The perfect location for your beach getaway! Located in the highly sought after community of Point O Woods, this home will be the back drop for an amazing trip!
The updated and clean kitchen will make cooking or "ordering in" easy. The spacious family room will allow for nights playing games or watching movies all together after a great day at the beach!
Sit outside under the covered porch or out under the stars on the fieldstone patio.
The community is the perfect place to walk or bike while taking in all of the gorgeous views of the Long Island Sound.
Everything you need is in this community! A private beach, private library, Lighted tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts.
Live Music on Saturday nights in the summer!
This home is suitable for adults and children to make great memories and enjoy the magic of this area!

Great girls getaway

We had a group of 4 senior women for a girls getaway and had a fun, relaxing stay. It is a wonderful property in a great location! Close to restaurants and a couple of museums but in a nice private beach community. The house was lovely and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The beach is beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids and the in-laws. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s just a short walk to the great private beach and the community has many other amenities as well. Our whole family had a great time and would definitely rent again in the future. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The decor was beautiful and the home comfortable. We had all we could need for kitchen and bath. Anne really goes the extra mile to make the renters feel at home and supplied us with great books, cards and games. Thank you for opening your home to us and I hope we can come back next year!

Great Experience!

Staying at Anne’s cottage in Point O Woods was an incredible experience for our family! From the booking process to Anne’s attention to detail during the check in process was exceptional. The cottage was clean, up to date, and beautifully decorated. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and her rental provided a great space for our family to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely be booking with Anne again!

I had a group of 7 and we stayed 5 nights. Everything was great. Property manager made sure I knew property was three seasons. There were some personal touches done in preparation for our stay. Had a great time in a beautiful area.

family and friends

we all had a wonderful mini vacation. the property is perfect with lovely furnishings and great outside shower for kids post beach days. great to have a playground at the beach and ability to park a car filled with beach gear next to the beach was a plus. Thank you for sharing your home. mary ellen

Magical weekend

We were an extended family of 6, grandparents, parents, along with two boys, 3 & 1. Everything about our long weekend was special. Anne couldn’t have been kinder or more responsive; the home was immaculate, very well stocked, and so well organized. Nothing missed and thoughtful touches throughout. This community with its pristine beach and friendly neighbors is something we’ll never forget - that along with our grandson’s first kayak adventure with his “Pop.” We will be back!!!
