We had a fantastic two weeks in this roomy and super clean home. The back deck had the most comfortable furniture and was the perfect spot to chat about our obx adventures while sipping on a cocktail and watching the sunset.

Excellent

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as advertised. The layout was perfect for our group, the pool was a great bonus, and the location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

House was very clean, and when I had to communicate with anyone regarding issues, the process was very easy and they responded very quickly. No issues while we were there. Highly recommend!

Lovely time with lovely pool

The property was great and worked well for a family of 10. The appliances were nice, everything was well maintained, and the new pool was a huge unexpected bonus!

Excellent

Check in was super easy, and the house really has everything available for a week on the beach. Location wise, you could walk your beach gear back no problem, and the kitchen was great to cook in on the nights you didn't want to go out for dinners.

Wonderful Week in Kill Devil Hills

We loved our stay at KDH-1 FHL. Amazing house with incredible immenities - I mean that hot tub! Everything was clean and ready to go upon arrival, making check in a breeze. Would definitely recommend this house!

Vacation summer 2020

We were pleased with the property. We enjoyed being the house when the weather was inclement and were unable to go to the beach. The area of of KDH was nice, a good area for families with children.

Beautiful home

The house is big and spacious. Good access to the beach and groceries. Need better cleaning thoughbtonpay attention with dust.

We need to know these things while you are here. We could have made your vacation so much better if we had had the opportunity to remove the settled dust after the cleaning was performed.

This home was absolutely gorgeous. It's large, spacious, very clean, simply decorated, no clutter. It has a lot of deck spaces, great parking and beach access close by. New 2025 pool that was very nice and was an added bonus for us. My family had another great vacation in OBX. Thank you KDH-1

Beautiful home in the heart of OBX

This is a very beautiful up to date home. The living area is spacious and the porches provide great views and comfort. The bottom level has great game options for all ages. The smaller gaming room can easily be used as a 5th bedroom if needed.

Nice House

Big House. Small price. Plenty of room for the family. The Hot tub slash pool is good for little kids. A real pool would be nice, but no complaints here.

We loved staying in this home this time! Great location, close to the beach and other entertaining places, close to grocery and souvenir stores! The home is newly renovated and the rooms are big enough for families to stay! The only small concern was that it was not that much equipped in the kitchen like we used to see in other places probably cuz of renovation). Thank you for everything 👍🙏

Very nice spot and great location

In the middle of all of your favorite stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. This house is new and still feels like we were the first ones staying in it. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances (gas stove was a plus). A TV in every room, so nobody was without their favorite show during downtime. Walk to the beach was not bad at all.

The home was well furnished and clean. I have been disappointed with some of my past experiences with rental companies in the outer banks but shoreline's services were exceptional.
