Gracehaven Villa es una ubicación privada aislada de lujo en una ubicación ideal, a 250 yardas de la playa de Grace Bay, cerca del Beaches Resort. Es un edificio completamente nuevo que se completó en febrero de 2020. El edificio de dos pisos tiene porches / balcones cubiertos con orientación oeste en cada piso para disfrutar del sol y ver las puestas de sol. Está rodeado de vegetación natural y alejado del tráfico que pasa y de las carreteras principales, por lo que es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. La cubierta de 700 pies cuadrados y la piscina hacen que sea fácil disfrutar del clima ideal de las Islas Turcas y Caicos. Hay muebles de patio para 5 personas y un juego de comedor con cuatro sillas que permiten elegir asientos al aire libre. Una ducha al aire libre y barbacoa completan las características.

The location was great, just a short walk to beach. Grace Bay is kind of a hike beach walking or street walking. Lots of great meal choices at Grace Bay. We did rent a car so we had lots of options. The home has a nice set up but we did have issues with a few things. Management apologized.

This was a perfect spot to spend our anniversary vacation. The house had everything we needed for daily trips to the various beaches and then a lively backyard pool for relaxing when we returned each afternoon. The owners and property concierge were very attentive and took great care of us during our stay!

The property was gorgeous and exactly as advertised a quick 2 minute walk to the best beach in the Caribbean. Jeremy, the host and our concierge, Kennetta, were extremely responsive and frankly, thought of everything to make your vacation completely stress free. There's a beach cart complete with chairs, umbrellas and even an igloo ice chest with plenty of ice blocks in the freezer. They even thought of plastic pouches for your cell phones! The pool was terrific, very private and complete with floaties and pool noodles. Don't search any further; book it - you'll LOVE it!

This place was absolutely breathtaking and looked exactly like the photos. It was a short walk to the beach and only 7 minutes from our excursions, bars and restaurants. The location was perfect. The host Michael and Tia were amazing— super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay at GraceHaven

We had a great Spring Break at GraceHaven. The house was beautiful and modern - exactly how it looks in the photos. You could not beat the location - a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The property manager, Ken, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House & Location

Absolutely awesome property. Stayed 4 days with my wife. The house is in a perfect location to explore the island. Close to the heart of Grace bay and all the restaurants/shops, but also very secluded and private. Very short walk to the beach down the street. Kennetta was extremely helpful with recommendations and provided a seamless check in/check out process. Highly recommended property. Already looking forward to coming back!

Hidden Gem

This property is exactly as described and a lovely hiddren gem! I only say hidden, because unless you were staying there, you don't see it. So it's great for privacy and peaceful nights and great beach access during the day. Aomeone reallt cares about this home, its modern, clean and well cared for. The communication was excellence from start to finish! We frequent Turks and Caicos and this has been one of our favorite stays.

Best experience we've had...

From the moment we booked, to the moment we checked out, the communication, the service, the recommendations, and most of all the excellence of the property was off the charts!!! Midway through the trip, my wife and I were already making plans that when we'd return to Provo, we'd be looking to stay here again! Location was perfect as well! We cannot thank the owners and their staff enough for an amazing time!!!

Wonderful Stay

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary in TCI and wanted to stay somewhere near the beach and enjoy everything Provo has to offer but a little more private. Grave Haven Villa hit the mark. Beautiful home, very comfortable and clean. The owners provided extras we took advantage of such as paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, etc. Kennetta the concierge was very attentive and offered many helpful suggestions. We highly recommend this home.

Anniversary trip

We had a fabulous time in Turks and Caicos! The villa was just as it looked in the pictures. It had everything we needed & a quick walk to the beach. Jeremy was quick to respond to questions before our trip. It was wonderful to have Kenn on the island to answer questions or give recommendations!

Anniversary trip

The Grace Haven Villa delivered far above our expectations. When we arrived the cleaners were finishing up. They did a great job because we could smell the fresh clean smell from the opening of the door! Once we checked in, the concierge Kennetta was excellent! She acquainted us with the homes amenities and great places around the island for food and attractions. She was so kind as to provide us with the swift eat app one morning when we texted her very early to get food. She was very nice and extremely kind and helpful. Our stay was incredible. We will be back!! Thanks for your hospitality!!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Villa with its own private plunge pool. Proximity to shopping and dining is very convenient. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach. Our Hostess Kennetta, as well as the Property owner, were very welcoming and responsive.

