This beachfront vacation rental offers magnificent unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico in every direction. This newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath features a large patio to enjoy the spectacular beach views and captivating sunsets. This unbeatable location offers large windows with views looking out at the beach and amazing Gulf view of saltwater heaven! Relax in the spacious open modern-day dining and living room area with views of the beach wherever you go. The condo is located on the entire first floor with captivating views of the beach from the spacious balcony as well as from the living room and kitchen of the beautiful Indian Shores beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is always looking at you!

Prepare your favorite dish while enjoying the exceptional views of the beach. The cozy bedrooms offer a beachy atmosphere with ample space and storage. The main bedroom has a great view of the Gulf from small balcony. Located on the entire first floor the beach is always looking at you! Beautiful sunsets await!

We think we have thought of everything you would need for a relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking and serving needs. The condo includes a washer and dryer as well as Wi-Fi internet access. The condo offers covered parking for up to 6 cars tandemly. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Conveniently located to many restaurants and pubs. You cannot get any closer to beautiful Indian Shores Beach and community.

Beaches nearby are Indian Shores Beach (steps away of course) with nearby Redington Shores Beach access 0.8 miles, Indian Rocks Beach 4.5 miles, Sand Key Beach 8.7 miles, Upham Beach Park 9.8 miles, St. Pete Beach 9.9 miles, Clearwater Beach 10.0 miles. Tampa International Airport is 26 miles about a 40 minute drive.

Lovely condo with enough amenities to feel at home. We reported a toilet issue early on a Saturday and it was repaired by midday. The location was great for our group. We'll definitely be back

Family friendly with a lovely, long extended porch that makes you feel like you’re right on the water. We stayed on the lower level of the two stories. We were very happy with the beach location. We had no issues with the condo and would definitely stay there again.

Condo was perfect! Will look to visit this property again next year. Clean, spacious…. Only add I would make is, beach (sand) chairs would be lovely!

Exactly what we needed

Arriving to a wonderful location, with a wonderful place to stay. The home was exactly as advertised and the view from the patio was spectacular. Would definitely rebook if we return to the area again.

Condo was in a perfect location to walk outside with bare feet onto beach. Beautiful weather. Manager responded quickly to the couple things that came up. Enjoyed our time away.

Fantastic view

We had a wonderful vacation stay. We absolutely loved the back porch, listening to the ocean, gazing at stars and being steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for a family of five and everything clean. We would highly recommend staying here.

Felt like home!

We loved our stay at the condo! The beach was amazing the condo was perfect and the owners were wonderful to deal with. We had a small hurricane while there and felt safe in the condo with the owners checking in to make sure we were safe. It was very memorable vacation for our family and we hope to someday return. Thank you so much!

What a dream!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Gorgeously decorated! We had an issue with the door lock on the first day but Jim was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t be beat- right on the beach! We had a great stay!

The accommodations were just like you see in the pictures… renovated and clean. You can’t get better than beachfront! We did need to contact the property owner once, and I received an immediate response. We couldn’t have enjoyed the stay more! Thank you!!

The condo was very clean with a breath taking view of the beach, parking was great which made it easy for us to bring our tent to the beach every day. Being so close to the beach was just so awesome and very relaxing. the beds were also very comfortable.The kitchen was spacious to cook in and roomy for family to eat at the table. The only downside is if you have rowdy neighbors upstairs you can hear everything and the outside balcony sand or food falls from the upstairs balcony down to your balcony if there are people or pets upstairs.Since there are wooden slats with some spaces in between them. Overall we loved this place and would come back.

Summer vacation

Overall property was fine. 2 adults and 3 kids between 11 and 5. PROS: House is the first house on the beach. Very clean throughout. Had umbrellas, beach chairs and some kids toys to keep them busy (football, volleyball, shovel, etc). Home is nicely decorated and free parking under the home. CONS Pillows were high for my taste. Low water pressure in the kitchen sink. There were no condiments, foil, etc in the kitchen which we are accustomed when we rent a vacation home. Indian shores is a small community, not many restaurant options.

Disappointed

Pros: check-in process was easy. Location was great-directly on the beach. Access to the beach was very close and simple. Lots of beach towels. Cons: We arrived at the condo and it was so dirty. There were food and what looked like chocolate stains on the couch and all the bed linens in all 3 rooms. The dishes were dirty and had to be re-washed. There was probably 2 inches of dryer lint. The umbrella was broken which Tom did replace. The "beach chairs" are camping chairs. We asked for new ones but were told to use the chairs from the owners upstairs which were also broken, a few worked but were in bad shape. Minimal toys. The shower curtain was stained but Tom did replace. We had no rug to get out of the shower-we asked for one and got a towel. We have been coming to Indian shores for the past 5 years (twice a year) and this was by far the worst place we have stayed. For the amount they charge, I would have expected so much more.

We are very surprised by this review. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we take a great deal of pride in that. We came out twice during the guests’ stay. The first was to replace a cloth shower curtain due a very small bleach stain at the bottom of the curtain. Had the sheets and comforters been dirty as claimed, we’re confused as to why the guest didn’t ask us to bring fresh sheets. Not once during her visit – including us going out twice – were any of these items brought up. To clarify, we did provide a shower mat. It is a cloth mat that matches our blue towels. It’s about a third the size of our oversize towels and twice the thickness, much like you’ll find in nicer hotels. We work very hard to accommodate all our guests and are proud of all the great reviews for this great beachfront property. We’re disappointed that, if the sheets were not up to the guest’s standards, we were not given the opportunity to take any corrective action. Had we been, we would have addressed it immediately. We value feedback and are committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for all of our guests. This is a very unusual review and does not reflect the true essence of this beautiful condo.

Updated unit in a great location right on the beach!

Location was right on the beach, just what we were looking for. We fully utilized the balcony that extended the full length of the condo. The balcony off the master was not used, it is very close to the unit next door. None of the exterior sliding screen doors slid well. Would have been nice if the kitchen had a few more items, like a cookie sheet, plastic wrap, and some basic spices beyond salt & pepper. The unit did not have an iron and ironing board when we arrived and the management company promptly provided a brand new set. We also requested additional paper towels and toilet paper and they delivered them right away. They were very attentive. We had kids with us, and the unit had adequate beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, a boogie board, and coolers. The washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient. The water pressure in the master shower was terrible. We were interrupted twice on 2 different days, but did get appropriate advanced notice. Once for a maintenance person to fix one of the screen doors that was broken and off the tracks before we even arrived, and another to do an electrical inspection. It was an inconvenience, but the overall stay was wonderful. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves and no one was in the unit above us during our stay. The condo unit area was very quiet. If we come back, we would stay here again, especially for the ability to walk out of the unit and right on to the soft beach sand. No shoes required. 5 stars!

Daughters Birthday weekend

Our daughter lives in Tampa and we’re in Virginia. We had a wonderful weekend, the condo is literally just steps from the beach. Very clean and newly renovated. Quiet neighborhood yet within short distance to restaurants! Highly recommend
