Home was perfect for our family vacation. The property description was as described and the floor plan was exceptionally helpful. Plenty of room for everyone and the little touches through out the home was great. Would totally come back!

Clean home and property. The shrubbery did need to be trimmed and mulched. The kitchen was good but did lack basics like 9x13 dishes, mixing bowls, and multiple pots. For large groups staying there and cooking we needed a measuring cup and things to store food. We were thankful for the cooler weather because we all like to sit together when eating and had to use the back porch because it was the only area that would seat us all. But overall it was wonderful!!! So much to do in the home and loved the pool and the swings.

My son is going to go to college at Mars Hill University. He had orientation so my whole family wanted to see the area. We were also celebrating my daughter’s birthday. What a beautiful place to go to college and beautiful home to celebrate my daughter. The kids loved the pool and the game rooms the most. The house itself was very clean. We had a few hiccups with the door code and the dishwasher but they were taken care of promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Mars Hill…. Go Lions!

Such a wonderful place to enjoy spending time with family. Everything was immaculate, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The flexibility with check-in and check-out made the entire experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. There was truly something to enjoy everywhere you turned — whether relaxing on the porch surrounded by beautiful flowers, playing games downstairs, or gathering together for a fun card game. The kids absolutely loved the game room and all of the other amenities. The hot tub and sauna were both in pristine condition and added the perfect touch for relaxation. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to visit again.

Great place to stay with a large group! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms and spread out. We never felt on top of each other and there was so much to do on the property. The house is tucked away and surrounded by trees, which made it very private from the surrounding neighbors. The amenities on site were amazing, and the host was quick to respond and replace the coffee machine that didn't work during our first morning. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay!

The home was great! We're all wowed by the amenities.

The home was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with large beds in every room. Even the children's loft beds were queen-sized. It was also beautifully designed, from the floor plan to the decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials, and my closest family and friends were all wowed by the amenities. We literally used every one of them and honestly wished we had planned more time to just enjoy the house itself. The hosts were wonderful, attentive to detail and thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had an awesome stay here! We had 3 families and grandpa with us! The kids loved the movie theatre and arcade room. The kitchen was stocked with every tool/appliance you can think of. There were also plenty of utensils, cups, plates etc. The host also stocked the house well with needed supplies. The area was great, close to Asheville and Hatley Pointe ski hill. We would definitely rent again.

Immaculate Space, Thoughtfully Designed, and a Luxury Mountain Retreat!

Brook Knoll Estate delivered on every front. Immaculate space, thoughtfully designed, and it genuinely feels like a luxury mountain retreat, not just a rental. Eight bedrooms, theater room, game rooms, heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit with hanging chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to host a serious group without leaving the property. The location in Weaverville is a sweet spot. Removed from the world, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, but Asheville is only 18 minutes away if you need it. Peaceful, private, and intentional. The fire pit was a standout. The hanging chairs created an atmosphere that is hard to replicate. Perfect for late-night conversations that actually go somewhere. The hosts were responsive, provided a firewood delivery service, and met every need throughout the stay. Communication was clear, the property matched the listing, and the experience was seamless from check-in to check-out.
