Ahora LISTO PARA ALQUILAR! Remodelado a un estándar muy alto, la unidad SeaGate 408 es un condominio fresco y relajante para sentarse, poner los pies en alto y tener unas vacaciones inolvidables. Hay 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una cocina completa. También hay una unidad de almacenamiento en la planta baja para equipos de playa. Con esta unidad de ESQUINA, puede disfrutar de las vistas del Golfo de México desde el dormitorio, así como desde la sala de estar alrededor del balcón. Como beneficio adicional, hay un segundo balcón en el tercer dormitorio con vista al intercostal.
* TODAVÍA MÁS MUEBLES Y DECORACIONES PARA VENIR - IMÁGENES PROFESIONALES A SEGUIR * El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con ducha y cama King. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen y también tiene baño. Esta habitación tiene acceso a un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha compartida a través del pasillo con el tercer dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Todas las habitaciones tienen un televisor inteligente, por lo que puede retirarse a su habitación y relajarse después de un largo día en la playa.
La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas y sartenes, etc. Todo lo que necesitará para cocinar o sacar y sentarse en el condominio para ver el mundo o la playa.

beach front condo

this condo is right on the beach. So many peoples ( I really mean me) dream. I wish there was more restaurants within walking distance, but the ones that were walkable were great. wish i was tech savvy enough to post pictures but I'm not. Enjoy yourselves whoever reads this and stay here!

Fantastic Vacation

5 Star ratings across the board. The condo was just as described. Very clean with everything we needed. Fully updated interior with beautiful furnishings and incredible views. Highly recommended.

Phillies Spring Training

Overall our stay was nice. There was ongoing construction at the property and most of the units were empty. The pool unfortunately was not usable do to storms and the same with the outdoor grill and tiki hut area. Great location, close to some really good restaurants. Owner was responsive to any questions we had and even refunded a portion of the costs due to the pool being unusable. I would stay here again.

Multi-generational Family Getaway!

We rented this condo for a beach trip with my parents, brothers and kids (in total we were 6 adults and 2 kids). The condo was a perfect size. We all fit comfortably without feeling like we were in each other’s way. The condo was great, the beach was beautiful, but the very best part was the availability of the garage/locker to keep our beach stuff in!!! It made getting 3 canopies/umbrellas, 8 chairs and beach toys an absolute breeze. We packed our beach bags, headed to the garage to grab the wagon and hit the beach. After a long day at the beach it was so nice to be able to roll our beach stuff into the garage and not have to lug it upstairs and get sand all over the condo. We all had a great time and will definitely be booking this condo again!

Condo was as advertised, beautiful location steps from the beach. Host was responsive with any questions we had. Perfect space for a relaxing girls weekend. Would 10/10 recommend.

Perfect in Every Way

Beautiful condo, very clean and well appointed. End unit is nice with the extra balcony. Location is great. Literally steps from the beach. And the beach itself is gorgeous. Property manager very friendly and responsive to contact made. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Perfect location! The condo had everything we needed. Loved that they provided beach chairs and wagon. Such a fun time! The kids enjoyed the pool and ocean. So nice to have access to both! Would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Weekend Stay

Our overall stay was good and this location has a lot going for it. The three items that could have been better are more seating in the tv area as we could barely fit our family of four on the couch and there is room for more furniture, quality stools on the balcony that are more comfortable so you can enjoy the view you are paying for, and new master bath shower head because it is very low flow. I would give it 5 stars if these three items were updated.

Great location - Needs deep clean and kitchen restock

Having stayed in other condos in the same building, we liked this one the least. The unit needs a deep cleaning, specifically the bathrooms and floors, along with general maintenance, specifically, many of the dining room table chairs need tightening. The unit lacks a homey feel, having no rugs, and the kitchen is not stocked with needed items - there wasn't even a pizza cutter available and the dishes are chipped with silverware markings. While location is great, a deep clean, and small updates to amenities would make a world of difference.

Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 408 Seagate. Property manager was easy to communicate with, condo was clean and provided all the amenities that helped you feel at home. Furniture was extremely nice and updated. Condo provided beach towels and chairs when made it super convenient when traveling long distance with limited to no space. It was great! We will return. Excellent service and experience all around.

Great quiet location

We stayed for 8 days and loved the condo. It was well stocked with everything you'd need in the condo itself but then they had plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, toys, body boards, etc. We brought our own just in case but didn't really use our stuff. Condo itself had everything you'd need - plenty of dishes and bathroom items, all the appliances are newer and work really well. The beds were comfortable. All the spaces were large for our group of 6 that we never felt crammed at all. It is a nice corner unit with a great view of the pool and beach. Indian Shores is a quiter beach away from the hustle and bustle which we enjoyed. There were still plenty of restaurants within a few miles of the location so we still never needed to drive far. We would definitely stay there again.

Girls trip

Beautiful property! Could have used a few more clothes hangers, AC unit was noisy and there was construction right outside our unit the entire stay. Other than that the beach and views were pristine, pool was warm and clean. Getting around was easy, we used the trolley or Uber. Great girls trip overall!

Indian Shores Getaway

Overall this condo was great to stay in. Great Location in Indian Shores. The condo was renovated a couple years ago which was great. Just a couple things to be aware of the master bedroom shower is on the smaller size and could use a new shower head and a small shelf to put things on. Also, the entire floor in the condo could use a professional steam cleaning as the type of flooring installed gets dirty and it’s hard to clean. My socks ended up dirty each day. Also, there was only one luggage rack for the entire building and it was so old and it wouldn’t roll correctly at all. Not really a great way to start a stay.

When we arrived didn’t seem housekeeping cleaned well. Floors were covered in sand and my feet were black hadn’t been mopped. Counters sandy.

Nice Condo - Needs More amenities

We have stayed at Sea Gate several times and in different condos. The reason I provided a 4 star rating was due to all the little things that this condo did not have and the price. Compared to other condos in Sea Gate, this condo is very comparable. The condo is very nice and clean and the beach storage is very convenient. However, the little things....Beach Towels, cheap and thin (I think they were leftovers from guests). Beach Chairs...This was ridiculous. They are all rusted and have funk on them. My hand was literally orange from grabbing chairs. No hooks to hang swim suites or towels. No drying rack on balcony. The shower did not have any ledge for shampoo or soap. For the price, I would expect more. Could be the best condo in Sea Gate, but needs attention to details, and all the little things do add up. Overall great condo, great location and the owner is very responsive.

Great condo

Unit 408 was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable as was the couch. The views from the balcony are great and being just steps away from the ocean is awesome. There was a nice selection of beach supplies and the wagon made it super easy to get everything to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This was our first time visiting this part of Florida and were very pleased by the location of the condo. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, without fighting the traffic of the busier cities. You are steps away from the beautiful beaches and pool. The lending closet with beach accessories was a huge bonus! Condo was well stocked and spacious for our family of 6. My boys LOVED having a queen bed all to themselves. Sunsets from the balcony were exceptional. Beds are medium to firm, which may matter to some. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo!! Owner was great at communicating. Would stay here again!

Great location, beautiful condo

The space was amazing. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. All furniture and decor is modern. Very pleased.
