Driveway side entry, upon opening the door you will view the beautiful woodwork and wainscoting , Stone chimney and pool table on your left, as you walk towards the Kitchen straight ahead you will come to the hallway on your right that leads to the first floor wainscoted carpeted bedroom. very comfy and warm. continuing past and towards back door the first floor full bathroom with tub/shower and laundry closet. The stairs leading up is as you first entered and the top you can proceed straight into spacious bathroom or take a right into large carpeted room with 5 single beds fanlight. If you take a right you will walk along beautiful would railing ,Stone chimney overlooking pool table and then entering on the right, the master bedroom, with it's own open porch and bathroom access. This roomy space has a double bed, a beautiful floor to ceiling brick fireplace (not to be used) with slopped wooded ceiling.

Wonderful vacation home

This house was clean and well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the very nice, accommodating owners. The location is great and the screened in porch is awesome.

Wonderful Stay in Grye Island

The property was everything we expected and more. Spacious rooms and comfort throughout. The location was perfect with plenty of parking for all three couples. Randy was always available for emails or calls, if needed.

Great house for a family get away

Randy and Kathy's Frye Island home is a great spot for those looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable home. My husband, mother, and two small children (5 1/2 and 2 1/2) were quite comfortable. The house is a stone's throw from Beach 10, allowing you to go back and forth to the house 278263727342 times a day to retrieve whatever your young children decide they need to have at the beach at that very moment. We especially enjoyed their board games collection as well as their Netflix access for the evenings and mornings. Randy and Kathy were gracious hosts who made themselves available for any questions or problems (though there were none of the latter), and the house was spotless upon our arrival. My family truly appreciates the use of their special place on our favorite island in the world.

Frye Island House

This house is beautiful, very well built, well stocked and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. It is air conditioned and there is also a beautiful screened porch where you can sit and enjoy a glimpse of the lake. If you are coming from a distance you might want to talk to Randy ( the owner) about renting linens as they are not supplied. Also there is not a cleaning service so that might be another thing you might want to set up ahead of time. I found the house very easy to clean as the owners left everything you might need and the house is so well organized. The pictures on line do not do the house justice as it’s much nicer in person. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, Spacious and Comfortable Frye Island Lake Home

Perfect vacation home on the lake! View of sparkly lake from private deck off huge second floor master bedroom, complete with high celings, great light and a beautiful statement fireplace in the corner. Another enormous second floor bedroom held 4 twin beds, perfect for the children. Very sound proofed and great light but also great shades and optional air conditioning so everyone slept great! The first floor bedroom was also very private and great for someone who has a different sleep schedule (an elderly person or a couple with a baby etc). The kitchen was open to the living room and a dining table in between. Very nice for the family to be together at meal time. Huge tv which the kids loved! I loved the attached front screened in porch with chairs and table and rockers. The house has beautiful shade trees and the lake across the street and the the spot was just so relaxing and quiet. It felt like being outdoors but even better because of the wall to wall screens. The owners were very helpful and responded right away when we had any questions. It is clear they love their home and want guests to feel comfortable and at home when visting. It was really a lovely time and I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. 5 stars!!!!!

Wonderful Week on Frye Island

This is a wonderful rental- just steps off the water. We went to the beaches and swam, played tennis, hit golf balls, rented a pontoon boat on Sebago Lake one day and all around had a nice relaxing family vacation. The owner- Randy- was very helpful and accommodating. He gave us a recommendation to rent a golf cart from his neighbor, Mike. It was such fun. He also had lots of games for our rainy day- the pool table was a hit- and the kitchen is well equipped with spices, coffee filters, really everything. The cabin was really clean and appeared brand new. The screened in porch was wonderful and you could see a bit of the lake from there. We had dinners out on the porch. One thing to note- you have to bring any and all linens- including pillows, blankets, towels (bathing and beach)- so it takes up room in the car. Pro tip- I wished I had brought mattress protectors, b/c the mattresses are covered in plastic, per Covid protocols. Not a big deal, but just not the most comfortable to feel the plastic through your sheets ;) This is a great FIND on Frye Island- the family room/porch/kitchen/backyard grill- everything is clean, wonderful, new and a good location. We'd love to come back! Many thanks!

Amazing home!

We’ve been staying on Frye Island for many years and this was our favorite home! Really comfortable and well maintained. The pool table was also a hit with the kids! Highly recommend.

Outstanding home

Absolutely gorgeous house and well stocked. Randy and Kathy could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Very roomy inside with 3 large bedrooms. The house is across the street from beach 10. Extremely clean and very modern inside. It is a wonderful house!
