House was perfect. Located just a row off the beach. Easy walking distance. Clean and alot of room to move around. Outside balcony was our favorite and spent every night on it.

It’s was good overall. It was close to the beach, but the bed sheets should of been cleaned because their was a hair on the beds.

Wonderful view

Wonderful view. You can sit out on a complete wraparound upper deck and view the beach and hear the waves. The home was Perfect!. Plenty of space for all 10 guests. The house was well equipped with everything you needed to cook, to play, to sit and relax. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home

Location to the beach is great. The HVAC in the home never reached the desired setting of 73. The temperature at night made it uncomfortable for sleeping

Great location…

The location is great, 2nd row, partially obstructed view of the beach. There are two charcoal grills that were old, rusted and not clean, we had to clean them prior to use. Which is not a big deal, it was better than going out to eat. The bedding could be upgraded as well as the master mattress, still things I can deal with. My main complaint is the air conditioning would not cool the house during the day. They ask that you turn the temp to 75 when you leave, which is fine except it took from 2pm until 2 am to get below 73 degrees. It was 70 the next morning but as the temperature increased outside so did the temperature in the house. The second day it never got bellow 73 degrees, with ceiling fans, floor fans and blinds closed, The property management team did send maintenance who basically said it is hot outside and there isn’t much they can do about it. The unit should be serviced, it is hot but it should still cool the house down. No one wants to go to the beach and keep the blinds closed, part of the experience is the view.

We are sorry that the AC was not cooling for you. We did authorization from the owner to have the unit looked at by AC Company. They found an issue with the amount of insulation and this has been corrected. The unit itself was working appropriately with suffecient freon. If the BBQ grills were not clean, we would have taken care of that had you called. With the salty air, metal items such as BBQ grills, get rusty very quickly. We have no control over appliances and weather. We try to make sure our guests are comfortable and safe. Our goal is to make your beach stay likeable and will look forward to hosting you again in any number of our homes.

Wonderful

The house was beautiful and comfortable literally the beach is like the back yard not a far walk. One thing we didn't like is that the couches and baby high chair had sand when we arrived, I wish that was cleaned before we got there. Overall everything from the kitchen, to bedroom ,to the bathrooms were neat and clean. Planning to rent again in the future.😊

Excellent Property

The accommodations were roomy and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The property was very clean and well maintained. The house is few steps from the beach with a wonderful view of the waves.

Good Time With Family

House was great. I prefer beaches that don’t allow driving on the beach. Was Memorial Day so probably more traffic than usual. Overall would recommend as long as you know what to expect.

Labor Day Fun

Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and very inviting. It was close to the beach which was a plus since we had a disabled family member that can’t walk long distances. Big enough to sprawl around and enjoy each other’s company. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend to anyone with Or without children. The only thing is those mosquitoes are bad under the porch. I’m assuming it’s everywhere but will defiantly add to take your mosquito repelent. Other than that we had a fabulous time. Thank you

Very nice beach house

We had such a nice vacation at this property. The check in process was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. The house is very well kept and updated. It’s as described and pictured. The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach. Our favorite part of the house was the very large deck with great views of the beach. I would recommend this beach house.

Wonderful home, Relaxing Vacation

We loved our stay at Sum Beach! The house was lovely, well furnished, clean, great location, and had an AMAZING deck. The layout was fabulous, great proximity and views of the beach. We will definitely come back!
