A wonderful villa - ideal for the Mallorca 312

We stayed for a week around the Mallorca 312. A great location and beautiful place to stay. Our host was able to give great advice on where to eat and recommendations. We will be coming back.

Great house

The house was perfect for our group. Great location close to the beach. The garden and pool area were fantastic and we made great use of the fruit trees and herbs. Caterina was fantastic, great at communicating and left a wonderful cake for us one night. Would definitely recommend

Perfect island location

Villa is excellent, perfect location to access beach, shopping and restaurants by walking less than 1/2 mile. By car easy day trips anywhere on the island. Villa has enough room for 2 families with privacy for each. Pool is outstanding. Best is the host Caterina who was so helpful and informative.

Caterina is a superb host. Anything that was faulty was replaced the next day. Nothing was too much for them. The property was great and the grounds were superb. Fresh fruit from the trees. The location is a 10 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants, superb beach and lots more. There are 3 levels with a kitchen on 2 levels, which is very handy. Pool is big and nice and lots of seating areas. Hire a car as there are so many places not far away to see. Would recommend this villa highly. Thanks Caterina and the family for making our trip so special.

Fantastic

The villa and grounds were above and beyond our expectations. We were a party of four adults and three children and the size of the villa offered more than enough space for us all. The villa was extremely clean and superbly furnished and well equipped ( the air conditioning offered relief from a hard days sunbathing :) The owner was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the villa and will recommend it to our friends and family. The villa has all you need for a self contained holiday, but there are enough restaurants and bars within easy walking distance if you want to dine out. There is a supermarket five minutes walk away if you need anything. The quality of this villa and grounds is reflected in the price, you do get what you pay for.

Fantastic villa

This is a fantastic villa with really friendly hosts. The pictures do not do it justice, inside their is loads of communal spaces, the 4 bedrooms are lovely and with a bonus 5th bedroom on the top floor with bunk beds. Outside the pool is a amazing and there are loads of pool toys and beach stuff for the kids. It's only a short walk down to the beach and restaurants.

Prachtig vakantiehuis opeen geweldige locatie

Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto’s en de tuin met zwembad en boomgaard (vruchten en kruiden mogen geplukt en gebruikt worden) is zeer ruim en netjes onderhouden. Overal zijn er zitjes en ligbedden, voldoende zwembad materialen, handdoeken en badhanddoeken. Het huis was erg schoon en de lieve Caterina en haar moeder hadden een welkomstpakket klaar gezet. Ook kregen we halverwege de vakantie een heerlijke zelfgemaakte aardbeientaart van ze. Wij bevelen dit huis van harte aan aan gezinnen met kinderen, (ook tieners) en stellen. De locatie is vlakbij het strand, diverse restaurants en winkeltjes. Als we weer met de familie naar Mallorca gaan, dan zouden we dit huis absoluut weer huren.

Caterina is a star

Location is good, within easy reach of beach and several excellent restaurants. The area has a mix of hotels and villas/apartments. Villa comfortable well equipped with lovely pool, gardens and orchard. Host Caterina was excellent.

Amazing villa with pool

We had a lovely stay in August 2022. The apartment is incredibly spacious with two large living areas, a well stock kitchen on each floor and aircon in each room. The décor is modern, fresh and very clean. Each bedroom contains a comfy bed and there are numerous large bathrooms, one of which contains a spa bath much to the delight of the kids! The villa is situated on a large plot of land which contained a huge orchard from which you could pick your own fruit and vegetables! The big winner was the pool area which was much bigger than I thought it would be and kept very clean. The large pool, with Child friendly section coupled with various shady areas to sit provided hours of fun for the kids and relief from the hot weather. The Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had and also assisted with booking taxis etc. if required. The villa is a fairly short walk from the beach and the numerous shops and restaurants that can be found there. One must mention the large hotel that backs onto the villa, whilst it is visible you certainly don’t feel overlooked but you can hear the entertainment and the venue playing music and at night it is louder than one would have liked. That said we tended to remain inside after the kids went to bed and you cannot hear anything from inside the villa itself but if you typically stay outside late into the evening and want silence this might be a nuisance. All in all wonderful find and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider coming back.

