Reserve con confianza, este impresionante condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Maui Kamaole que fue remodelado a partir de enero de 2020. Todo en el condominio es nuevo y está acabado con materiales de alta gama que sería difícil encontrar en otras unidades de alquiler. Este condominio es administrado por PMI Maui, una corredora de bienes raíces local que se especializa en alquileres de vacaciones. Estamos ubicados a una milla del complejo y disponibles las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. It was a nice property, generally clean, very well equipped with everything you need. Close to the beaches and great communication. We left a beach wagon to make it easier to haul everything they have to offer!

Nice Place to stay

The kitchen had some coffee, spices, and condiments which was very nice, we also left some items for the next vacationers. The reason not a 5 star. The kitchen had no potholders or bowl-scrapper. The bathroom, did not have a second set of bath towels for each bathroom. The washing machine needs to be cleaned around the inside rim, there is a lot of mold under the rubber. We did buy and leave an extra camp chair as my husband doesn't like the low ones. So hopefully someone else will be able to enjoy it!

In addition to its warm and modern aesthetic, this condo is outfitted with everything you need from water bottles to coolers (big and small), boogie boards and lounge chairs and umbrellas to its well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage and in-unit laundry. The beach is a short stroll down the hill, where you can body surf , boogie board and even share sunset views with majestic sea turtles. The pools on the property are great. The streaming services are all represented on great flats screens in each room for evening downtime. The Maui Kamaole property is nicely landscaped and even though it was bustling, never felt overcrowded. Matt at PMI is very responsive and helpful.

Located right in the middle of both pools, it’s a short walk to either and a very short walk to Kameole park 3 Beach. The patio is a great place to view the sunrise/sunset from. The condo is nicely updated and well equipped. We did find that a lot of the supplied equipment could use upgrading such as one of the beach chairs and hair dryer were broken, but there were plenty to spare for our needs so it wasn’t an issue for us.. all of the non stick pots and pans are damaged which is a health concern as well and should be replaced. Dryer is a bit finicky and requires a bit of explanation but it does work once you know how to use it.! Lastly, we found the spare blankets to be visibly dirty and Had to be washed. All very minor things, but should be addressed/replaced for the price point of this rental.

They provide everything you need in a home and more, with a perfect location on the island. It was more space than we needed for just two of us, but would suit a family of 4-6 easily. The showers, bathrooms, AC, beds, pillows, kitchen utensils, beach gear, etc, just to name a few items in the home were spot on. It would be hard to stay anywhere else if we were to visit that island again. Mahalo.

Modern but cozy

This was the perfect spot for our needs with amenities leaving you wanting for nothing with it's smartly designed layout and close proximity to most of the major spots in the area. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and answered all of our requests in a speedy manner. It was great value for cost and I would definitely rent here again.

We came with 3 young children, and PMI made sure we had 2 pack n plays ready upon arrival which we really appreciated. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with updated appliances (AC also worked perfectly). The lanai has a great ocean / sunset view (even better in person). Even though it overlooks a street, we barely noticed it. I thought the unit was conveniently located with a short walk to the pool and Kamaole 3 beach. Maui Kamaole itself is pretty quiet so if that's important to you, then you will be very happy here. We'd definitely come back! Thank you PMI.

Great location for a diver, just across the street from the Kihei boat ramp. This is an upstairs unit, 2 BR, 2 bath, perfect condition,better furniture than a standard vacation rental. Has everything you would need to cook your own meals, keep your laundry up. South end of Kihei, close to Waimea. Slightly less traffic than mid-Kihei, easy to get on the bypass. No problems at all, everything worked. Perfect place for home base as we explored the island.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely updated and furnished, as pictured. Perfect for our family of four with two kids since it had two bedrooms and two baths. Great lanai with table, chairs, and a chaise lounge, and it offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Condo was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the beach gear, which included a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, towels, and snorkeling gear. Location was good with short walks or quick drives to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. Separate AC controls and fans in the rooms were nice. Overall very clean — only suggestions are the sofa could use a cleaning to remove stains and the freezer drawer fixed so it can be fully opened. Easy, no-hassle check-in/out with security code box on the door.
