Maui Hill 99 offers the perfect Hawaiian hideaway. Great location with garden views. This comfortable 2bd/2bath condo offers room for the family or a couples retreat. Conveniently just a short drive to the World's Top Beaches, The Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants and more!

As you enter this spacious condo you are welcomed by the tasteful décor. The quaint kitchen is fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Dining area offers seating for six. The expansive lanai right off the living area allows for enjoyment of the lush grounds. Dine al fresco with seating for four.

The living area is appointed comfortably with a large sectional that converts to a full sleeper. Snuggle up and relax after a busy day on Maui with your favorite movie, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and window AC.

Family friendly with amenities that include child-sized beach chairs, pack and play, table-top strap on high chair, blow-up bed for toddlers, stroller, and beach toys.

The charming guest bedroom offers that beach feel with crisp white beautiful linens and a cozy queen bed. Enjoy a quiet Maui morning with your own private lanai off the guest bedroom. There is a flat-screen TV and window AC unit for comfortable sleeping.

The guest bath offers a luxury spa feel, with attractive counters and fixtures. There is a shower-tub combo and is conveniently off the guest bedroom.

The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat! Drift off to sleep in the king bed with exquisite linens. Lounge on your lanai with access from your primary suite. Complete with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC, en suite bath with a striking tiled shower. Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.

We had a very relaxing stay at this Aston Maui Hill condo from Jan 27–Feb 10. The spacious living area was perfect for our small family, with a well-equipped kitchen for home meals.Beach chairs and essentials were provided, making beach trips to nearby Kamaole Beach easy. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful—ideal for a laid-back Maui escape.Highly recommend!

Coldwell Banker manages this property. They were fantastic to work with. They had very good communication and quick response time. One example is that upon arrival we suspected the hot water heater might have been leaking. Within a day they had a plumber come and replace the water heater.

Great place!

This was a comfortable stay in close proximity to Keawakapu beach! Located at the top of the hill, it is about a 12 minute walk to the boat ramp, or a quick and easy drive. The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. We would happily stay again!

Overall a great place to stay. The condo was a little dirty in areas mainly the couch having stains. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice size of the condo and enough space for everyone to spread out. Parking a bit tight due to construction taking up four or five spaces. Staff onsite is very nice and helpful. This place is great for a bigger family who doesn't need all the fancy amenities of a resort hotel!

Property as a whole was very nice. Some simple spices and amenities in the kitchen would have been nice or at least the knowledge that none were in the unit would have been good to know. As this is a lower unit guests should be aware that people staying upstairs can impact your stay as movement and conversations are heard clearly from above. Overall a good unit and visit.

Thin floors…noisy upstairs

Very step from the upstairs neighbors can be heard. Squeaky front bedroom floor made for middle of the night wake ups. Older AC units SUPER noisy and not very efficient. Cooler needed replacing and only three chairs. Minor But overall worth mentioning.

It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very large sectional in the living room was nice so that my whole family could sit and enjoy a movie together. Master bed needs new padding; kept slipping down. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit and fan in the master bedroom were broken when we arrived and was not fixed for 5 days due to the holiday. It was very hot in that room which made sleep more difficult. Other than that, the property was great!

The process of check in and communication was not clear

For some reason confirmation through Vrbo app didn’t work and had to call multiple times before everything was set up and confirmed. There was not much communication from the property owner’s end. Honestly no communication almost and had to keep calling Vrbo to get Had come back from beach on first night and needed to clean up sand but the vacuum cleaner was dingy and stinked of mild dew.

A fun beach retreat!

We had a great time at Maui Hill 99. The property management was very communicative and helped us ensure we had all the things we needed for our stay, particularly for our toddler. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai and watching the birds in the backyard. A few beaches were within walking distance, but because the property is at the top of a hill at the very end of a dead end drive, we opted to drive so we would t have to haul all our beach things. Two issues: the AC in the smaller bedroom was very noisy and couldn’t be used at night. It sounded like it was rattling. We compensated by running the AC in the living room with the door open to the bedroom throughout the evening. Thankfully, since we visited in the spring, that was all was needed to cool the room, but hopefully the AC will be fixed or replaced in time for the summer. Also, Maui Hill has set up a maintenance area with a porta potty cordoned off in the parking lot right in front of the unit. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s not really nice to have to walk by every time you go and from the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wish we had been there for a few more days. Maui is lovely and Kihei is a fun relaxed town where you can launch all of your adventures! We easily drove to Laihana, Kapalua, and Pa’ia (along with part of the Road to Hana).

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo did not live up to the photos online. The bedroom furnishings were lovely and comfortable. The sofa in the living room was well used and stained. All the carpets were stained. Some of the chairs at the table were wobbly and some joints were very loose so much so we were afraid to sit on them. The photos showed a small view of the ocean. This was true if you stood in one certain place on the lanai and were 6ft tall. This condo was in dire need of painting. The artwork under the bed would have been enjoyed if they were on the walls. The lanai was lovely with table and chairs and two loungers, unfortunately there was not a speck of sun in this location. This unit is also at the very back of the property beside maintenance area which was rather unsightly. The pool area was lovely and had some padded loungers. There was always a shady place to sit for those people needing shade. Also, there was a beauty view of the ocean from the pool area. Our check-in process was very pleasant with the weekend night clerk. Also, the management was very attentive if we needed anything fixed. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a little welcome basket when we arrived which was a nice touch.

This condo was bright and very clean. It was pretty humid outside but the a/c worked well. The location, even though it was at the end of the complex, is very close to beaches & snorkeling. Perfect for what our family needed!

Good size and comfortable

The size and space of the unit was good for Maui. It's hard to find 2 bedrooms with beds bigger than a full or queen. They had a robust folding wagon that was extremely useful during our stay. Property was very scenic and in a good location. The pool was beautiful as well.

Quite, comfortable, close to town

This condo was quiet and it was great eating out on the lanai. It is reasonably priced considering it close proximity to everything in Kihei. The kitchen was a bit cramped, but well stocked. I'd stay here again.
