El condominio de 1 habitación acaba de terminar la remodelación completa en el hermoso Paki Maui Resort (adyacente al parque Honokawai Beach).
Sé uno de los primeros en alquilar este condominio nuevo y fresco. Todos los muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, ducha con baldosas de piso a techo, pisos completamente alicatados, cama king size tallada con mango, barra de comedor, ventiladores de techo de alta velocidad, iluminación nueva, etc.
La unidad está en el segundo piso y en el lado tranquilo del complejo (lado opuesto a la piscina y al parque de la playa de Honokawai).
Espectaculares puestas de sol desde la gran terraza privada con mesa de comedor de tamaño completo y sofá al aire libre. Acceso directo a la playa y al parque familiar junto a la playa. Hay una bonita playa para bebés con un arrecife protector perfecto para niños pequeños, y un excelente esnórquel fuera de los descansos. Todas las comodidades de playa y cocina necesarias para unas vacaciones perfectas. Colchón de aire con topper súper cómodo para invitados adicionales en la sala de estar.

Lovely stay in Maui!

Property was exactly as advertised! Wonderful view of the ocean from the comfy lanai! Loved hearing the waves at night. Very convenient location with lots of beach and food options (check out the food truck lot, an easy walk away). Great communication as well.

Incredible experience

We loved our stay in Hawaii. The property was very clean, in a great location for activities and close to many great beaches. We could see whales from the deck and had beautiful views of the ocean and islands! Everything was in working order and clean. The host communicated well, everything went smoothly.

This Unit at Paki Maui is beautifully updated & uses the space so efficiently & comfortably. Beds, linens, & kitchen supplies all higher quality. The lanai faces the ocean & is perfect for enjoying the view @ ambiance day or night. Communication with owner is excellent.

Perfection!

The condo was so well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The lanai furnishings were over the top comfortable for relaxing, watching whales and the turtles swim by. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was heavenly. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that there are currently water restrictions, but the shower is so amazing, you don’t want to get out! Gabriel was spot on with all communications! Thanks for sharing.

The property was just as it was described and then a little more. The property had a Bose sound system with no instructions how to use it, so we did not touch it. There was a television in the bedroom that we could not operate. The second day that we were at the property the garbage disposal stopped working, the kitchen sink and bathtub backed up.

Not horrible, wont stay there again

The view makes it worth the money spent. The condo grounds and bldg are in shambles and under construction. There is a beautiful beach but no safe access to it, every access was broken. Sink holes on the grass. The only thing that wasn’t made clear is exactly how hot it gets on the deck during certain hours. From 2-630 you have to leave the room, easily gets to 100 degrees, no AC in the unit. I am usually ok with that. We went to the pool or just went out during those hours. We were not told prior that the sliders are broken and don’t lock, they did provide bars. No safe, disturbing if there is a slider issue. We were told it was safe there, but the property is next to a public park. Transients often wandering the property from there, at all hours. The good was the kitchen is fulling stocked, the coffee pot was super nice. The pool was decent, only 4ft deep, enough to cool off. The entire place is nice and quiet. Sunrise and sunsets and view is phenomenal. Our unit was clean, super clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows very old and the comforter was too small for the bed. The Lanai is perfect size, lots of beach items available, super nice! Snorkel gear, cooler, chairs, umbrellas. Very nice to have those items. The couch is painfully uncomfortable. I actually cleaned and organized the entire porch and the usable beach “stuff”.The beach finds on the deck table was a turn off, leave the items in the sea. And it was junky looking. 3 stars is fair.

Beautiful view and great location. The unit was very clean and had everything you need for the beach. The beach in front of the unit was very quiet and not busy at all. There were also permanent beach chairs set up by the beach that always were available.

Beautiful view & great location

I chose this condo for its ocean view and convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. We had some meals and did some work on the balcony with its ocean view and breeze and saw whales one day. We kept the doors open at night and could hear the waves breaking all night long. No AC was needed as the ceiling fans were enough.. close to the food truck court and great snorkeling!

50th Anniversary in Paradise

This is a lovely condo with a beautiful view. It’s small but perfect for a couple. Great area to walk. Stores, restaurants, food trucks and parks within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Beautiful View

We love just about everything about this condo. The lanai furnishings were very comfortable - the height of the chairs allowed for unobstructed whale watching. We sat in lounge chairs on the lawn next to the ocean to watch the sunset. The sofa and love seat were also very comfortable. The bed was great and we loved going to sleep to the sound of the gentle waves rolling in. A previous guest had mentioned it would be nice to have a toaster and when we arrived there was one. We communicated with the property owner/manager, Gabriel, about a lack of glassware and he immediately ordered it for us to conveniently pick up the next day. Overall, we were delighted with the property and our stay. We would gladly return.

Nice updated condo with great views.

Condo is exactly as pictured in photos and has great ocean views. No AC in the complex but the ceiling fans are quiet and powerful. We loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings watching for turtles and whales.

Nice spot, the unit is nice, and well set up. Would be nice to have a toaster, and more glassware.

This is a nice place, some might like a bit more sand on the beach. Ocean access here is not good for first timers. View is great and nice lawn out front. Good food close by!

