This charming oceanfront condo is located on the ground floor of a two-story complex, making it easy to access and perfect for guests with mobility concerns. Offering direct access to the beach and views of the Atlantic Ocean, it's a tranquil retreat for both families and groups.

- Free parking is available with one assigned spot and additional guest parking.



- Public transportation is available within walking distance, providing easy access to nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

- Each unit is limited to 2 vehicles: one may be parked in the assigned numbered parking space and one in a designated guest parking space. If your group has more than two vehicles, any additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Please display a valid parking pass in all vehicles, including those in assigned spaces. Vehicles without a parking pass or parked in violation of the community's parking rules may be towed at the owner's expense.

- A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- There are outdoor security cameras installed for safety and monitoring purposes.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.

The space was exactly how it shows online. As a family of 4 we felt like it was a second home to accommodate us. The pool was so easy to access from the condo and was very well maintained. The beach is literally just steps away. Being able to sit on the patio in the back, have coffee and watch the sunrise was my favorite part. Having televisions in each room was a big bonus for my kids. The rooms and property around this particular condo was quiet. We stayed during spring break and there was no loud music, no parties. It was very peaceful. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our check-in, however the host immediately rectified it and turned it completely around. We are already looking at our spring break dates next year to book again!
