Beachfront family vacation house on the Atlantic Ocean!

Front row beach house, built up with parking underneath for 6 cars. Enter into well lit family room with high ceiling and full bath. Follow the hallway into the inner, original part of the home where 4 bedrooms and 2.5 more baths are off of the main area which includes the full kitchen (stacked washer and dryer, garbage disposal, microwave) with an island to serve or eat from (bar stools on one side), a family room/dining room table with bench seating for 10 and then step down into cozy closed- in porch overlooking the deck. Outside there is an outdoor seating area and then boardwalk to the gazebo with stairs to sand dunes on to the beach. Enclosed outdoor shower under the house. The Garden City Pier is only a five minute scenic beach walk away that offers an arcade, bar & café, tackle shop, fishing spot, live music and more!

The perfect Grand Strand Destination, this home is less than 10 minutes away from delicious dining in Murrells Inlet - the Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Only 15-20 minute drive from Myrtle Beach Airport, Market Common and all popular Myrtle Beach destinations!

Right on the beach with easy access right off the back porch. Huge back porch area to hangout. Cozy sunroom. This had plenty of space for my group of 9 plus an infant. If you can handle staying in an older place, this is a gem. I like not having to take elevators to get up to my place or walk up multiple floors of stairs in a big building shared by multiple families. This was ideal for us. We have never been to this area but after 4 days, we know we will be back. All of the food we had was fanatastic, there were plenty of things to do if you wanted to leave your spot on the beach. Just all around a great relaxed and chill vibe.

Julie the Host and owner of the condo was so kind to us when booking ! Amazing, amazing sun room with sliding windows so you can open and hear the ocean when inside. Spectacular. Close by is arcade, garden city peer and plenty of restaurants, plenty of shopping stores. You absolutely cannot go wrong and money well spent when booking this place. The house is just truly MORE than just a Rental house ! Its cozy, filled with everything a real home has. It has real history and picture frames of “ Must Reads “ about the history of house, and family on walls of the house.Cant wait to go back

This house is amazing! so much peivacy and spaces for people to go! our you g ones stayed in ghe front glass room. we stayed on the porch most of the time ans our older ones stayed on back glass porch. so everyone had a hang put spot. extremely clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions!!! a MUST stay! bb

Enjoyed this cozy home while my family and my sisters family were in town for Brookgreen Gardens holiday lights (Night of a thousand candles). Super easy to take a (chilly!) walk on the beach. We mostly hung out and played board games/did puzzles. Beautiful view of the sunrise! Had everything our 2 families needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Great Thanksgiving getaway

Host was super nice and helpful. House was exactly as described and had plenty of towels, great beach access, and tons of great kitchen cookware. We will definitely stay again.

2024 October Adventurers

This is our second year staying here, we have extended family come all the way from Missouri. We love this house, and the private access way to the beach. We had 9 people total, room for us all.

Lovely home, great location

Myself, my 2 college daughters & 2 of their friends had a great stay. House was very clean & comfortable! Awesome beachfront location, literally a few steps out of the back door to the beach, & a short drive to Murrell's Inlet & MB. It was a great house for the 5 of us & would’ve worked for my hubby too, but he was at home working! Loved doing a few of the many puzzles in the house also!

Great family vacation home

Check in was super easy. Loved the location! Plenty of room for our family. It was nice to receive a phone call from the owner who was checking to make sure everything was ok & reminding us how to contact him if we needed anything. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Best Stay in Garden City!

My family and I had the best time at this home! You can’t beat being front row at the beach with plenty of beds and parking for my whole family! We felt right at home and enjoyed sitting on the porch facing the beach and people watching, playing games, and soaking up our time at the beach! The hosts were wonderful, checkin was very easy, and the house had everything we could possibly need! House is easy to get to and the perfect distance from the Garden City pier. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great gathering house

The house is great for gatherings with lots of beds and bathrooms. There is plenty of space to relax and it is very comfortable. The best part of the house is being right on the beach. We enjoyed it.
