El prístino Summerwoods de Amelia se encuentra en el prestigioso extremo sur de la isla, justo debajo del Ritz. Perfect place to stay for a getaway!

This was such a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful. She left a note for our arrival welcoming us and even put a couple of drinks and waters in the refrigerator for us, how thoughtful is that. Condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. It truly had everything we needed and more. It was like a home away from home. I cannot say enough good things about it. A five star plus !!!! Looking forward to our next stay.

6 week winter getaway

This is a lovely spot to stay and the condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. It is an easy walk to the beach, has great walking/bike trails all around. The condo is spotless and the owners are very helpful and communicative. This more than met our needs and expectations and would highly recommend!

Family get away for Spring Break

Beautiful home, beautiful island. Cute neighborhood and accessible to beach and bike paths, which we took full advantage of. Home was clean and well appointed. Will definitely be back. Ester basket was a nice touch for our little one. Thank you again!

Terrific!

We were extremely happy with the condo, its location to the beach, and the wonderful treatment by the hosts, Michael and Glenda. We stayed for 20 days and were impressed with the cleanliness and excellent condition of everything in the home. Michael and Glenda reached out to make sure all was well and even warned of us of severe weather that was coming our way. This was our first time to Amelia Is and we just loved it! And having such wonderful accommodations made our experience even more terrific!

Christmas Get-away

My wife and I were wanting to have a relaxing get-away. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us early check-in, which was much appreciated. The property is immaculate and has everything you'll need for your stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the screened patio allows you to start your mornings looking and listening to nature. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, however, you're close enough to grocery stores, eateries, shopping, and sight-seeing. If you're ever in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Fl area, and looking for a place to get away, this is the unit for you. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would...excellent!!!!!

Home Away From Home

The owners said this condo was their home and it felt like our home, too. The large rooms with high ceilings gave the entire condo a spacious feeling. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as a great walk-in shower. And the in-condo washer and dryer were just like ours at home. It was an easy five to ten minute drive to anywhere on Amelia Island. Once again, our home away from home.

A magical location, a beautiful well-kept and clean condo with all the amenities you need.

The entire experience from booking, communication and follow up deserves five stars. The location of the condo is ideal. The quick walk to the beach is a dream through a beautiful wooded path. The condo is lovely, so clean and has every amenity needed. Michael and Glenda were particularly thoughtful in their quick responses and keeping us up-to-date with needed information. Overall it was a wonderful experience and perfect vacation! I would highly recommend staying at their place in Summerwoods and hope to come back soon to visit again!

A 1 on Amelia Island

Accomodations and owner experience was top notch at this beautiful, spacious condo. Tastefully decorated, exceedingly comfortable and loaded with any amenity you will need for a wonderful week. This feels like your second home where you have all you need to cook, rest, beach it and chill. Clean...modern... very spacious...comfy beds and furniture...screened porch with outdoor chairs, large bathrooms, stocked cooking utensils and various beach chairs, umbrellas, cart etc. Gated complex is beautiful and quiet, very secure. Location was excellent to beaches and bike trail and certainly liked the quieter end of isle. Can't get better than traveling a moss covered canopy road to several different ways to get to town. Mike & Glenda have a A1 home and if that's not enough - you'll be equally impressed with their communication and response time. Excellent hosts.

Great first stay at Amelia Island

This was the best backdrop to a fantastic first time trip to Amelia Island! The condo owners were very communicative and let me know exactly what to expect the condo to be stocked with and what we’d possibly need to bring or purchase once we arrived. Wonderful place to stay when visiting Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. Absolutely amazing!!

This home was even more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had all the comforts of home, and then some! Huge master bath and very comfy beds!! Nice, quiet neighborhood and the location was great! Amazing bike paths all around the island. The owners were very super friendly, accomodating and always quick to respond. Spotless Condo

First trip to Amelia Island and this lovely home made the trip soooo comfortable! The pictures and description is accurate - this is the cleanest Vrbo rental I’ve experienced and the hosts provide thoughtful amenities like coffee, soap, tissues, etc.. so you don’t have to make an immediate run to the store. Convenient location near the beach, golf, and great dining options. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and Provided thoughtful suggestions on dining and activities. Kitchen had plenty of pots and oans for cookimg, extra bedding and blankets, full size washer/dryer, streaming TV(2), and a screened porch. Furniture was comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Amelia Island and the Fernandina Beach area.

February Get away

Mike and Glenda were great hosts. The place was very clean and they thought of everything that you need to make our stay fantastic. It was very close to beach, shopping, and there is plenty to do on Amelia Island. It was about 40 minutes from airport but a very easy drive to get there. Mike was attentive to all requests made while we were there. We would definitely check into staying there again in the futre.

Having grown up in the Fernandina Beach Historic District, I am familiar with much of what the island has to offer including history, festivals, and the best beach spots! We encourage our renters to call if they have any questions or need recommendations. Although we reside in South Carolina, we return often as we have family and friends still on and around the island - Amelia Island will always be home.

We are situated to enjoy shaded bike trails, various restaurants, boutique shopping, various activities, nearby golf course, onsite pool and of course Amelia's beautiful beaches!
