4 BR and 2.5 baths, including a spacious master suite. The vaulted ceiling in the grand from the room is sure to W-O-W, though the kitchen & family room in the back will likely be the happy hive of most home activities.

Fantastic location, just across the street from Newhall Community Park, close to shopping, restaurants, & anything else one might need.

Easy BART Train/Uber ride to San Fran, Oakland, Berkeley, Lafayette

Great home and in a location very easy to commute from. Also only 5 minutes from multiple restaurants and stores. The communication with owner exceeded my expectations!

The Place was nice. the family had funn with the pool Table and Ping Pong table. The TV was complicated and needed a password for ROKU, so we could not use our Other networks. There was not an information guide which was a small problem. Bed were comfortable.Since one couple was older it might have been nice to know that all bedrooms are upstairs.

Brother came from Spain, along with my 2 nephews. Had family visit from Sacramento and area. Had a chill 3 days, of family and just staying at the house and playing pool and cards. It was a blast! Also visited the city with my wife, son and family from Spain. Was everything we wanted.

Great home for our family in a quiet neighborhood

My family of five (three teens) were in town for a family reunion. This house was perfect for us. Super clean, prompt responses from the host, fully stocked with kitchenware, quiet and walkable location with a park right down the street. We will definitely stay here again for our next family visit and I would recommend it to others.

Quiet, clen and relaxful

Quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and the entire house was user friendly. All bedrooms were upstairs, which is something to keep in mind with the very young, elderly, and those with knee issues.

Great locationA short stroll away from a beautiful, big park. Including pathways, sporting fields, children's playground and designated, grassy dog park. The property is kept clean and the appliances we used, including BBQ were in good working order. Clean linen and decent towels provided. The back yard offers good outdoor dining. The front yard is being watered daily, would have been nice to have the same green grass in the back. But with a park nearby, dogs get lots of exercise in public spaces. And even though the grass is dried up in the backyard, it is kept short and the yard is professionally maintained. The host is most attentive. Answers messages within minutes and issues are dealt with within 24hrs, without any inconvenience to guests. A most wonderful host. We hope this property will be available next time we visit the area. Thank you for allowing dogs.

Great Home away from home

We stayed at the property as a family of 5 and had everything we could have asked for. The home was well appointed for all needs and comforts, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen gear, basic food staples (salt, pepper, oil) and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Concord stay

We were in town to celebrate my nephew getting married. It was an easy stay and not complicated with rules and directions. It was clean. I especially liked the abundance of towels and blankets, etc. Management responded to questions promptly.

College Reunion

We rented this house for a college reunion with friends that came from all over the state and country. It was the perfect location, the house was perfect for our group and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely return!

Excellent location and gathering place

Generously slept the 8 of us. Lots of matching plates in various sizes it truly would accommodate 12. The pool table was a hit! Clean and comfortable beds, furniture, and floors. Big screens in each bedroom. Good selection of board games too. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Newhall park is a gem for all ages.

Perfect Easter Weekend

Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful time at the house. We were visiting family in Clayton, and this house was the perfect oasis for our trip. The house was as clean as advertised. It was large enough that we could spread out and enjoy. We walked 5 minutes to the nearby park and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning walking the trails and taking pictures. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Overall, we would recommend this house to everyone!

10 77 year old women having a college dorm reunion

The property was just right for us. Plenty of bed space, a well equipped kitchen and lovely walkable neighborhood. There are two step downs off the entry way. A bit of a hazard for us older folks who missed the step a few times. Stites and restaurants nearby as well.

Hazardous Entryway

My mother tripped and broke her arm immediately after entering the house. She hit her head on a table leg and bled profusely requiring stitches. I phoned 911 and watched the EMT trip in the exact same spot.Dangerous!

Great for family gathering!

We came down from Oregon with two exchange students to have the California spring break experience. Our son and his family came up from Fresno, and another son flew in from Denver. It was the perfect house for everyone, with very comfortable beds, a great gathering space downstairs, and a well-appointed kitchen. In slightly warmer weather, we would have utilized more of the space outside, too. We were able to go into San Francisco on the BART, no problem, and enjoyed the partk across the street. As a swimmer, I also found an amazing community pool ten minutes away, and enjoyed their outdoors lap swim several times. The host was excellent at communication. Would definitely choose this space again!

Safe neighborhood Concord

We aren’t familiar with the area but was glad that the neighborhood felt safe. We were hoping to check in early but weren’t able to which was understandable. They were still cleaning when we arrived (last guest checked out late and left a huge mess I guess) but the lady was super nice. The house was clean and comfortable, and perfectly housed my group of 6 adults and 5 kids. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, within a few minutes’ drive. This city is huge though; we drove 20 minutes and was still in the same city! Haha (where I’m from, if you drive 20min you will have passed 1-2 cities already). They were easy to communicate with and usually replied quickly

This is a quite family neighborhood so please respect outside quiet time at 10 PM onward. There are backyard noise monitoring devices that don't record sound but will signal alarm noise inside the house if backyard volumes reach excessive levels. Please note that cameras are in place in the front door for safety and security purposes.

Please treat my neighbors like they are your neighbors- the ones you say hello to every morning on your way to work.
