Grand Playa Gulf condominio frente que se encuentra directamente en la autopista 30A. ¡Ofrece increíbles vistas desde la sala de estar, la cocina, el comedor y el dormitorio principal! En el balcón cubierto puede disfrutar de su café de la mañana o ver la puesta de sol en privacidad con una vista virgen de la costa esmeralda. Este condominio acogedor pero espacioso tiene capacidad para hasta siete personas. Grand Playa se encuentra justo en el medio de 30A muy cerca de Seaside.

ARREGLOS PARA DORMIR: Duermen 7

 - Dormitorio principal: cama King, baño privado con ducha grande y tocador doble (será renovado por Spring Break 2020)

 - Segunda habitación: Twin sobre Queen Bunk perfecta para los niños. El baño del pasillo no está adjunto pero está cerca con bañera.

- Tercer dormitorio: cama King con baño privado (será renovado por Spring Break 2020)

New Year Getaway

We enjoyed a great multigenerational family get away for the new year. We had amazing weather for late December and early January. The property is close to everything while being away from it all when you want to be.

This property was beautiful! The condo was very comfortable from the beds to the furnishings…the view was amazing and the location was perfect…the kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for dinners on the balcony..I would return to this location again and again!

Great place

We were among the first to stay here after the remodel, and while there were a couple of minor issues due to the construction, this condo is remarkable. It's big and beautiful, with everything you need, especially sweeping views and a great location. We highly recommend it.

Just perfect!

I often stay on 3OA and this place was as perfect as it gets! Beautiful views, clean spacious condo, easy beach access and not near large crowds on the beach. Close to Publix, 7 minute drive to Seaside, and great area overall! Easy even for my 75 year old mom to get around with no trouble.

301 GRAND PLAYA WONDERFULL STAY

This unit is awesome. We had a great stay. 5 adults. The unit is updated and very nice. The view is incredible. It was our best trip so far. Pool is perfect size. During our stay there was only 3 units rented so we basically had the place to ourselves. The pool gate entry lock didn't work and was sticky. But we made it worked. Overall incredible trip.

Summer vacation

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable, and a fun place to hang out when we couldn’t go to the beach because of storms. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio has a gorgeous view overlooking the beach and we loved the easy beach access. My kids had been looking forward to swimming in the pool, but the weather was not cooperative on our trip, so we didn’t end up swimming.

Perfect Condo!!

This condo is excellent!! Beds were comfy with great pillows. Shower was very nice. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen was beautiful. My only issue is the beach. Grand Playa only has a small section and the rental company with chairs & umbrellas is obnoxious about taking up every inch of space directly in front on the ocean. So most days I could not see my child playing in the water and had to stare at the back of the rentals unless my husband woke up at 5am and saved us a spot. If the rental company would could be booted out, I would give it 100 stars!!

We loved everything. A few small things: No hot pads for cooking. Need new paper towel holder for kitchen. A few beach towels would be amazing! Also, ice maker would be amazing! The fridge struggles to make enough. The kitchen sink needs some small grout work as water leaks under sink (towards front top of sink) This being said, I called our first day to have 2 things repaired and they came right out and fixed them. Amazing. The above items are just feedback - did not call. Overall, we LOVE this place 2nd stay and hope to be back!! Thanks SO much! This property has the BEST views possible of the beach. So perfect!!!!

I was scammed

This property management company Barefoot 30A. Emails me the day we are arriving to tell me there is some construction going on and we needed to park across the street for Saturday only. We arrive to a complete construction zone. Nobody was staying there except us- because no other owners would rent this place to someone with a clear conscious. My son stepped on a roofing nail on the back porch. There was roofing debris all over the place. Yellow tape closing off access to the pool and beach. People beating. On the roof all week. Just a complete war zone. If they would have told me this was going on we would have stayed somewhere else. They lied and charged me $7000 for a week in the middle of a construction zone. Then said they could discount my trip $400. lol. Spoke to another owner who came by and he could not believe that they would rent me the place during that week. This was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend doing business with these people

You were notified prior to your stay about the construction and received a discount of $1617.53 from your reservation last year to account for that on top of the additional $400. The condition you left the home in was absolutely disgusting and if it were any other guest we would have had to charge extra for housekeeping. It took 3 housekeepers a total of 12 hours to clean your urine, food and trash off the floors among other things. We have had 2 other groups stay in the home since your visit. The first is booking again next year and the other extended their stay. At least we are on the same page about one thing, you will never be welcome to stay in any of our homes again!

GREAT LOCATION, PROPERTY & VIEWS!

We brought my grandmother and 4 other female relatives to visit last week and had a great time. The views were phenomenal, we were within walking distance of some great restaurants as well as having a grocery store close and the walk to the beach or pool was fairly easy. The property seemed well maintained/stocked and we had no issues. LOVED IT!!

Completely obsessed!

This is a stunning property. I would absolutely return and have already recommended this condo to some of my friends. The views are just perfect, we loved having two king bedrooms, and the decor and seating was ample (we had 5 adults). One tiny recommendation would be for the bolts on the bunk beds to be tightened. The bed squeaked with minor movement, but I think this could be a very easy fix. Aside from this, everything else was spectacular. I already miss that balcony! The location is amazing too, just south of seaside and just north of Rosemary Beach. You won’t be disappointed with this condo.
