Condominio en el piso 13 con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México.

Este gran condominio tiene capacidad para 9 personas, con baños suficientes para minimizar la congestión.

Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y una gran televisión de pantalla plana.

This is a great location, however the room was not ready at 4:00. There was cleanliness issues, and the washing machine did not work. They did bring a new washer after 2 days. I attached pictures of how dirty the condo was on arrivalI know things happen but I would not stay here again

Never got to use the bathtub.

Never got to use the main bathtub in the master bath room do to a leak above the bathtub maintenance worked on it the whole week. TV in the kids room never worked told maintenance about it but they never did anything.

Beautiful condo

Our stay at the Majestic was great! The only drawback to our stay was that the washer didn't work. We traveled a long distance with a big family so was hoping to have use of the laundry, but other than that our condo was amazing! Would definitely return!

Fall break getaway!

This condo was perfect! We loved the view and saw so many dolphins from the balcony. The sliding door from the living room was really hard to open, but we just used the access from the master.

Vaca get a way

The condo was very nice.. the outdoor patio furniture and rugs were a bit used but all in all we had a great time in unit 1306.

Majestic Tower 2, Panama City - Emerald Coast Destinations

Check-in - Check In time was 4. Received a text from the facility that we were able to enter the property at 2. We were not allowed in our room and it was not cleaned till 4. I waited for 2 hours while my family tried to walk around the property but was told to leave because they did not have arm bands. We could not get in our room so we could not get the arm bands. Property and PM company need to figure this out. Property was clean and pretty nice. Condo was dirty and had quite a few issues with lighting and shower curtain rod falling off wall. Just not well kept. PM company was no help and rude. Issues we sent to them and photos were never addressed even though they kept telling us maintenance was on the way. ECDI was very unprofessional and I would stay away from any of their rentals.

Great for families!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. The complex is one of my favorites in PC Beach. Family friendly with many pools and activities.

Location was perfect, there were some things in the condo that needed attention and only one trash bag for the week and two rolls of toilet paper were a bit limiting as staying in a hotel for a week those are provided, especially when trash is needed to be taken out before we leave

Unexpected Expense

When arriving at the condo I should have registered my van and paid a 20.00 fee. I did not and my van was towed and I was charged 200.00. I was given this info online along with other info about the condo and the surrounding area when I paid my final payment at the beginning of May, I arrived at the condo on June 21st. I just wish that a courtesy reminder text or email would be given to a customer on check-in day to register vehicle because, we were tired from an 8-hour drive and by the time we unloaded our things and unpacked and went shopping for groceries we were done. I truly didn't think I was told anything about it until I went back and looked at the info I was given the beginning of May and then I saw that I would have to register my car. It was devastating to have my car towed and pay that unexpected expense.

Amazing beach vacation

All went smoothly. Rental agent very helpful. Keyless entry made for easy instant Check in. Nicely decorated condo. The Sandy white beach with abundant shells was a hit with adults and children alike.

the room itself was beautiful-we found it well stocked in the kitchen, beach front, linens were fresh and clean although we could have used more towels in the bathrooms. Communication with property manager was excellent!!!

Great property!

This is our second time staying at the Majestic but this was an amazing room. Efficient cleaning and communication when needed. I received a call that maintenance needed to come in to inspect outlets but communication was clear and was quick! Overall, great property and very clean!

Relaxing Vacation

Just what we needed. Nice condo with a great view and plenty of room for 6 adults. Two young female adults, my husband and myself with my elderly parents. We rented a scooter/wheelchair for my mom and it was easy access in the condo and out on the property. Parking was located on the 3rd floor, elevator takes you to the walkwy over the busy street. If you need a cart for luggage or groceries you can get that on level 3. We used it for groceries, security just keeps your ID until it is returned.I often seen security, which is nice. They were checking on wristbands and made people leave if they didn't have them. Overall no complaints. Kitchen had the essentials, living room couch and all the beds were more than comfy. Would definitely come back.
