Gran villa para 16 personas. La villa tiene 2 parcelas, 2000 m², lo cual es bastante raro en Moraira, un gran espacio al aire libre completamente aislado de los vecinos. 8 habitaciones, 6 baños. En el piso superior: sala de estar, comedor, cocina americana que se abre a una gran terraza frente al mar, donde personalmente me encanta desayunar allí; 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. En el 1er piso: 5 dormitorios y 3 baños que se abren a otra terraza que da a la piscina y al jardín. En la planta baja: 1 dormitorio y 1 baño con vistas a la piscina de 10X5m, ducha exterior. Al lado, una cocina exterior totalmente equipada, horno, vitrocerámica, frigoríficos, etc. barbacoa, amplio bar, mesa para 16/18 personas y tumbonas. Zona de césped para relajarse a la sombra de las palmeras. Bosque de pinos de 900 m² donde a los niños les encanta jugar, tenis de mesa. Abajo, una cancha de voleibol donde puedes jugar petanca. Estacionamiento para autos. La villa está ubicada en la ciudad de Bénissa pero está más cerca de Moraira, distrito st. Jaime, zona tranquila en un callejón sin salida, cerca de tiendas a 500 metros. Golf y tenis a 400 metros con restaurante con vistas al mar. Una playa a 900 metros, a 10 minutos a pie, con un restaurante bajo los árboles frente al mar. Deportes acuáticos en Moraira. Para los caminantes, hay hermosos paseos en las montañas, con pequeños restaurantes típicos. Moraira, un antiguo puerto pesquero pequeño, ahora es un pequeño complejo muy agradable.

we had a great stay in the well-equipped house. the grounds are beautiful with great plants and options for some activities. Before the trip I was able to organize everything with the landlady without any problems and our local contact was also very nice. Overall everything was very uncomplicated

Spacious villa with great outside space and terraces, ideal for families. Outdoor kitchen facilities are excellent with plenty of crockery, etc and the interior kitchen, although hardly used by us, is also well equipped. The bedrooms are of mixed size and decor, with some having the wow factor but a couple in need of modernisation. The pool was a good size, and not too cold, with beautiful surroundings. The area is very peaceful and it is a short walk to some nice family friendly restaurants or a short drive to Moraira which is a very picturesque town.On the downside, at the time of reservation through the UK version of Vrbo we were not informed that there would be additional charges for linen (160)and cleaning (300). We had already made our initial deposit before these charges were mentioned by the owner and although she said we could bring our own sheets, etc, that was not practical for a party of 12. Obviously, in order for a holidaymaker to budget accurately and make an informed decision, it would be preferable to have all charges displayed in English on the UK website at the time of the initial booking. Overall, though, we would recommend this villa but be aware in the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes in this area so sprays, etc are needed.

Je suis désolée que vous n’ayez pas vu sur le site les frais de ménage ainsi que le prix de la location du linge. Cela est bien stipulé sur le site à la fin du descriptif, d’ailleurs je vous l’ai envoyé en photo et cela est également écrit sur le contrat. Apparemment il y a des chambres qui ne vous ont pas plu, je pense que vous devez parler des 2 chambres pour enfants, cela est une histoire de goût. Je prends à ma charge le spot intérieur de la piscine qui a été cassé, goût assez onéreux car il faut vider de moitié la piscine. Merci d’avoir réservé ma villa. Bien cordialement. Frédérique

Great house, terrible manager

It's a great house for a large group, with a fantastic pool and good outdoor facilities. The bedrooms vary from luxurious to basic but they're all comfy and have air con, which is a necessity. It's a short, if steep, walk to a big, well-stocked supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. A half hour walk or a short drive takes you into Moraira, which is a beautiful, bustling resort. There are LOTS of mosquitoes and the ants constantly try to invade the outdoor kitchen but that's not the fault of the house. The bad stuff: we were expected to pay €460 in cash for "cleaning and linen" but this isn't mentioned in the listing. And, while the owner was nice, the property manager was horrible. She was extremely drunk when we arrived, endlessly repeating herself so the process took ages and we nearly missed getting to the supermarket for supplies. When we were leaving she complained angrily that we hadn't cleaned everything when we'd already been fleeced €300 for cleaning. We'd tidied up and bagged up the last of the rubbish and recycling (we'd been disposing of it during the week) but she insisted we take it with us, saying the money we'd paid was for cleaning, not taking out rubbish. She also complained about some wet footprints on the floor of one of the bathrooms (?!), the fact that there were empty water bottles in a couple of the bedrooms and became extremely angry. A genuinely horrible person and clearly in the wrong job.

