Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. However, as this is all about island living, the rest of the Poolhouse embraces an indoor/outdoor patio and pool lifestyle, so the kitchen, dining, and living areas do not have AC.

The Poolhouse By The Beach was the perfect place to stay! The house and pool were great for 2 couples and the very short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach made it even better! There is a reef to snorkel just off the beach only a few more steps once you arrive at the ocean. We snorkeled, swam in the pool and explored so many of the local restaurants. If you have found this listing - look no further - just book it!

Poolhouse by the Beach was an amazing home for our week on Turks! It had everything we needed, from pool toys to beach chairs to kitchen items. We had plenty of towels for the beach and pool. The bedrooms were nice and cool and quiet so we slept well. The pool was lovely, and we spent time in it every day. The chairs in the sunroom were relaxing for me to read while the teenagers slept in. Response time from Judy and family was really fast when I had a small issue with the grill. They were very pleasant and helpful! On customs forms from the US, I would recommend putting “Poolhouse by the Beach” and not just “VRBO” as the agent we had didn’t like the form without the name. It was a great home, and I highly recommend.

The property was even better than anticipated. It included everything you could think of needing, clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive via the app. Access to the beach is so very easy and the pool was a delight. We both agreed it was the best vacation.

We had an amazing vacation! The house is beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! The beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing! After spending the day at the beach and snorkeling, we would come back and relax in the pool before dinner. We rented a car and it’s a quick drive to get to restaurants and stores, or go to other beaches. We would definitely come back and recommend pool house by the beach to everyone! Thank you Judy for sharing your home with us!!!!

Fantastic Property!

This property was exactly as described! Clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic! Highly recommend you book this property if you are planning a trip to TCI!! Questions were promptly answered by host and everything necessary for the beach was available, and it was so close to Grace bay!

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay at the Poolhouse by the Beach. There were three of us and the space was perfect. The beach is very close and an easy walk. The pool was refreshing to return to each day. Overall, we had a great time and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here if we return.

The house, pool, and property are all very beautiful and private. Judy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions. Her grounds keeper also watered the plants and cleaned the pool every morning, and provided us with a fresh tank of drinking water during our stay. There were some beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which we took advantage of a few times. Mostly we enjoyed swimming at the house and playing games poolside. One thing to note, there is no A/C in the sunroom or kitchen, just the bedrooms. We adjusted pretty quickly to the environment, though, and since we were swimming a lot, it was fine. Also, bring lots of mosquito repellant. This is nothing unique to this property, just TCI in general--there were a lot of mosquitoes, and not just in the morning and at dusk, but all times of day. Despite that, we had a really great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to TCI.

Wonderful property and prime location

We have been going to Grace Bay for 15 years. This is, by far, the best trip we have ever had. We have stayed in many of the top resorts on Grace Bay as well as Chalk Sound. Poolhouse by the Beach surpassed them all. The house has a prime location - literally a short walk to the beach. We were able to spend our time on the beach then go back to get ready for dinner and walk back to plenty of close restaurants. We used the grill on many occasions and have dinner poolside at the house. The property is private with lush bushes and trees lining it. House is immaculate and clean upon arrival. Alexi comes and cleans the pool and grill before we were even awake. Judy and her family are easy and fast to communicate with. I really cannot recommend this rental highly enough. We cannot wait to go back for another stay!!

Pool house by the beach was perfect for our family of 4. And within a 3 minute walk of Bight Reef! We felt totally safe, and Judy’s staff took care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for an amazing memorable vacation!!

Poolhouse by the Beach

This rental has everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. So many amazing things about this property. The pool was perfect! Someone came daily around 7-730 to clean the pool, they weren’t a bother at all. This rental has ample beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, 3 beach chairs and a hard sided cooler. It is a 4-5 minute walk from exiting the property to having your feet in the sand (WITH a 3 and 7 year old and all of our stuff). The rental was SO clean!! Plenty of bath towels, hand and face towels. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning works great and will cool off the kitchen area if the sliding doors to the screened in porch area is closed. We did not cook, but there is everything you need including plenty of dishware, pots and pans to cook. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, a clean dish sponge and soap, and toilet paper included. Full bottles of shampoo and conditioner provided in addition to a full bar of soap. Quality washer and dryer. I only needed to contact Judy once during our stay, but she was very responsive. I contacted her multiple times since booking and she always responded quickly which is a huge bonus. I could not say anything bad about this place if I tried and we cannot wait to come back! 10/10!!

Fabulous week!

We had a fabulous stay at the Poolhouse. You truly can’t beat the location! The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. The house itself is lovely and quaint - our kids really loved having our own pool. Was a nice contrast after a day at the beach! We did minimal cooking but everything is there to make your meals. A/C in the rooms was a nice touch, too - stayed nice and cool. Can’t wait to get back!

Amazing family Turks beach holiday

Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year.

Perfect! Perfect!

We just completed a perfect Providenciales vacation at Judy’s Cottage by the Beach. She and her daughter Amanda have provided everything you will need for a perfect stay. The location is a short walk to perfectly beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The favorite part of our stay was enjoying the perfect patio and pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Every morning we had breakfast outside by the pool and swam many times after returning from our island adventures. Our favorite adventure was the Caribbean Cruisin Clear Kayak Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island Tour. For excellent snorkeling, Bight Reef is to the left as you reach the beach. We rented a car from highly recommended Grace Bay Car Rental. The pickup and return process is superior to the other car rental options. Besides spending time at Grace Bay Beach, we visited many of the other beautiful Providenciales beaches, including perfectly peaceful Taylor Bay Beach and Hidden Beach. For restaurants, you can walk to Windsong Resort on the beach for sunset dining at Dune. Next to Windsong is Somewhere Cafe for Mexican food. We also drove to other restaurants, our favorites being da Conch Shack, Mr. Grouper, Mango Reef, and Bugaloos. Don’t miss experiencing the Fish Fry on Thursday evening, and go early to avoid the long lines for food and cocktails. If you are looking for a quiet and private alternative to the large expensive resorts, the Cottage by the Beach is the perfect place for you.

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this property. The owners were very kind and the place was just as listed. We were very close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the islands and restaurants very close to our place. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time at The pool house, it was perfect for two couples. The home is private and the pool is larger than it appears in the photos. Highly recommend the Blue Water Bistro, and Mango Reef Restaurant & Bar. But we mostly cooked for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. The IGA nearby has a small but fresh selection of local fish. Snorkeling off the beach nearby is very good. There is a more quiet area to snorkel with shallow water just 150 yards east of Coral Gardens, but you do need pay attention to boats as they can come close to the beach. We also recommend Babalua Beach, Smith Beach, and North Bay beach. Judy was very accommodating and was a treat to chat with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Location Lovely House Wonderful Hosts We stayed an extra day bc so awesome

Really lovely place, perfect place to stay near coral gardens that has tons of fish to see snorkeling and also when you book a boat tour they pick up right there, kind and communicative hosts, refreshing pool after the beach, plenty of hot water that never runs out with cool AC! There's beach umbrellas and chairs with an ice chest. It's everything you need! Will try and stay there again!
