The location was great. The access to the pool was awesome. Everything was in walking distance. The couch and chairs needs to be replaced and it had dog hair everywhere.

The house was nice and perfect size for our family of 8. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. The pool is literally steps outside the back door but it did stay very busy. The location of the house was great too.

Excellent Stay- Great for Families

Check in was easy and communication with the host was consistent and clear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very handy that each room had its own tv. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views and 5 star accommodations!

I cannot say enough about the host of this property! They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty. The property was beautiful and well stocked. Had everything we needed and was close to virtually everything! We had a great time and will book with the host again!

Fun in the Sun

This house was perfectly located by the pool making it easily accessible. The house was neat and clean. There could be just a few more pots and pans for the kitchen. Overall 10/10. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved staying here- Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Loved the neighborhood and taking daily walks. Ping pong table was an added bonus for fun! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location

This is a great home in a prime location. 30 second walk to the pool and 5 minute drive to the beach. Would stay again. Can’t recommend this one enough.

PCB Softball World Series Stay

Overall the property and it’s location worked well for our families needs. Our only complaint is the limited access to towels. With the property being near the beach, maybe the property management can provide a few more towels for beach use. All in all, I would recommend this property and would consider it for a future stay.

Beautiful Beach Home

This home is so perfectly decorated and the rooms vary the same theme and decor throughout! The cleanliness was incredible and made our family stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location cannot be beat, especially for a home that isn't right on the beach. We could easily get to several different beaches and restaurants on the ocean with just a few minutes. It was perfect. The customer service for checkin and checkout was awesome as well. They were so kind and caring on the phone. We felt very welcome.

This was the worst VRBO I have ever done. My experiences in the past have been so great until this filthy property. You could not go barefoot without your feet being black. I would never go back!!!!!!!!!

Hurricane Ida refuge

House was convenient, could have been a little cleaner. Main complaint was with management company "Book that Condo". After advising mgr that we wanted to EXTEND OUR STAY and was interested in a 1 month rental (after verifying availability), I was told that the owner needed to be consulted. When I received no response, I called mgr back and was advised that owner was not interested in monthly rental. I was okay with that and said I wanted to instead extend for a week and mgr advised condo was already rented. Poor communication on mgmt part. The house has potential but I think the management company could use improving! Buyer beware!

Close to everything

This property is close to everything and easy to access. It had a keypad on the door and I loved the flexibility and ease of entry. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was noisy when I was there and it kept me up at night. This, of course, is not the owners fault, but for the older crowd be warned. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced and the mattress in the primary bedroom. I had to cover the couches with sheets in order to sit on them because they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time and we’re badly stained. There was a screen missing off the door on the back porch. Bring your own blankets because I could not find any in the house and There was only a thin bedspread on the beds. Lastly, the dryer does not dry. I typically don’t complain because it is a rental, however, for this price I think there’s better options.

Summer Trip

The house is accurately depicted in the posted photos. It was clean. The teens and I enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Everyone slept well. The pool is directly behind the house, which made it easier for me to relax on the porch and watch the teens. On 7/7/22, I called the Host because the A/C stopped working. Less than 2 hours later, while at the water park, the maintenance guy Michael called and said he was at the house to fix the problem. He called me back and left a message stating he fixed the A/C; he even left me his cell phone # in case I needed to call him back. Later that night about 10:30pm, the A/C went out again and I called Micheal. He was very responsive. He came and fixed the A/C. Before leaving, he told me would be off on Friday and Saturday but if I needed him before he left to go out of town on Friday morning, to call him. The A/C went out again about 1:30am but I did not want to be a bother to Michael. On 7/8 about 8:20am, I called Michael and left a message that the A/C had stopped working. He texted me at 8:37am to let me know he would send someone. Another maintenance person came within 2 hours and fixed the A/C. We checked out on 7/9 and did not have any issues after the 3rd fix. It would have been nice to receive some type of "discount" but I didn't expect one because it's noted in the rental contract that refunds or rate adjustments are not made for unforeseen failures.

Semi-Vacation, Baseball tournament

The property was a perfect location for us. My 18 year old Son was part of a team that participated in a baseball tournament about 10 minutes away, its not far from the beach, my wife loved having the house verses a Room. It was a Great Trip for the 4 of Us, & Yes the "Prospects" won the tournament!