I feel sorry for the manager, she takes care of a lot of houses, first time taking care of mine, and may be a little stressed. It is well stipulated on the VRBO site, cleaning 300 euros and linen if you wish 160 euros. In addition, it is also mentioned on the contract that you signed. There is no clarification on my part. As for mosquitoes, Spain no longer wants to treat them, and it depends on the year, 2024 is a stormy year in Moraira. Thank you for finding the house superb and I hope you had a good holiday.

Wonderful large villa for groups of friends or family

The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and tasteful. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We spent most of our time in the outside kitchen which is very well equipped. We used the barbecue several times, which was fantastic! The pool is large with plenty of room for our whole group of 14 and the grounds offer plenty of space for children to play. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views and the living room and kitchen are great spaces too! All levels are reached by outdoor stairways and this might not be ideal for toddlers. The local supermarket is excellent, though you need to walk up a steep hill to get to and from it. The nearest beach, Calle de Baladrar is also a challenging walk so no good for older people or young children. It’s great for snorkelling though and we ate several times at the bar there. We walked and got the bus into Moraira which is a really lovely town. The beach is busy! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you.

A wonderful, relaxing & perfect stay

The photos of this property do not do the villa justice - it is beautiful! Everything has been tastefully considered, the décor is simple and stylish and all rooms are beautifully spacious and the air con was very much appreciated in the August heat! The pool was warm and spacious enough for 10+ people to enjoy. There is ample seating and we really enjoyed the different areas we could relax and sit. The villa is located on a quiet residential street with stunning views of the sea from the top floor. One thing to note if you are travelling with young children (we had a 3 year old child) that there are a lot of stairs in this property all of which are only accessible from outside (there are no internal stairs in the villa to access each floor). We predominately used the outside kitchen as in high summer heat it was easier to stay on the ground floor but can imagine during cooler months the top floor kitchen would be lovely to use. Advice when cooking/using ovens is to ensure all air con is switched off otherwise the power will trip. We had absolutely no issues with the villa or booking, the only negative we found that there were no tea towels, or basics provided (salt, pepper etc) so we had to do a whole shop for all basics as well which we have never had to do when renting a large villa before which for a premium listing was a little disappointing. Aside from that the villa was immaculate and well equipped with cutlery, crockery, bedding, storage etc. We arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time and were kindly allowed to check in earlier which we really appreciated after a drive from the airport. Half of the guests arrived from Alicante, half from Valencia and we both arrived around the same time (approx 1-1.5 hours drive) Frédérique was a perfect host, helpful with any queries, quick to respond to any questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. Overall this was a fantastic holiday for our large family get-together and we highly recommend it! Thank you Frédérique for sharing your beautiful villa - we loved every day there!

Dejlig stor villa med fantastisk poolområd

Stor rummelig villa med masser af køkkenudstyr og mange værelser. Fine dobbeltsenge i forskellige størrelser, og 2 værelser med enkelte senge, som dog står sammen til en dobbeltseng. Generelt dejlige lyse værelser. Aircondition på alle værelser. villaen er flot moderniseret. Der er en del store masterbedrooms med tilhørende store flotte moderne badeværelser, som er virkelig lækre og store. Der er også et par værelser, som er lidt mindre men stadig fine værelser. Her boede børnene :) Dejligt poolområde med poolbar, køleskabe og komfur samt stort havebord med stole, her tilbragte vi det meste af ferien. Dejlig stor pool og udendørsbruser. Der er tre etager: Stueplan: hvor pool ligger + 1 stort pænt værelse med stort badeværelse. 1. Sal: 2 store flotte værelser med tilhørende moderne lækre badeværelser + 3 værelser og 1 mindre badeværelse med bruseniche. 2 sal: stort køkken og stue + 1 stort lækkert værelse med flot moderne badeværelse + 1 værelse med mindre badeværelse med bruseniche. Fra 2 sal kan man se noget af havet. Der er en dejlig udsigt fra 2 sal. Det var også fedt, at man kunne gå ned til hovedvejen, hvor der ligger en del restauranter. En gåtur på 10-20 min til rigtig gode restauranter. Sød vært som svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og var 4 familier med store børn.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Frédérique, la villa était super propre et conforme à la description et très spacieuses, nous avons passé la plupart de notre séjour dans la cuisine d’été très spacieuses nous étions 15. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. En recommande absolument!! Ps : Katia qui nous a accueilli a été très attentionné et bienveillante quant à nos besoin!

Effectivement les fauteuils extérieurs s'usent avec le temps et les intempéries. Nous les changeons tous les trois ans, ce qui sera le cas cet hiver. Nous espérons par ailleurs que notre parc de 2000 m² à l'abris des regards du voisinage, notre espace piscine et notre cuisine/bar extérieur vous ont fait passer de belles vacances et espérons vous revoir l'année prochaine.
