we still enjoyed our stay!

The place was ok. It wasn’t fully stocked. Saw several roaches. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Linens were left on sofa bed. A/C was loud and utility door wouldn’t close.

Comfy little home!

Our family stayed here for 4 days & it was perfect for our family of 4! So perfect that we never had to reach out to the property manager! When we first walked in, it smelled soooo clean! There was a binder full of local restaurants & things to do and also a guest book to sign, which was a lovely touch reading everyone else’s experience! The beds were comfy & I love how the bunk beds are tucked away but still are able to see the tv in the living room area. I also loved how each bunk had there own light! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals. This place is right in the middle of everything & you can even walk to the beautiful beach across the street! Will definitely recommend & would absolutely stay again!

One Bedroom Steps from Beach Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this one bedroom unit in Beachwood Villas. It is ground floor with two parking spots very close by. Beach access is about a two minute walk. The unit was very clean. We did not use the kitchen a great deal but it seemed appropriately stocked. The hospitality app provided by Benchmark made all the steps very easy, including the access codes. We followed up on their local recommendations for fishing and restaurants. Would return and recommend.

Nice place and location.

Overall this is a nice place and location if you are not willing to pay big bucks on a beach front location. This place is really only good for two people. Small for sure. Decor is dated... and really needs to be upgraded. Master bed and comforter is not what it should be. Comforter is old and feels like it’s been around for years. Bed is stiff but we slept okay on it. Just not a cozy bed. We enjoyed the location with an extremely short walk to the beach. I might stay here again given location and price but decor improvement and a better mattress would really help make folks want to come back. Please update that TV in the bedroom. Very small and elevated in the corner. Pretty useless and TVs are cheap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a couple in our 60s, were were comfortable in this condo. Overall, it was clean, but a few of the dishes could use some scrubbing. The TV was iffy at times during the day; it kept blipping through the shows. While the beach is a short walk, it wasn't easy to find a place to sit there since several of the homes have private beaches where we could not set chairs. The pools in the complex took turns being closed for some reason. We were notified via text when they closed, but not again when they opened. Not sure why the laundry room must be locked by 8 p.m. Again, minor inconveniences since we were there with family to enjoy being together.

We found it clean and comfortable, and relatively convenient to the beach. The grounds are well kept and the pools are clean and refreshing. The condo could use a little updating, but we were glad to be on the ground floor. Our only complaint is that the Beachwood access leads to an area that is claimed as “private beach” and we had to walk to public beach be near the water and use the backpack chairs we rented. This was not the case on our previous visit to Beachwood. We hope this can be changed, or we will need to find another place to stay. Please keep us posted on this situation.

We agree the Beachwood Villas in Seagrove are a great condo complex that offers a great location, two community pools to choose from, and beach access just across the street.. As Beach Access goes the County decides different zones and some zones only allow certain vendors to set up in those general areas. We are sorry to hear this caused an inconvenience for you. Beach rules change quite often and can cause for disappointment at times and that is beyond our control. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Great location

We stayed at Beachside Villas many years ago but had forgotten what a great location it was. The communication from Benchmark Management was excellent and much appreciated. Unit was super cute and right across the street from the beach. Walkable to Seaside and a short bike or car ride to Rosemary Beach, Grayson Beach and the other beach towns in both directions. Definitely would stay here again!

Enjoyed our Stay

The complex is walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants, a gas station store and beach rental store. It was clean and supplied us with all we needed to enjoy our time there. It is a little dated, but well kept up, clean and comfortable for our time there. The unit is on the ground floor which is nice for luggage and carrying in things from the beach. However, the upstairs neighbors could be heard walking/using the restroom/etc. They weren't loud, but it is just very thin floors I think. We would stay there again.

Lovely condo

Clean, colorful. Nice location Bed was hard, a bit uncomfortable. Couches were cute. But very uncomfortable to sit and watch tv. Try to pull it out and try watching tv from the fold out bed… not a good idea. We did however enjoy our stay. Just glad to get back to our own bed.

Awesome experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I absolutely loved our weekend stay! Everything was clean and easy to find. The quick beach access and the proximity to local shops and eating places is a huge plus! The locals were super friendly and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay here! Can't beat the convenience and accessibility of this property. Quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. All in all was great for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking: spaces were always available. There is no decals used for tenants nor are there dedicated spots so you may lose one to someone illegally parked.Doors/Security: keypad entry on door was great- not having to go to a central office saved time. Patio door locked and also had pole to prevent opening.Cleanliness: Dirt, small bits of food and hair was found on floor in kitchen when we checked in. Grill pan was very dirty and required cleaning before use. Bathroom: door doesn’t fully open due to wood swell at bottom which made it hard to walk in-and-out. No exhaust fan but window available. Kitchen: cooking equipment old. Fry pan handle fell off during use. No vent to exhaust cooking smells. Plates and bowls clean. Forge large and ice maker worked. Bed: comfortable double with 4 pillowsTV/Internet: TVs small but worked fine. Internet speed o.k.Noise: This unit is a bottom apartment so if you have a noisy family above you it can be distracting or wake you up early. It’s easy to hear walking upstairs.Laundry: Not in unit, coin machines availableToilet paper: one roll provided
