Forget your worries in this spacious and serene
space. Our home has been equipped with
everything you will need for your stay and more,
come and enjoy the weekend with your kids at the
pool or just relax on the amazing living room. Each
bedroom has been furnished to fit all the members
of the family.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own
bathroom all the fetures to relax in spacious
bedroom 2 has 2 twin size beds and shares a
bathroom with bedroom 3 with has a twin over full
bunk bed.
The kitchen has all the cooking utensils needed and
a breakfast table plus a dining table
the living room has a 65" Tv and a big corner sofa
In the backyard we have the pool and furniture .

Lovely pool, comfortable house

Nice place

House was nice, in a nice area. Host was great to deal with, the only issue was the stove top was cracked so we weren’t able to use that. Otherwise it was a great stay.

A lovely home!

We were displaced from our home due to a busted water pipe and flooding. We stayed here during the repairs, and could not have been more comfortable 😊.

Family gathering

family dropped in at different times to chat and enjoy the pool as well as snacks and each others company. The property is divine. We were all very comfortable. The pool was an amazing hit! The hot tub was going to bee the highlight of our evenings, however it never got hot or produced bubbles. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this for another gathering.

My first impression was that the place was slightly run down (not the house but the furnishings and barbecue etc.), but really, we had a wonderful time. The outside space is what really shines here. We chose this house because of the pool photos and the trees and privacy, and those were exactly as described. Spacious, and no other houses visible from there. Honestly I spent most of my time outside. With just the two of us, we only used the king bed (there's only one in that room, not three like the listing says) and it was comfortable; I don't know about the other bedrooms (though one of them doesn't match the photos, there's no bunks). The bathrooms were great. We didn't understand the thermostat, it would blast cold air in the middle of the night and at odd times, so we ended up turning it off. My husband's main complaint was that there wasn't a desk anywhere for him to work; but aside from that he didn't really have any other comments. My main complaint was that I mentioned in passing that a friend was going to visit just for the day and we got charged for an extra person, even though he wasn't going to spend the night -- so, if you're having friends come over to enjoy the pool, just don't mention it. It seems unfair since no other bedrooms are being used. But aside from that, altogether we had a great stay.

Clean house, quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool

We booked this property to use as a local getaway for the weekend. The house was clean, tidy, and offered all the basic amenities needed for comfort. The highlight of the property was definitely the backyard, where the adults were able to relax under the canopy while the kids played in the pool. The one downside about our trip was that temperatures in Antioch breached 110 degrees Fahrenheit during our stay. While the house is equipped with A/C controlled by a Nest thermostat, the A/C unit wasn't big enough/powerful enough to cool the house down during the day to temps below 80 degrees. I'd imagine that if temperatures outside were just 10 degrees lower, the A/C unit would have performed just fine. All-in-all, it's a wonderful house that was perfect for our local vacation. We look forward to using it again.

Overall, we had a good stay here. It was clean and spacious and had adequate beds, bathrooms, and common spaces for our group of 5 adults to hang out together without falling over each other. Granted, it is far away from most tourist-y places and airports, but okay if you have a connection to Antioch or Concord like we did. The suburban neighborhood was pleasant and the backyard pool and landscaping were pretty to look at (but due to cooler weather we didn't use the pool or hot tub). There was some existing damage inside the house to things like doors, furniture, and appliances, and some amenities seemed to be missing, such as a hair drier, coffee supplies, and garage remote - probably all due to inconsiderate prior guests - but those did not have a major impact on our stay. The owner was responsive and communicated well if I had questions or comments. All in all, a fairly good house to stay in if you're on a budget and are okay with being in the far reaches of the East Bay (Antioch is 45 miles east of San Francisco).
