Este favorito de vacaciones familiares duerme cómodamente 8 con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, suite principal king, 2 dormitorios queen y 2 camas individuales en el cuarto dormitorio. A pocos pasos de la piscina y el acceso a la playa del golfo. Esta propiedad se encuentra en la planta baja y es de fácil acceso. Legacy Condominium está en el corazón de Seagrove Beach, a un corto paseo en bicicleta o caminando por el famoso Seaside. Hay muchas actividades a lo largo de 30A, puede intentar pescar en nuestras playas de arena blanca o aventurarse en un bote de alquiler y ver qué puede pescar. The property was one of the most convenient rentals we have had. Right off the main road, with gated entrances. There is a foot gate at the entrance, a little hidden, but it was nice to access when walking to our favorite restaurant Cafe 30a across the street! It was also great to have convenient store right across the street as well for items to pick up that we’d forgotten. The walk from the rental to the beach is the best we’ve ever had! Twenty-seven steps to climb to get to the sand! There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 active little girls as well as plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, and we did utilize it for most meals. We loved having the pool outside the back door; it was very clean and well kept and never over crowded. This was a stay that made memories for our family for sure!

Oven/stove did not work properly and one toilet made a noise. Beach access is awesome and location is great. Management did respond but did not fix the problems with the TV and toilet.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we first discovered the bedding in the master bedroom had a horrible stinch & had to be washed from the mastress cover all the way to the comforter. Then we had roaches inside the condo & on the patio area. We were told pest control would contact us to do an inspection, however, we were never contacted! Multiple nights we seen roaches! After notifying Benchmark, there were unfortunately, no reimbursements for our made!

The furniture and keyless lock was a great help (no keys to lose or misplace. We were disappointed that the pool and beach chair were not available so we had to buy chairs to sit on the beach.

Great condo and location!

We loved our stay at Legacy 101. The condo was very spacious, clean, and nice. Plenty of room for our 8 people. Plenty of seating on the patio with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would love to stay here again. You cannot beat the location right on the beach and the first floor unit. The daily beach set up is the cherry on top! One critique would be the beds - the mattress in the queen room with the Jack and Jill bath could really stand to be replaced and sags in quite a bit.

It used to be local (Garrett Realty) and then it was bought by a larger company. On our stay this time we asked for more towels for guest all they do is come back with rules and regulations. Not very accommodating at all. Probably the last time we will use this mgmt company.too bad small and local get gobbled up by corporate and then the human factor goes away!

Ideal vacation condo

Great location, very easy access to pool and beach. Condo was super clean, very spacious and management great to work with. Being an end unit made it very private. Only downside was roaches. Downstairs unit, very close to heavy foliage so problem was understandable. Good thing- they were always dead, so pest service was on top of it. Never saw a live one. Would definitely go back. Great for families.

Reviewer Comments: The Legacy 101 condo has some great positives - location, size, beach and dune view is excellent as well as privacy, given the corner ground floor location of this unit. Even though it's ground floor, the unit and patio are elevated a bit for a great view and access down the stairs to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Negatives - there were 2 DOA cockroaches in plain sight on the master bedroom floor when we arrived. The only other issue for us personally was that the master bed in particular was too firm for us. Neither issue could have been remedied while we were there so there was no use in advising management during our stay. When you pay cleaning fees and exorbitant fees in general for rentals along 30-A - you expect better from a cleaning crew.

The bedding was very comfortable, appointments favorable and the parking and access were very easy. This is my first VRBO rental and I was quite apprehensive about the quality, logiistics and guidelines but this property was very easily managed. I received a text a few days before our arrival on how to get there, access instructions and contact information. During the stay, I received several texts on who to contact for any issues. We didn’t have any but a note to the property management company to help others; we stayed five days and had 2 trash bags and 4 dishwasher pods. We ran out of of gargage bags, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and dish soap to do the dishes. Annoying, but everything else was as described. We would rent again. Thank you.

July 2023-Legacy 101 at Santa Rosa Beach

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has rented this Unit for several years. We loved the layout, the first floor access to the pool and beach, and the updates in the kitchen cabinet color and family room! This year, however, we were disappointed in the huge price increase from the previous year(66%), the floors were very dirty(I bought a mop and mopped them), (no mop in condo), there was only one kitchen towel, and we dealt with roaches all week. I called the main number and left a message about them and no one contacted me to send someone to spray. There’s also a space underneath the credenza in the family room where spiders are going in and out, that needs to be sealed. Unfortunately, this is too expensive to have to deal with bugs and dirty floors. We, sadly, won’t be renting at Legacy again.

Reviewer Comments: We booked Legacy 101 months ahead, anticipating a wonderful condo for our vacation. Needless to say, we encountered SEVERAL issues with this property. Several ROACHES are in the condo. We killed many during our stay. The jack and jill bath/shower leaks badly and you can tell it has been doing so for some time. The floor and wall has cracks from water damage. Clearly this needs extensive repair, so we didn't bother asking for it to be looked at.The master bedroom has a VERY THIN curtain over the main window (think shower curtain) and doesn't provide ANY SHADE. You will get woke up when the sun rises. But then again, you may not have come to sleep after 5 am on your vacation. It was definitely not restful waking up at the crack of dawn. We asked management for black out shades. Their response: "We can't provide those. Owners will have to decide if they want them or not." None of the bedrooms have curtains actually.The condo doesn't contain any of your "usual" daily needs: NO hair dryers, no iron, minimal towels, no plastic glasses/plates/etc (hopefully you don't have children or glass could get broke), no baby gear of any kind, small amount of dishwasher liquid, etc.The master bathroom tub faucets do not work properly. You have to pretty much have a "combination" to turn the cold water on. While the location was perfect, this condo is in need of some serious attention!!!

Reviewer Comments: Met all of our expectations - we used to own a unit (10-E) in Beachwood across the street and to compare the two cannot be done as The Legacy is incomparable. There were six of us there and all shared the same ratings. The only suggestion is to put 'grab bars' in the showers!
