¡Este espacioso condominio del East End ha sido un súper éxito por varias temporadas! Situado en el moderno distrito Art Gallery de la ciudad, a pocos pasos de la calle comercial es muy amplia unidad de dos pisos. Cuenta con una cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos, una hermosa cubierta de patio privado, estacionamiento para un auto, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, lavadora y secadora, y todo lo que hace la necesidad de un buen momento de relax o diversión en P-Town! El condominio se ha actualizado parcialmente cada año y cuenta con sábanas nuevas, toallas, cortinas y actualizaciones, incluido un sistema de aire acondicionado de cuatro zonas. Mascotas pequeñas no hay problema. Suelos de madera o baldosas en todo. Simplemente háganoslo saber. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores y no tiene alfombras para las personas con alergias, excepto en los dormitorios. Mucha luz para traer de afuera hacia adentro. Exceeded our expectations. The outdoor space is great for socializing with friends, and the living space is comfortable and spacious for Provincetown. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-maintained two-story condo in Provincetown. With two bedrooms, a full bath, powder room, living room, dining room, and kitchen, the setup had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, galleries, and the pier, the property is set back from Commercial Street surrounded by a beautiful garden and shaded by several trees, making it feel private and peaceful.

The house and location is terrific. We particularly enjoyed the garden. One concern was the mattresses with deep foam toppers; much too soft, caused back pain every night. Would love to rent again, but need improvement to mattresses.

The condo was great. Our dog especially enjoyed the garden area. The upstairs living room was our favorite space. Everything was very clean. The location was central to all that Provincetown offers.

Provincetown fun

We had a great time. The property was gorgeous and quiet even though it was right in the center of town. Parking was a little confusing and the outdoor area needed access to a hose to wash the sand off the dog. Also it would have been great if the property was completely fenced. Sometimes people from the street tried to walk through the back and it was strange.

This was our second time staying at this amazing property. We even canceled another booking once we saw that this unit was available. The gardens are so serene and perfect to sit in and relax and chat with friends. The interior is also perfect for eating in the dining room and the second floor family room is a great space to gather and watch TV or just hang out. We also love the balconies since they are a private space with seating. Finally, the location of this property is perfect. It’s quiet but so very close to the beach, great restaurants, galleries and other shopping. Needless to say, we will be back.

Adorable cottage near the center of town.

Just past the main strip on the east end of commercial, this was a perfectly cozy and charming house for our week. Stanley was lovely to deal with and accommodated a unique check in process for us. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future!

Nice apartment perfectly located

A great property that is centrally located. A relaxing outdoor space that is minutes from all that Ptown has to offer. We all had a great time. Communication with the property manager was great!

Convenient & quiet location. House is well appointed for cooking. The gas grill was a big plus. The outdoor shower was a pleasure. Never showered in the house. The garden was a great spot for sitting or dining. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen & dining room on first floor. Living room and bedrooms on the second. For people over 6’ tall there are allot of places for banging heads. Main bathroom we couldn’t fully stand because of sloped ceiling. Same issue in smaller bedroom. The outdoor shower also has a low beam to hit if you’re not careful. I was able to bring my kayak and just walk across commercial street to the bay. Overall a very pleasant stay on a lovely dead end street so no traffic noise.

Authentic Ptown

This was our second stay at Lovett Court, and it was delightful. It has authentic Provincetown charm, quiet, and privacy, and all the amenities you need. Stan is a very responsive and friendly host. Tucked away from the bustle of Commercial Street, yet ventrally located, it’s highly recommended.

Sweet property

Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house works for one or two couples. Even though only one full bathroom, the half bath, along with sinks in each room made it all very workable. Loved the outside deck with 4 Adirondack chairs and beautiful gardens. Stan was very responsive with all questions.

A charming experience. We felt like we were staying in an artist or writer’s cottage rather than a generic beach rental. Beautiful garden/patio and delightful sea breeze. Great, private location that is truly walkable to galleries, shopping, and dining. Quintessential Provincetown.

Prime Ptown Rental

This property is absolutely a great choice to rent. The location is perfect, right on Commercial Street, but down a walkway that makes for an absolutely quiet stay. The house is clean as a whistle, well-outfitted, and everything is in perfect working order. The patio is spacious and a great way to wind down the day with a cocktail or start the day with a cup of coffee. It's also spacious enough for two couples without crawling all over one another!

