Great beach access

The property was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the location was fantastic. Stepped to the beach with a clean pool as well. All in all it was a great stay. Just wish there were a few things that I’ve been left behind by previous tenants or supplied by management Such as garbage bags, Clorox wipes, and laundry detergent.

It was clean and cute. Some things need to be updated. The towel holder in the main bedroom's bathroom came off the wall. The electrical outlet in the small bedroom under the window is messed up. Hairdryer in small bathroom doesn't work.

Great Vacation

My daughter (18) and I stayed at the resort for a girls weekend. The people were very friendly. The check in was easy. The only problem we had was the code to get from beach into the resort wouldn't work. After calling the 800# a couple times there was no help coming so we had to climb the fence to get back in. Luckily I'm still young and agile and it ended up being a funny story! Make sure you have your reservation contact # handy for those type of situations. Once I did get the right #, they were very quick to respond. The best part of the resort is there is an uber driver onsite. Very prompt, knowledgeable of the area and accomodating. It was a great vacation and we will definately be returning!

Music and memories

Great place and very easy to use ride share services to the amphitheater! Condo was very clean. Just a FYI, the building didn't have an elevator, so if have motility issues, I would recommend first floor as they are ground level.

Stay away from Vacasa managed properties

The resort is nice. The unit was the poorest equipped unit we've stayed at. Quantity and quality of kitchen ware and dishes was poor. Several items were dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. The garbage disposal didn't work. Rhe washer agitator cover fell off when you washed clothes. Screen door for the sliding door was off track and broken. Vacasa the management company didn't have an on-site office. The customer service took a message and 2 days later -no one had responded yet. Phone waiting time was more than 45minutes. Would stay at the resort , but not though the same management company

Smelled like cigarette smoke when I first arrived, but after airing out the house, smell went away. Otherwise very clean and nice size. Excellent location 200 yards from beach.

The condo had everything we could need to enjoy our first family vacation! Between the beech access, the pools, and the hot tub, our experience couldn’t have been more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and this place to stay is our first choice!

Excellent location! Even booked another night!

My kids and I really enjoyed our week vacation at this property. The location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment were excellent. We were scheduled to leave on New Year’s Day but decided to add a night so we could enjoy the NYE fireworks and festivities in the area, and of course, the beautiful weather another day! I rated the cleanliness a 3 because some of the towels didn’t appear clean. I re-washed them — love that we had a washer and dryer in the room. The room could use some updates but overall, worked great for us. I hated lugging everything up the stairs…I am sure it was clear that there wasn’t an elevator but I missed that part - ha! Thankfully I had 2 teenage boys! We did have one maintenance issue with the hot water leaking. It was promptly addressed with a new water heater the next day. The only inconvenience for us was that we didn’t have water for about 5 hours one day and we needed showers after a day at the beach to go eat. Thankfully my brother’s family was staying at another unit so we were able to use his shower. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation snd would recommend this property!

Many good points but needs updating!

The positives of this condo are nice pool and tennis courts; easy access to the beach; good location to grocery store and restaurants; although the bus that takes you into town does not stop in front of the property as we were told, it does stop at the property next door which is an easy 5 minute walk; comfortable beds; basically clean. The things that need improvement are the kitchen which needs all new appliances except the microwave, as they are not in good shape, and the sink, counters, cupboards and floor all need to be upgraded. The other issue is the living room furniture which is worn and so used that it’s not comfortable. The same for the pads on the seats at the dining room table. When you sit on them, you sink down so that you can actually feel the hard wicker seat, and you are so low, that the table top was high enough to make it uncomfortable to eat on. The whole place needs a new coat of paint. The pictures of it, although accurate, make it look nicer than it is in person.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort Unit 7301

Overall, we had a very nice stay…proximity to the beach, pools, and hot tub couldn’t be better. The unit itself has a few minor maintenance issues, some mentioned in previous reviews. The master bedroom toilet flushes very slowly, the balcony glass door doesn’t slide easily and doesn’t lock, way too many dull kitchen knives. The bathroom vanities and toilets look to be original, work OK but very low. Some nicks and dings to the furniture accessories (mirror over dining table). The master bedroom bed is very comfortable and the flat screen (2) TV’s, cable and WiFi service are excellent.

Nice unit. No view. Close to beach. This is not a tennis resort.

We enjoyed our stay very much . Kitchen well furnished. Living room sofa needs to be replaced- you sit way down. Two TVs nice. Hot tub in building a plus. Could use dehumidifier- clothing got damp. Nice but not luxurious.

Tired unit needs some repairs and update

The plus is the location is convenient to St. Augustine and the beach as weir as other attractions. The negative is that the unit needs some repairs, venting in guest bath causes sewer gas to come back into the bath, not healthy, the sliding door to the deck doesn’t work and the lock is broken. Refrigerator and dishwasher are worn out and bed linens are worn out, one pillow was disgusting.

Great location steps from the beach, older unit with a few imperfections

The condo community is very well maintained for an older building. The inside shows some age like having to hold down the handle for a considerable amount of time, the dishwasher and fridge were pretty loud, but was still a comfortable stay. I think the downstairs neighbor smokes because every now and then the unit would smell pretty strong. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were given the wrong WiFi and gate password which took three days to resolve.

the unit is clean and well kept. well equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils. cleaning supplies were available. any concerns we did have were addressed quickly and efficiently. overall, it was a good experience. we had never rented a private unit before, but will not hesitate to do so in the future.

The condo was the perfect size and location for the 2 of us.

Clean and comfortable. A few minor repairs needed that were noted on the checkout form. Biggest frustration was that no one could come up with a valid username for internet service. It's nice to be able to find attractions, restaurants and directions. Suggestion: keep a supply of area maps and brochures. Hot tub was a bonus. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time, definitely will return.

The condo was on third floor, but the exercise was good for me. Very clean and master bedroom had the most comfortable bed. The complex was quiet , steps from the beach and had 2 pools. The only thing I would suggest is leaving more than 1 roll of toilet paper and some dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. I feel if we are expected to wash beach towels we have adequate supplies. Overal it was the most awesome place and I will be back next year. Thanks

Just Perfect!