Amazing property in a wonderful location

We have just stayed for 5 nights at the end of October and the villa was absolutely amazing. Wonderful host in Caterina (and her mother) and they were on hand for anything we needed and for advice. The property is very spacious and was ideal for our family of two teenage children (16 and 17 years old) and our baby daughter. Everything we needed and more was included and the property was spotlessly clean. Great location only a short walk away from the beach and shops and restaurants and Alcudia old town is breathtaking. Highly recommend renting this property and we will be back in the future at some point.

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein Wunderschönes, großzügiges Haus das nur ca 10 min Fußweg vom Strand liegt, auch der Pool war sehr schön. Das Haus selbst war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich gestaltet und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war bei fragen immer hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, dann ist die Villa nicht geeignet, da in der direkten Nachbarschaft ein riesiges Hotel mit Daueranimation ist, die viel zu laut und aufdringlich ist. Am Abend mal draußen sitzen und chillen ist dadurch nicht wirklich möglich, außer man mag das. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, jedoch in einigen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig. Die Duschköpfe können nur per Hand benutzt werden, teilweise gehen Schränke nicht auf oder sind zugestellt mit anderen Möbeln. Und durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit schimmeln die Küchenutesilien ziemlich schnell. Dafür fand ich den Preis etwas zu hoch. Die Besitzer selbst sind superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im nächstgelegenen Spar ist nicht zu empfehlen. Teuer und unglaublich unfreundlich. Aber der Strand und das Meer machen alles wieder wett.

Amazing house to relax

-The house was perfect. -the hospitality also perfect - distance to the beach was okay to walk. - Lots of positives to the hostess. super sweet woman. good place for people who want to relax. (this is for the younger people) if you often want to go out in the fun areas. Beware bus 2 hours drive and taxi 80-90 euros

Traumhaftes Chalet

Perfekter Urlaub! Ein absolut wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Haus auf einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen. Großer und sauberer Pool und ebenfalls einem relativ großen Kinderpool mit kniehohem Wasser. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Prinzip besteht das Haus aus 2 Wohneinheiten mit je einer Küche, 1 Wohn-Essbereich und 2 SZ und 2 Bädern. Im Dachgeschoss ist das Kinderzimmer mit berauschender Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Im EG ist eine große Waschküche mit 2 Waschmaschinen und Trocknern (die haben wir nicht benutzt und die Wäsche aufgegangen). Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden! Für Kinder ist reichlich Spielzeug vorhanden. Auch Gesellschaftsspiele. Es leben 6 süße Katzen auf dem Grundstück, die nicht stören. Wir durften die Katzen nach Absprache füttern. Catarina pflegt die Katzen und das Anwesen sehr gut! In allen Zimmern Klimaanlage. In den Schlafzimmern ist je ein Safe. Der Code ist programmierbar. Das ganze Haus ist eingezäumt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Alles da zum Kochen, wenn man denn mag. Restaurants sind viele sehr gute nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist auch dicht bei. Wir haben uns diesmal Fahrräder gemietet und für ein paar Tage ein Auto, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Für die Gegend sind Fahrräder perfekt. Der Fahrtwind kühlt schön und unsere Tochter hat es auch geliebt. Ansonsten haben wir uns ein Taxi genommen, um weitere Touren zu unternehmen. Catarina stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen lieben Dank für Deine Hilfe. Wir haben frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten nehmen dürfen. Riesige Zitronen, Tomaten, Minze und Pflaumen geerntet. (Feigen und Weintrauben waren noch nicht reif). Catarina war so lieb und hat uns sogar einen Erdbeerkuchen gebacken. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke und einige Snacks bereit. Catarina hat alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Ich habe eine Zwischenreinigung problemfrei dazubuchen können. Verlief perfekt. Wir werden in einem Monat wieder für 15 Tage da sein, weil uns das Haus, die Umgebung und die Gastfreundschaft überwältigt hat. Und ja: Es sind Geräusche und abends Musik vom Hotel zu hören, aber in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt dies! Hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil. An einem Abend hörte ich leise Saxophontöne und wir folgten der Musik zu einem wunderschönen Live-Auftritt. Allem in allem wirklich wunderschön und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Very Nice Villa, with a very nice caring owner that makes sure you feel at home.