Amazing Honeymoon Vacation

My wife and I just completed our honeymoon week vacation at Gracehaven Villa and it was top notch from beginning to end. Jeremy was amazing with the booking process and assisting me in booking restaurant and activity reservations on my behalf as well as recommending renting a car. He removed all the guess work by telling me where to go an even sent me an itinerary daily agenda with addresses and contact info for vendors. When we arrived we met Kennetta, she is a sweetheart and amazing. She stocked the villa for us supplies before we arrived so we would could relax from the moment of arrival. She was available 24/7 should we have needed anything, but given we were on our honeymoon she gave us our privacy. Ken was available for advice at every turn when we altered our reservation plans in search of better sunset locales. Gracehaven provides the service and attentiveness of a 5-star resort with the privacy of your own home. Jeremy even assisted me with booking private chefs to come and cook for my wife and I. If you were thinking of staying at Gracehaven Villa I would recommend on booking immediately. You will not be disappointed. Jeremy is available from the day you book your trip to discuss dining an activity options Thank you Jeremy and Ken for making my honeymoon stay all that I hoped for, and I set the bar high. You both are the best!!!! .

Stop Looking

Don't look elsewhere for your TCI vacation. Jeremy responded to every question within minutes and Kennetta, the property manager, is the best of the best. In fact, we became fast friends and my family absolutely loves her. The location of the villa is perfect- close to the most beautiful beach and within driving distance to everything on the island. We will visit TCI again and stay here again without question.

Best Trip Ever. Anniversary

Our trip to Tuks and Caicos was amazing. We had a great time staying at Jeremy's place. He responded quickly and was very accommodating to our questions and request prior to and during our stay. Check in was super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean, stylish, spacious and private as we could not have asked for a better location. It was within walking distance of the beach (gorgeous) and close to many restaurants. We would definitely recommend as we were very lucky to find this treasure. During our stay we also worked with host Kennetta . She helped us during our stay with many things . She welcomed us and gave us a tour of the home. She gave us information on excursions, restaurants and directions. We were there celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary and she helped/worked with my husband to surprise me with a floating ring for the pool with a setting of fruit, bouquet of roses, beer and mimosas. Was simply AMAZING!!. Thank you, Kevin and Becky

Perfect isolated house

Gorgeous house tucked privately in its own little nook. Our villa host Kennetta was amazing. It was maybe a 2 min walk to the beach and also close to somewhere bar so we found ourselves going there a lot! Loved having our own private pool to soak in at the end of the day. The house was amazing. My only negative thing is in the bedroom there are just blinds so at night when the outside motion lights went off the whole room lights up and it gets really bright early in the mornings when the sun goes up. So maybe drapes on the windows would help Solve that problem, but Other than that we thought the house was absolutely perfect!

Great place!

We had a fantastic time vacationing in this house. It’s clean, convenient to the beach and fully stocked with anything you might need. We also enjoyed the privacy that we wouldn’t have had at a resort. Property manager is quick to respond and very helpful. We’d absolutely love to visit again.

Jeremy and Patricia are the owners of Gracehaven Villa. After visiting in 2015 for just 4 days we fell in love with the Turks and Caicos Islands. In 2018 we bought land just off the world famous Grace bay and built our first Gracehaven Villa completing it in 2020.
Originally from England me moved to Canada in 2007. Trish has her own ladies boutique dress shop in London Ontario. Jeremy manages Gracehaven Villas Ltd and is a management consultant. We adore the islands and visit as often as we can. We wish everyone a great vacation.

Gracehaven Villa is quiet with no passing traffic , no crowds and space to relax in the 1300 square feet of living area plus your own private pool. (Not to be confused with another property called Grace Haven in Leeward, Gracehaven Villa is a new building near the Beaches resort right by Grace Bay beach. All the fixtures and fittings are clean and fresh. The location is ideal with the beach just two minutes away. Towels and beach chairs and sun umbrella are provided. Snorkeling at the famous Coral Garden is three minutes walk away and the island's largest grocery store, the IGA supermarket if 1.5 miles away.

Our villa agent will meet you for an induction tour to show you the villa and all the facilities and make sure you have everything you need. She will be able to answer questions you have and provide information on the islands to help you make the best of your stay. Should you need anything she is there to help.
