W loved our stay at this condo! Just a few steps to the beach. Very clean. Pools are wonderful with great sunning decks. The 11th floor gave us great views of the ocean and people watching. We would stay here again!

Awesome view!

Loved the view from the 11th floor! Condo was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was adequately equipped and beds were comfortable. Location was close to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Great location

We loved the location to the beach! Everyone enjoyed the balcony. Kids enjoyed the pool. The onsite restaurant was very good. The condo itself was comfortable for 6 guests -- having two bathrooms was very helpful. The air conditioning worked great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great Stay

Condo was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. The view was amazing! The condo was clean but there were just a few places that could have used a little more attention. Beds were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very enjoyable experience!

Our favorite aspect is always the ocean front experience. When not on beach enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo was very comfortable and is in a convenient location to grocery stores and other community businesses. Communications with Vacasa were excellent throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!!

This place was almost perfect. We spent 5 nights and 4 days here. This room is on the 11th floor and was really quiet. We only wish there was a cookie sheet to cook on.

Amazing View!!!!

Perfect spot located on the beach. This place was perfect for my family of four for a week long stay. The only complaint I have was it could have been cleaner. Location was perfect with an amazing view. This place was totally worth it.

The view was wonderful. The location of the condo was great, right on the beach! Easy drive to restaurants and entertainment (but I understand there was also some walking distance but we didn't go to those places). Condo was a little dated but comfortable beds and good water pressure in showers!

Dated property in an excellent location

You cannot get closer to the beach! The views are amazing, and the sand is only steps away. The appliances are dated, and the cleaning service missed some spots, but the communication from the rental company was on top of everything. Worth it for the view!

Ok for the price

It was a typical 90's style rental. Price was right so it did the job. Fun little guessing game trying to figure out what outlet worked. Furniture was clearly that of a rental property. Overall it was a decent place to sleep since we were at the beach, not a lot of time spent inside.

Great condo, and location

We really enjoyed this condo. The location was fantastic and the accessibility of the unit was unmatched. The cleanliness could use a little work as the floors weren’t clean, the shower wasn’t clean and the towels had hair. The front door code was a major problem as it was very temperamental! While we’d absolutely stay again, some things need addressed: one of the dining room chair legs needs tightened, the living sliding door handle is lose and needs tightened, new utensils are needed in the kitchen (spatula, can opener), new frying pan. Just minor things and upkeep. I only bring up these things to try to help you improve the unit. It was fantastic and we will most definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was dated but had great views. No extras, not even tissues or beach towels. And there was no reliable WiFi signal at all. The one that came in intermittently was unsecure. Dishes were not clean. And the A/C couldn’t be set below 69 with only 1 little fan. The condo met our needs though.

Great Property

Amazing views. This condominium has great amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, on site restaurant and tennis courts. This unit was nicely re modeled. It was clean, but had an odor. Once we cooked and hung out we didn’t notice the smell. Just bring your febreeze. Lol. The Water pressure was GREAT. We were supplied with dish soap and sponge and dish washer soap that was nice.There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, but there is one right across the hall next to the elevator and stairwell - this unit is across from the elevator which didn’t bother us, but some might not like that. I gave 5 stars because it is a nice apartment. Views, A/C , smart tv. , ice maker in the freezer, lots of positives about this place for sure!

Over priced

Every year for the past 10 years we have vacationed at Sand Beach club. This was our first time at this condo. The check in process was beyond frustrating. We had to call management to get us in because the code was not working. Not to mention the code to get in the condo is 10 digits long and you have to enter that every single time you want to get back into the condo. The hot water in the master bathroom was not working and I called and spoke to maintenance. They told me they would come look at it but never showed up. We were told to just use the other bathroom in the condo. In the other bathroom, the stopper to the bathtub was broken so you were unable to take a bath. In the 10 years that I have stayed at different condos on this property, this was the first time I ever paid this much. The cost was over double what I’ve ever paid in the past. So it was very disappointing that things such as the hot water in the bathroom was not working. I feel like the condo was very well decorated, and it was a very pretty place to stay, but I would never spend that much money again for what it was.

Beach Retreat

Comfy, cozy condo on top floor with amazing views! Incredible location with bars and restaurants within walking distance, last condo complex next to a watershed that splits the beach so it is very uncrowded and lots of things to explore. We had great shelling every day up and down the beach. Amenities were very nice, clean, great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay next time we visit.