Holiday in Playa Muro

We loved the property it had everything you need fully for a great holiday. Air con, multiple bathrooms, comfy beds new facilities. Pool was lovely and warm and large. Great access for my disabled mum. Caterina was lovely meeting us early on the day of arrival so no hanging around. We were walking distance to some lovely restaurants. Playa Muro is lovely beach very clean warm and clear sea. I’d prefer a promenade to walk along but that’s just my preference. A fantastic holiday thank you Caterina.

Incredible Villa

We travelled to Mallorca as 4 couples. Once we arrived at the villa Caterina and her mother greeted us and gave us a full tour of the property. We were blown away by the size and cleanliness of the villa. It had all the facilities you could want and more. The pool area was fantastic and had facilities for a BBQ. The shops and restaurants are a short walk away and the beach is a short walk too. Property in close proximity to the beautiful port and old town of Alcudia. If you have any issues, Caterina is a phone call away and is a wonderful host, even presenting us with a cake on our final night, nice touch.

Very luxury and spacious villa with great garden.

The Villa is extremely spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus bunk bed on the second Floor. We were 4 adults and 2 Kids and had a lot of space The Kitchen is very well equipped, with more than enough table ware and all kind of kitchen machines. Nice and well kept swimming pool with lots of chairs, bed chairs and sunshades. It could be one of the best places in the Alcudia-area if there is would NOT BE THE LAGOTEL next to the Villa. The noise disturbance from the Hotel was a real nuisance and the only reason we would think about using this Villa again. The anmations there started at 10 in the morning and ended at 23:30pm connected with huge noise made by the - most english- hotel guests!! On the other hand we must point out the friendlyness, helpfulness and courtesy ot Caterina Neuss Molinas Bonin the landlord of the Villa. Thank you Caterina!

Perfect Family Location

Booked a week here with 7 members of family so the chances of pleasing everyone was going to be slim...but we did it!! The house has plenty of room (we had 7 adults) and there was a room at the very top with bunk beds so could of accommodated another 4. The house is split on three levels - bunks at the very top, 1st and ground floors mirror themselves with seating/dining area, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - plenty of room for everyone. The house is located about half a mile from the beach in a residential area on the Circuit de Llac which circles one of the many lagoons in the area (perfect for jogging - flat and just under a mile per lap) the Lagotel is situated at the back and the drop off point for transfers - can hear the daytime/evening entertainment but nothing too much. Plenty of room outside; the pool/garden area is perfect for sitting out in the sun and we took up the offer of using produce from the garden with lemons, limes, pomegranates, herbs and vegetables. Caterina was a great host, meeting us at the drop off point and helping with bags, providing advice on where to eat and only a call away if we needed anything. Alcudia Old Town/Port are a 20 min cab ride away (10 euros) and deifnitately worth the visit but with a golden beach only a 10 min walk away and the great facilities at the house there is no need to venture far. Beach is great for families with young children as the sea is warm, and only about 50-100cm deep for a good 50m rom the shore. We will be back.

Huset fremstår i annonsen som nytt, men det er i beste fall oppgradert innvendig på noen områder, deriblant kjøkken. Dog var bestikket rustent, og kjeler og f.eks vannkoker etc virket uhygienisk og var ikke noe vi ønsket benytte. Vi hadde bl.a trøbbel med dårlig fall i dusjsone på et bad som forårsaket oversvømmelse/vann i flere rom, dette ble dog raskt prøvd utbedret da vi gav beskjed. Utvendig vedlikehold var av skiftende karakter, og huset oppleves ikke som nytt. Strømmen i huset gikk også flere ganger i løpet av perioden vi bodde der, så noe er galt med det elektriske systemet. Den økologiske hagen opplevdes som uttørket, og gav ikke noe godt inntrykk idet man ankom huset. Det var heller ikke en allergikers drøm å oppdage alle villkattene som frekventerte rundt huset og bassengområdet, og som også ble foret av gårdeier. Bassenget og bassengområdet var for så vidt stort og helt greit, men med dybde på kun 1,35 m på det dypeste begrenset det ungenes muligheter for bassenglek. Uheldigvis luktet det kloakk i hele boligområdet rundt huset, og dette samt at det var dårlig renhold og manglende møblement på terrassene som hadde noe utsikt, la også en demper på ønsket om å benytte uteområdet. Våre 2 familiers vurdering utifra tidligere leieforhold rundt i verden, er dessverre at dette var for dyrt ift kvalitetene som møter deg.