Absolutely wonderful location and accommodation

I was so impressed by this condo. It is located right on the beach, and with very good access to the beach. I found the location of this particular unit to also be very quiet, and it was pleasant never to see the beach area crowded, nor the pool. the sunsets were absolutely stunning!! The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed in the unit. I will definitely be coming back, and I am telling everyone about this! Communication was also very efficient throughout the process of booking and check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Island bliss

The condo is a great get away for 2. Very clean and well supplied. Beautiful oceanfront views pretty much kept us on this 2nd floor balcony for meals, whale watching, sunsets and lounging. Short walking distance to beach, grocery, restaurants etc. Oceanwaves rolling in were audible throughout the condo and bed was great. Golf, beaches and happy hours abound within a few short miles. Lovely new decor and new well appointed kitchen and bath. Check in and out was easy and communication was great. We will book this place again.

Whale Season viewing

Very nice one bedroom condo on second floor with ocean view from the Lanai. Bring binoculars during whale season as they pass by all day long. We saw hundreds. The unit was clean and very nice. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Fully recommend this place for a great stay on Maui.

Clean updated condo with wonderful outdoor views of ocean, whales, and Molokai island

This is a very clean comfortable condo updated throughout with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, sinks, shower, etc. Impeccable workmanship. Has a completely fresh feel. Has new and plentiful supply of bath towels, new dishes & cooking ware, shampoo/conditioner, soap, teas & coffee, Keurig machine, and full spice rack. Lighting is very good in all rooms, except if sitting on full size couch to read, we needed to bring in one of the lamps from Bedroom; otherwise, excellent lighting. Bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, lots of pillows, and there are new drawers in closet for clothes. Couch is comfy enough to sleep on (one of us slept 8 nights there), and there is blowup mattress for extra guest (we did not use). Living room area and bedroom both have new wood overhead fans that are very quiet and efficient. Outdoor lanai (patio) with seating and table is super to hang out in morning to watch whales spouting and cavorting offshore, with Molokai island in background. So relaxing!! The complex has a grassy area just above the beach (combo of reef & sand) with lounge chairs; also an outdoor shower. TV has cable service and Netflix. The complex has a small pool to cool off in, not for lap swimming. Unit is on second floor and has an elevator or stairs. Complex has a couple luggage carts, which was handy to use, and also a big grocery cart if you buy a lot of groceries to bring up. We used both. Complex also has a couple washer/dryers at reasonable price and an area where people can leave/pick up books (no charge.) Front desk personnel and manager very nice and helpful. Parking is not assigned but we never had a problem finding a spot. Just next door on north is a county park with benches, beach access, and play equipment for kids. Across street half block to south are couple restaurants (Fish Market real good) and also just to south is ABC store and gas station. Lahaina about 10 min. drive away. Complex was quiet at night, no problem sleeping, even with windows open. Can hear ocean waves outside all day and night if leave the 2 big sliding glass doors open (they have screens.) No flying or crawling bugs were encountered at all. Communications with owner very good. He responds right away to texts and will call when needed. We had a minor issue that he resolved quickly. Great place for couple or 2 friends. I would stay at this condo again; we had a wonderful time there.

Peaceful Paradise on the Pacific.

Our 9-night stay at Paki Maui 209 was just right for our first visit to Maui (but not our first visit to Hawaii)! From shortly after I booked, the owner Gabriel messaged me confirming our booking and immediately offering to answer any questions and encouraging us to contact him if we thought of anything we needed to know before our vacation began. This alone was reason enough to be completely confident in the quality of our experience to come. Our arrival was a breeze - parking is no problem at all, and just steps and 2 easy flights of stairs from the condo. The unit is just as pictured - completely remodeled and new! The bedroom is at the entrance of the unit and has a very comfortable King Bed and drawers in the closet with some room for hanging items. The bathroom vanity is open to the hallway, with a pocket door to the toilet and very nice shower. Again, all newly done tile and cabinets. The living room is next, taking the width of the condo, facing the double sliding doors out to the Lanai and the beautiful view of the ocean, with Molokai in the distance. Also in view during our January trip were sightings of Humpback whales slapping their tails and passing through the channel between the islands! If you visit during whale season, bring binoculars! Snorkel equipment was provided and, again, all new. There is also a boogie board and 2 beach chairs stored out on the Lanai. The placement of the patio sofa on the Lanai makes the most of the view, and the outdoor table provides a place for some of the best oceanfront dining views around! There is a great little Fish Market just across the street that will help you select the right local fresh catch to take back and prepare in the small but very usable kitchen area. The complex does not have A/C, but breezes from the trade-winds flow well through the condo, and there are very good ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room that can be set to any speed. It is just steps to get down and around to the oceanfront lawn area of the complex and lounge chairs are readily available there. The ocean in front of the complex has a mix of sandy and reef areas - snorkel opportunities when the sea is calm. There's a nice beach next door that is reef protected. The Pool and Spa at the complex are OK, but the pool is not heated, and the spa is a little shallow and a little loud. To close, this property was just perfect for the vacation we had in mind. Our thanks to Gabriel and his hospitality!
