Esta casa es una casa completamente renovada con muebles de lujo completamente nuevos diseñados por un diseñador de interiores local.

Convenientemente ubicado, esta espaciosa casa está a minutos de The Old Spaghetti Factory, IHOP, Walgreens Pharmacy y otras tiendas que necesitará. Hay muchos restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina para comer.

Esta gran casa unifamiliar recientemente remodelada tiene 4 habitaciones amuebladas y 2 baños con garaje que puede estacionar 4 autos y un gran patio trasero. 3 camas de matrimonio, 2 camas individuales y 1 colchón de aire doble. 1 cocina completa que incluye todo lo que necesita, desde ollas y sartenes hasta café y té. ¡Solo traiga su bolso!

Convenientemente ubicado, esta casa está a minutos de Hanabi Sushi, el restaurante italiano Bambino's, Safeway, Walgreens, IHOP y otras tiendas que necesitará. Great Location

We have stayed at the property several times when we come in town for work. Communication is always easy and responsive. We love the location and feel at home when we stay. We will continue to book this home when available for our work trips!

Excellent Accommodations

We were looking for a place that would fit us all comfortably for a wine Country visit without the wine country prices we were seeing, having 4 bedrooms with twin beds in one room was ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. The location is very convenient, Concord had everything we needed and the drive into wine Country worked out for our day trips. We'd definitely stay again

Our stay was great! The house is large and spacious. It was clean and as pictured. I do wish there were more forks/spoons/plates/bowls. Maybe some plastic ones? Just a suggestion! Not a complaint. We loved the location as well.

The Golden View

My family and I were visiting family and relatives in the Bay area. This was a perfect spot...especially if you have 4 or more traveling. Plenty of space and awesome view of the mountains with the golden grass. That us why i call it the Golden View.

Place was in great shape and well cleaned. It was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We did not spend much time at the place except early morning and when we got home from work around 8pm.The only thing that could improve is the wifi that’s hooked up to the TV. We tried to stream a couple times and it wasn’t really working. We didn’t really care though so we didn’t bring it up to the host.

Very convenient located

We had a great work stay here for a conference in Concord. Conveniently located, clean, and incredibly comfortable beds!!! It’s an older home but furnishings & kitchen are updated. Only thing we didn’t like was the smell upon arrival - plug ins were too strong, but we just unplugged them, opened windows and the house was fresh in a few hours. Definitely recommend for the price & location!

Agreable stay

This stay was one of 3 rentals during our trip on the West Coast. The property was as described, clean and comfortable, and located in a very nice area.Communications with the host were very good, replies to queries were sent promptly. Unlike the 2 other rentals where we were able to check into earlier than 4 PM without any constraints, instructions mentioned a fee for every hour of early check-in, forcing us to aim to get there for the prescribed check-in time. Otherwise, our stay was very agreable.

They placed was lovely.. nice house!

Overall I had a good stay! Me and my sister hosted our annual game night. I guess when my company was leaving we were a bit too loud and a neighbor called the police for the noise.. I’m not sure who said anything about a party but the host canceled our trip because of a neighbor complaint. I would advise not to rent this one if you’re doing a small get together because they will still call on you, we were respectful and wasn’t making ton of noise. Other than that I had a great stay

The house was clean and spacious, but I was unable to lock the door when I was out for most of the stay. The local manager tried, but was unable to fix it, so I had no way to know who had access to the property and my things while I was there. A shutoff of the running water on my last night topped it off. And really, Folgers?

Perfect Place for Trash Pandas

If you are a large family of raccoons then you will love this place. You'll be knocked off your feet with the odor of rotting fish as soon as you enter and everything from the floor to the blinds are covered with a thin layer of grime. The upholstery on the couches are filled with evidence of other raccoons who have stayed there. Used cotton swabs are swept under the bed and bath towels have fresh dirt spots on them. Although the property management company is very responsive, the cleaning crew is not since there are no boots on the ground to care about the upkeep of this place. Don't let the photos fool you! It might have been that nice when they first put up their listing, but it's a far sight from that now.

Issues we faced

Friday night when we arrived the front door was wide open upon our arrival. Took a Luke warm shower in the master bath room Saturday am, by 11pm my son said there was no hot water, he is an electrician and found out that the H2O heaters pilot light was out so he re lit it. The light in the master bathroom turned on at least 5 times thru the night which kept waking us up.

Graduation Weekend

The house was perfect for our family as we celebrated our son graduating from Cal -- plenty of rooms! The beds are very comfortable. Laundry was convenient. The house was clean and well kept. The living room furniture is light so it shows it's wear and looks dirty, but that happens with light furniture.

Wonderful rental experience

We had a great rental experience. The house was just as pictured and the property owner was very responsive to all questions. The house was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated that the house had soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc but was not filled with tons of useless things that you often find at rental properties (we liked that it was not cluttered). The little park next door was nice for the kids to run around and the yard was fenced making it perfect for families. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area and would highly recommend.

Great vrbo

This property is as clean and nice as the photos show! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the bed linens were so soft and comfy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Stay

Great location for my stay, super clean, fresh feel. Next time we come to this area I will try to get this house first.
