Hermosa y limpia casa de campo clásica en una comunidad cerrada privada en Old-Lyme Connecticut. Alquiler semanal de verano: 3 dormitorios con 1 baño y ducha exterior. A pasos de la hermosa playa de arena y vistas al agua desde todas las habitaciones. Casa totalmente equipada con ropa de cama. Tres habitaciones con encanto (2 habitaciones con camas matrimoniales y una con dos camas individuales). Casa para 6 personas con espacio adicional en espaciosa habitación familiar. Paradise

The location, amenities and ease of communication with the owner made our stay in paradise that much better. We have been enjoying Point of Woods for years now. This location was fantastic and so easy. The ability to walk back and forth to the beach was so great, especially with the kids.

Perfection

We rented this house to spend a week with our grandchildren, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect, the home is well-equipped, and it is very safe.Highlights included the spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and three bedrooms—one with twin beds that were ideal for our two little ones. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. Our week started off cool and rainy, and the heat made the house feel warm and cozy. By the end of the week, a heat wave hit, but the A/C kept us cool and comfortable.The enclosed porch was enjoyable in all weather and made a great spot for playing board games while enjoying the water view.Communication with Chris was seamless—he responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were simple. The fresh flowers and bottle of wine were a lovely touch.We highly recommend this home and will definitely return.

April vacation

Great trip! We could hear the ocean from the cottage and the view of the beach was beautiful. We played tennis, basketball, hiked, rode bikes and took many walks around the community. The cottage had everything we needed and the grill was great too.

Great stay

On very short notice we needed to find a place for a few nights due to contractor at our home. Chris was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. The place was clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately it was not a vacation to relax as we had to run back and forth to oversee work at our house 45 minutes away. We will be back in better weather to enjoy

Fall at the Beach

This property is exactly as advertised. The house is adorable and well kept. We arrived to a completely clean and incredibly cozy address. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and the people are friendly. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We are hoping to come back next year during warmer weather.

Columbus Dat weekend

We loved the house and the location. It was a perfect long weekend getaway. The beach is a quick 1 minute walk. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on our walks. Chris was awesome and communication was so easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful House

We loved our stay in Point o Woods. Chris was super communicative checking in and out. Well appointed, super clean and very comfortable - close to the beach and exceptionally relaxing. Our family had a great week and I totally recommend this property.

Perfectly placed

Chris was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. The cottage was VERY well equipped with all things needed to relax and enjoy time at the beach. The side deck was great to catch some early morning rays and the porch in the back of the house was fantastic to sit, enjoy dinner and listen to the ocean waves at night or just a quiet retreat. The furnishings was well placed and comfortable. I can't wait to book again for next year.

Great home in a nice community

We really liked the home, it was cozy and yet roomy. Had everything we needed and the location was great. We loved walking on the beach and walking around the neighborhood. Yet it was close to attractions we wanted to visit. Chris was a wonderful host. Will probably be back.

Quiet Beach Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our long weekend with our pups at Chris' home. It is charming, relaxing & quiet. The enclosed porch is great for coffee, card playing & taking in the views of the water. The beach is a 2 minute walk, and really beautiful. Chris was very communicative and accommodating. We look forward to staying again.

Old Lyme Cousin reunion

The house was very sweet. We arrived to a lovely breeze off the water. The weather was spectacular! We had a dinner party for 9 the day after we landed. The kitchen was well equipped and all went off without a hitch. Would recommend highly.

Great location and lovely home

We loved this charming beach home! It was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our multigenerational family. The front and back porch were lovely to sit and read as well as people watch. Everything in the listing was as expected, owner was very nice and communication was immediate. Check in/out was a breeze. The beach was in walking distance (which we took full advantage of) and outdoor shower was a terrific plus. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Recently purchased home by new owner. Many new updates and enhancements (new beds and furniture). Cottage is very family friendly and very clean. Steps away from beautiful private beach in highly desirable "Point O Woods" beach community. Great location.
