Esta encantadora casa es el lugar perfecto para el ávido pescador. Amplio estacionamiento para su bote / remolque en la propiedad cercada, patio grande, estación de limpieza de peces,
mesa de picnic, parrilla de carbón y una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar y limpiar rápidamente. Todo esto está en el nivel del suelo.
Aventúrate al balcón donde puedes disfrutar de tu café y desayuno mientras escuchas el susurro de las palmeras.
en la brisa de la isla Hay muchos asientos para familiares y amigos. Entra a la sala de estar común abierta. Disfruta tus programas de TV favoritos
o películas con cable y Wifi mientras está sentado en el sofá, sillas decorativas o sillón reclinable. Se pueden levantar 3 taburetes para asientos adicionales. Puedes interactuar
con los de la cocina o mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4. La cocina completa cuenta con estufa, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, ollas, sartenes, utensilios,
despensa y estantería abierta para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un medio baño que también tiene una lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal

Convenient location in the middle of town. One of the best parts is Hot Water in the outdoor shower!! My family had a wonderful stay.

Port A family fun place

This property is centrally located in Port A, to the beach , restaurants, and the ferry. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities: outdoor shower, fish cleaning porch, outside water hose for rinsing off the boat, drive thru parking with 2 gates. Kitchen was well equipped and also it had a washer and dryer. Nice property!

Loved the privacy

We loved the house and the property. We loved how much space we had and the privacy of being in a house as opposed to a duplex or condo.

We loved it!

This property was ideal for us. We really liked the fenced yard so our dog was happy. There were 4 of us and it was comfortable and clean. We had all that we needed in the kitchen and there were extra blankets which is always a plus.

Comfortable and convenient

We will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next trip. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds, a kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking, a large private fenced yard. The management got us the details we needed, they were very communicative, and responded promptly when we had questions.

Great property, close to EVERYTHING

We loved staying at this property. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The yard was great for the dogs. Plenty of space in the house with an open kitchen. The outdoor sitting areas were a favorite in the evenings. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

Perfect Location

My family has rented this house 2 years in a row now and plan to continue to do so each year. We can walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store, the marina and just about anywhere we'd want to go from this location. The best parts of the house are the fenced yard for our pups and the outside shower. The large upper deck is also a perfect place to relax with coffee and enjoy the sea breeze.

Loved it!

The check in process was smooth at the start. showed up and the property was clean and well maintained. The provided more than enough towels, sheets etc for our 4 night stay. Had a bit of issue with the trash but called the company and they resolved the issue and followed up after. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Solid stay

Solid little place. 2 bedrooms with a twin bunk in the living room. It's a pretty straight forward beach style home. Good size yard for the beach with a fence thats about 4 feet high. We walked fence line and it seemed solid without any areas for our 25 pound puppy to get out of. Plenty of parking.

Awesome beach trip

We are from C.C. moved away to brenham for 4 years and my grandbabies to Montana.. Your vacation house is great for a small family get together with dogs.. the house was perfect.. close to beach drinks and fun.. the outside shower is great for dogs kids and adults later at night... I will so book again...

Perfect in town location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed staying here. The property was very clean. The outside space was great for morning breakfast in the patio. We loved the shaded downstairs area and the tropical vegetation. Will definitely stay again!

Infested

Great nice property outside and the area was nice and perfect location. Overall we have to give it a thumbs down due to infestation of roaches . We killed quite a few on our first night and in the morning continued to have to deal with them in kitchen cabinets and coming out from side of the dishwasher. Very frustrating and disgusting we couldn’t have our food out at all groceries we bought . I did report it to the office and asked if they can help they did finally send pest control out later that evening on our second night there . Unsanitary conditions

Very nice property but small things matter

Pros- pet friendly, location, large patio, large kitchen and living area. Cons- Dirty, broom nasty with no dustpan, no vacuum (Dustbuster would be nice), wobbly dining room chair, dated furniture, possible black mold in vents, remotes needed batteries

Nice yard, awful beds, wouldn't stay again

The beds are not comfortable at all, any of them. The cleanliness left something to be desired. There was something suspect smeared on the wall adjacent to the toilet in one of the restrooms. We had to move a broken picnic table with multiple nails sticking out. The exterminator needs to come more often we did see multiple roaches. Growing up in South Texas I understand roaches are part of the deal. The fenced yard is nice for pets.

Adequate for our stay

I’ll start by saying we would consider staying there again. The pics don’t necessarily relay the current state of the property however. Built in 1994, but I would suggest it looks older due to delayed general maintenance. Nothing extreme by any means, but if any home isn’t maintained with an eye to detail then it goes downhill. I know it’s a rental, but it looks like a rental only and the owner doesn’t ever go to the property. Bathtub and sink don’t drain well, the palm tree is overgrown and partially blocks the stairs, little things like that. Needs a good, deep cleaning inside and out. Location is great, rental and checking/checkout were a breeze, a/c worked well, ceiling fans to keep air moving, etc.

Great for dogs and young groups

Pros: Outside is phenomenal- pristine yard & gate, fish cleaning room, outdoor shower and 2 water hoses with long driveway. Inside had nice large bathroom & another half bath with great washer dryer combo. Management responded in minutes to roach issue and exterminator was fabulous. Great location walking a couple blocks to shops, groceries, liquor store and restaurants. Tons of coffee makers, pots, pans, blender.. no need to bring kitchen items. Cons: so many roaches. I've lived on a beach for years & while they can't be helped, there were so so many. Housekeeping is an issue.Dead roaches stuck to rims of glasses & bottoms of plates in, molded caulk in shower, finger prints on interior doors. Patio rug so covered in roach and mice droppings we removed it and scrubbed deck to then remove mold that was under rug. TV had minimal sound, the remotes we found has no batteries. Bedroom dresser barely hanging on & inner drawers were stained. 2 of 4 kitchen chairs had broken legs. Grill under low tree with burned branches. OVERALL: would've been great when we were 20, but we weren't comfortable until after we spent 6 hours cleaning. We wanted to relax & watch tv-the buzzing sound was louder than anything. Binder states they don't have time for deep clean between guests; our issue was spot cleaning. I think housekeeping needs training & furnishings need to be updated. For the we gave 4/10.Would not return to this property- WOULD rent from this this company
