Ski in/Ski Out, 50 Feet from Lift, Sleeps 7. New Luxury Remodel!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Plus a brand new luxury remodel! Approximately 50 steps to the Silver Queen chair and ski school, 100 steps to mountain village and 200 short yards to the bus terminal. Everything you need including groceries, restaurants and shopping at your finger tips. Axtel 415. STR License number 306538.

New shared hot tub with slope side views, best location in town!!! This is closed during the late spring and fall off seasons.

Magnificent two story condominium that has 2 bedrooms and a loft. The downstairs includes a living room with 55' flat screen TV, wireless internet, Sonos Speaker, full kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom (King bed). The upstairs has a full bath, guest bedroom (King bed) and loft (Queen w/ twin bed). Sleeps seven comfortably. Please note that it looks like our fireplace will not be functional for this winter. Due to some local chimney fires in the valley, the local fire department has done some extensive examination of our building's chimneys and are requesting we fix the flues.

Not sure there's a better location @ Crested Butte if you're there to ski. Being right at the base of the mountain a few feet from the lift was a game changer. The condo itself is great, lots of room for a group of adults to enjoy the stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our group enjoyed using the crockpot to have warm lunches when we took a break each day from skiing. Everything that the resort has to offer is within a few minutes walk which was nice as well. Would surely recommend staying here, I'm hoping to make another visit one day.

Had an amazing stay at this wonderfully located condo. Well furnished, smooth communication - nothing but good things to say. The only downside is it is a little difficult to find the first time. Well worth it!

The location couldn’t be any closer to the lifts! Hosts were very responsive when we had a loud neighbor issue. Super cool loft area for the kids to play in.

Great stay!

Overall great stay! Upstairs and downstairs master both with King beds. Bathrooms were clean. Bonus upstairs room with full and twin beds, then the loft was a favorite for our littles. Can’t get any closer to the lifts! It’s up 3 flights but not too bad. Clean and great location, would definitely book again if we came back to MCB.

Fantastic Vacation and Can't Beat the Location

We had a terrific trip to the mountains and this condo was perfect for our family. My parents stayed downstairs and my little family of 4 stayed upstairs. The kids LOVED the 3rd floor play loft. The location was PERFECT. Short walk to ski school and all the restaurants and right on the lift. We look forward to booking again!

Great location

Would definitely stay here again. Right by Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. We were there over Christmas and they had the condo decorated and a tree up to make us feel right at home. Only negatives about property were no washer/dryer and there are no lockers or ski storage on the first floor so you have to haul your gear up to 3rd floor every night. Overall a great experience though.

Best location

Its not possible to be in a better location. The condo was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. It takes a little effort to move in since you have to bring all your gear around the side of the building from the parking lot to the front. But once there you can't beat it.

You can't be any closer to the lift

This remodeled unit is a great value and very comfortable to stay in. Contrary to most rental units the owners have gone to the trouble to provide alot of the small items that you might have at home but didn't bring such as paper goods, spices and shampoo/conditioner. The unit provides great views of the slopes and is as close as you can get to the Red Lady lift.

Excellent location!

Excellent location & accurate details of the condo. Tiffany responded my questions very fast. The loft upstairs was missed by the cleaning crew. Tiffany was able to get the cleaning crew back the next day to take care of it. Otherwise, plenty of room for 2 adults & 3 kids. Humidifier & boot/glove warmer were huge bonus. We’ll definitely rent again.

Can’t beat this location

There’s not many places that get closer to the runs than this condo. It’s very convenient to walk to the Town Shuttle as well. The unit is nicely updated and cozy. It’s on the small side, but we made it work for our two families with for adults and 3 kids. The only thing worth noting is the hot tub is shared with the building, and you have to walk down three flights of stairs and through the snow to get to it. We never encountered anyone else using it, so felt private.

Great experience

Wonderful unit fully remodeled, location of condo building is priceless and worth every penny. The unit was fully stocked which is greatly appreciated as some have the bare minimum. It had everything you need for cooking along with extra blanket, pillows, TP, trash bags etc. Only down side was it was on the top floor but I believe all large condos in the building are located on the top floor. Still amazing location and best ski in ski out spot you could ask for. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo!

This place is literally steps from the Silver Queen lift and ski school drop off so it was perfect for adults and kids. Doug was a great host and communicated quickly at arrival and departure. There is plenty of space in the unit and everything was very clean and functioning properly. Will definitely rent again next season.
