Newly remodeled living and dining rooms with all new furniture! Beautifully updated and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo with 2 private patios located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Unobstructed views of the Gulf and sunsets, Aquavista condos are low density so less crowded beaches and beach chair service included with rental (chair service is seasonal and provided approx March-October only). Heated swimming pool and hot tub.

Short trip to grocery store and located within walking distance of the famous City Pier and new Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex with over 80 stores and restaurants.

The rental was spacious and clean. We had five of us (two adults and three kids) and had plenty of space, and we could have easily added another kid or two and have been fine.

Beach getaway

Beautiful ocean views! Loved that it was right on the beach and could hear the waves. Spacious cozy beach condo. Perfect location. Close to grocery but out the traffic. Love the beach and the pool.

We Georgia/Florida gals, celebrating our 70th birthdays, absolutely fell in love with this corner condo on the 3rd floor, which was very clean, updated and comfortable with three bedrooms (comfortable beds) and two full bathrooms. Parking under the building was easy and spacious. The location was ideal, close to Pier Park, restaurants and grocery shopping. It felt like home away from home with spectacular views of the private beach, sunset and sounds of the ocean waves. The host was extremely easy to reach and very accommodating. We are planning our next stay in this condo for next year. 10/10 Stay

This property was absolutely wonderful! The ocean front view is to die for! There are 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The king bedroom sits on the corner of the condo and has a separate balcony with an ocean view as well. Everything you need is provided upon check-in and housekeeping does a fabulous job of ensuring the place is well kept. Parking was a breeze and entering and exiting the beach was easy as well! 10/10 stay and I’d love to book this property again!!

Great Stay at PCB

Nice central location. Clean and very roomy. Easy access to beach. Great views from 2 balconies. I liked that we had two beach chairs, and the pool was heated! Very nice stay.

Loved the entire place very spacious and comfortable The most beautiful view in the world was setting on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the ocean. The pool was a comfortable temperature and the spa tub was relaxing!It was just Heaven on earth

Memorable Moments!

We have stayed at AquaVista several times and this condo is by far the best one yet. The condo is exactly like advertised. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The host is amazing!! I highly recommend this condo!

Excellent stay

The condo is well appointed for a beach stay. It comes with the beach chairs and umbrella service which was wonderful. You can hear the surf from the balcony. Our family agrees will stay here again!

Perfect escape

The condo what’s exactly what we needed. The owners were super accommodating. It was very clean and well stocked. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore was a bonus. Beach access was steps away. This condo is perfect for a little escape.

We live in St. Louis, Missouri and have a large family, 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Our whole family loves the beach and Panama City Beach is one of our favorites!

We love Aquavista, beaches are beautiful and less crowded with its quiet, relaxed atmosphere, you’ll never want to leave! We love the family friendliness of the west end of Panama City Beach and all the outdoor recreational activities it offers.

Smaller condo community, less crowded beaches and our unit is on the 3rd floor so just a short walk to the private beach and pool. Relax on the beach with beach chair service provided March through October. Fabulous gulf front views.