The location is near many of the galleries and restaurants. It is far enough on the east end to be quieter during the early evening and an easy walk west to other galleries, shops, and dining in the more active areas of town. The unit easily accommodates parking and sets back from the street up a small private walk. Nearby units were quiet and unobtrusive. The unit itself is very accommodating with indoor and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms and living room on the second floor was a nice separation from the dining room, kitchen and patio at ground level. We probably would have used the outdoor spaces more if the weather had been warmer. The full bath up and half bath down we found to be a plus. The kitchen was stocked with everything we good possibly need from dinner prep to coffee in the morning. And there was probably enough dinnerware to throw a dinner party for 12. The chef in the family thought is was great. And finally a full capacity washer and dryer meant packing was lighter and made the trip more convenient. All in all a great experience and are looking forward to a possible repeat next year. Thanks for making our stay in Provincetown that much more enjoyable.

Check in couldn’t be easier, the keys were left on the table for us, we were arriving late evening. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. Very clean, full size refrigerator that had a filtered water pitcher - that was a nice addition, as simple as it is. Many, many utensils, plates, cups, glasses, measuring cups, etc, dishwasher. Perfect even though we didn’t use the oven or stove. The house is decorated so nice and has two balconies, large sling windows and French doors. New washer/dryer was great to have!The mini splits in each room made for the perfect temperature in every room. We loved the location! So close to the action, but a quiet part of commercial street. The outside was very nice, a beautiful sitting patio with a pergola covered in grape leaves/vines made for a shady area to enjoy, surrounded by gardens. A grill made lunch easy with an outside shower and a shed that we stored our beach chairs an umbrella in. Lovely home that we enjoyed very much! Would return in a minute. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location with private outdoor space

Nice vacation spot for a week with two couples and our labs. Good location on Commercial Street across from the town beach and within walking distance to any Commwrcial Street spot, yet off the street enough to be quiet. Plenty of outdoor areas with two balconies and a large patio with a gas grill. An outdoor shower and a bath and a half easily accommodated the four of us. The large living area upstairs would be a cozy spot on a cool or rainy day. For our stay, it was bright and sunny the whole week, so the outdoor areasgot lots of use. Stan was very accommodating and kind.

Peaceful Bungalow

A beautiful beach house nestled in a stunning garden. A quieter part of town with a nice peaceful walk to the heart of Commercial Street. Amenities (laundry, dishwasher, patio) were in great shape. Very close to beautiful galleries and some excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Of note, while the listing says “2 double beds” in reality there is one queen bed and one double bed. The property would be better suited to sleep 3 rather than 4. There is a pull out couch but the owners expressed clearly they don’t want it to be used. Additionally the property is listed as having 3 bathrooms when in reality there is 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, 1 outdoor shower, and a sink in each bedroom.

Lovely spot but house was not clean

Beautiful home with lovely outdoor space. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been really cleaned in a long time. A man we met when we arrived said he just finished cleaning. It looked like he had vacuumed but the floors were filthy and our feet were black by the time we finished unpacking. The was some mold in the shower, dirty counters, a dirty bath mat, the bedspread had dog hair and foot prints on it. Additionally, there are spider webs and dead bugs on windows, sills and baseboard trim. Apparently, there is an issue with a 2nd floor balcony door that blows open, even when locked, during windy days, according to the neighbors. Unfortunately, we found this out the hard way. Upon returning from the nearby bakery we discovered our small dog had wandered thru the open door on to the balcony, got stuck and was frantically barking. We felt terrible about the barking and apologized profusely - the neighbors were understanding but said it happened before and asked us to let the owners know. We did leave a note for the property manager as the home maintenance seemed to be ok.With a deep cleaning, this would be wonderful vacation house. But, sadly, our vacation week was spoiled.

We loved our stay over Spooky Bear (Halloween) at this property. The condo is in a great tucked away location in the East End. It was very quiet, but you can easily get to Commercial Street and the center of town in 10 minutes by foot (or even quicker bike ride. The outside garden is beautiful and the living and dining rooms are spacious. We also loved having the terrace off of the primary bedroom. We'd absolutely stay here again!
