Esperamos que disfrute de su estancia en Beachwood Villas en Santa Rosa Beach. Serenidad ahora está convenientemente situado a la derecha en 30A en el corazón de Seagrove y sólo 1. 5 millas al este de la playa. Este condominio de un dormitorio y un baño está recientemente redecorado en 2017 (muebles nuevos, decoraciones y pintura en todo). Tiene capacidad para 6 personas con una cama queen en el dormitorio principal, un sofá cama de tamaño completo y dos camas Murphy de dos camas; y cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, encimeras de granito, gabinetes de arce, pisos de baldosas, y lavadora y secadora. Nuestro condominio es una unidad de final con más ventanas y más tranquilo sin condominios adyacentes. Situado en frente del complejo, justo al otro lado de la calle del malecón al azúcar playas de arena blanca de la Costa Esmeralda. Condominio está ubicado justo al lado de las pistas de tenis y una de las dos piscinas de la comunidad.

Después de la diversión en el sol, se puede disfrutar viendo la televisión en el nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 46 ", o relajarse en el patio amueblado. Dormitorio también tiene un televisor. La comunidad cuenta con dos piscinas (1 climatizada durante el invierno), pistas de tenis, tejo, levantado pasarelas de madera, juegos infantiles, áreas para asar al aire libre, y un exuberante paisaje. También hay un montón de tiendas y restaurantes a pocos pasos.

We loved the stay here. The host were very attentive to our needs. They were quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond. We would stay here anytime we come to Santa Rosa.

Great Value/Easy Beach Access

The condo was exactly as described and an easy walk to the beach. We were there for a girls trip and the only downfall was the lack of an interior lock for the main door. The door has an electronic key pad which worked great, but we would have preferred a means to secure the door internally as well for additional security and privacy. We opted to use a chair which did the trick so we could all sleep peacefully. The coffee pot could also use an upgrade along with the iron. The iron was burnt and ruined my daughters dress There are plenty of towels, blankets and sheets, beach/pool supplies on the porch and the unit is close to the pool We appreciated all the hooks throughout the condo to hang up wet clothes and towels. We will definitely consider the unit again on our next girls trip to Seaside

Great Stay!

The location is wonderful, with it being only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also in a not as busy area compared to rosemary beach, or where the 30A food trucks are. There is just enough space. There is a gas station within walking distance as well. The pool was very close to the condo and spacious. The only downsides were having only 2.5 rolls of toliet paper for 4 people for 5 days, so we had to buy some. Dish soap and laundry detergent were also basically empty as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great location

Check in and everything was really nice. Good communication with owner. Enjoyed the beach chairs and the heated pool. We didn’t see the twin beds in tv cabinet till day we left which would have been nice instead of the sleeper sofa it was very uncomfortable as all of them are. Everything was as stated and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing!

Me and my sister took a trip to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life after the passing of our precious mom. This slice of heaven was exactly what we needed. It provided peace, comfort, and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy being away together to celebrate our mom. This place is so nice and I highly recommend for a small family or a couple to get away for a week. It’s affordable and puts you right in a great place on 30A across from the beautiful beaches! I am so thankful we picked this place! It was absolutely perfect! We will be back!

Beautiful

This was our 2nd year to stay at Beechwood Villas. It is right across the street from the beach. a public access is very close to this rental. The rental had everything we needed. Very good condition.We loved that the owners allowed us to use their beach chairs and boogie boards. We could not believe how much that added to our enjoyment of time at the beach. The beach is beautiful. White sand, clear water. The public beach area is not clearly marked. We learned to arrive by 6:30-7am to claim a spot. Grayton Beach state park is only about 10 min away and has wide open beaches to all. The rental was perfect-had everything we needed. One of our favorites is the balcony to put all our wet stuff and to just sit out and enjoy the morning and evening. This rental is located in a prime area for restaurants and shopping.We enjoy going to Seaside in the evening- entertainment, nice restaurants, food trucks, shopping and beach access. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the rental. We felt safe and love.love the rental and the surroundings.

Great place to stay!!

We had a great vacation, the condo is right across the street from the beach, the boardwalk to the beach is very convenient to the room. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pools are great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Santa Rosa Beach

Sara, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. She provided us with some excellent recommendations for dining! The property itself was clean, which is always my first concern when staying away from home. The location is very convenient as well. The only complaint I would list would be the internet service which was extremely slow. However, since you are most likely there for a vacation, that may not be a bad thing.

Overall cute place! Stairs going up to unit are scary, slight slope to them. A few things need attention-no lock from inside, appliances older, Be sure you have paper goods before you arrive as not much provided. Easy walk to get to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at Serenity Now for our honeymoon! The condo was the perfect place for us to get away for a few days. Great access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, etc. Had a small issue with checking in due to a mistype, but owner Sara was very quick with solving the problem & getting back to us within 5 minutes of contact.

Great place for the price

We spent 8 nights and 9 days here and had a great stay! The listing is as stated. The check in information and details were organized and easy to follow. The location is perfect for a family. You can walk to local restaurants and the beach. The public reach right across the road is pretty busy and the area is small. It’s surrounded by private beaches that you can’t use. We opted to drive about 10 min to Grayton state park and used the beaches there. It was a lot less crowded and it does not require going up and down a huge set of stairs to get to and from the beach. There is also a restroom near the beach which is a must have with small children. Watercolor offers lots of family friendly things to do. We watched a children’s play while there. There was activities planned every night. Another close thing to enjoy is “The Big Chill”. There is live music and children’s activities as well. We had a great stay and will book again!

Family vacation

Great location. Close to beach and walking distance to many things. Pool was nice. Only had 3 tennis rackets and there are no lights to play at dusk when heat goes down. There was corn hole but no bean bags to throw. Had a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs to use, the other two were rusted and worn. Could use some updating and would be a really nice place to stay. There was thick dust on the lights in bathroom and blinds dirty. Also found hair on sheets when turned down the bed. Price was good and easy to contact the owner. Very friendly people and nice quiet area to enjoy.

Best Condo in the Complex!

I have stayed at several condos in this complex over the last few years and this one was by far my favorite! They keep the home in great condition and have every amenity you could need. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Place

Place is clean, right across the street from the beach and has plenty of parking. The decor is a bit sparse and seems a bit arbitrary, but it grew on me after awhile. The pool and tennis courts are right there and the grounds are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean Comfortable Accommodations in a Perfect Location

This is a wonderful place to stay for beach getaway. Beach access is a short walk away. It’s conveniently situated between Seaside and Rosemary beach for shopping and eating.

We first visited 30A in 2006 and fell in love with the area. We live in Franklin TN and enjoy boating, going to the beach, hiking, and anything outdoors.

Perfect location with easy beach access. The Beachwood Villas community has lots of amenities (2 pools, tennis courts, walking paths, shuffleboard, etc.) and is in walking distance to Seaside and many other great restaurants and shops.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Serenity Now is an end unit on the 2nd (top) floor. It has lots of natural light, and overlooks one of the two community pools and tennis courts as well as the beautiful lush landscaping. The grounds are beautifully manicured with lots of green (palm trees, magnolias, pine trees, etc.). Sitting on the furnished outdoor patio you quickly feel like you are at a resort.
