The condo was clean and described perfectly. The unit is close to stairwell and beach access. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Only concern is wall outlet on mirror next to couch is loose and could be a hazard if you have small children.

Great location and view, comfortable furnishings, good layout, would definitely rent again. Had a problem with keypad code on arrival, but management company was very responsive and got us in.

This place is in the perfect location- on the beach, quiet, safe for the kiddos. A quick 10 min drive into downtown. The price is right and they have all the things you need in order to enjoy the beach- there were a few chairs, an umbrella and toys when we stayed there, but if they don’t have them, there are plenty of beach stores, Publix, Wal Mart, etc not far away. Do bring your own beach towels, though. This unit is close to the boardwalk to the beach and close to the pool, so it is perfect!

Beautiful beach

First time staying at Crescent Beach and it didn’t disappoint. Super views of the ocean from the patio and few steps to the beach. Place had lovely walk in shower and comfortable beds. Great place for a family vacation.

Beautiful oceanfront

We stay at these condos annually. This is our first beach front condo. It is in a great location because you are in the quiet corner and right next to beach access. The balcony had plenty of seating and comfortable chairs. The reviews are accurate on the property. There is a mildew smell when you first walk in. I found the source of it to be in the storage closet from people putting wet beach chairs and toys in it. Also bring beach towels because I could not find any in the closets. The beds are extremely comfortable and the AC was great for those hot Florida afternoons.

Beautiful view from the condo. Very comfortable. 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom was a huge bonus. Parking at the front buildings can be difficult making lugging groceries hard

Four Winds Crescent Beach

Unit has fantastic view of beach, which is just steps away. Easily obtained parking pass from friendly staff in office. No elevator so plan for stairs. Heated pool really nice. Property is currently upgrading exterior, which is a plus. Unit was relatively clean but could use a deep clean, including furniture. Unit has some needed minor repairs. Waking to beautiful sunrise view made for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing location but .....

The location of the property was amazing... right on the beach. However, the townhouse itself needed some repairs and a deep clean. Stained carpet, dirty walls and doors, minor repairs etc. I detailed these issues to property management and they offered to come take care of them but I did not want anyone cleaning and repairing during my stay

St. Augustine never disappoints

Condo was surprisingly generous in lay out. Beds superbly comfy. Great showers. Nice location. Dishwasher was non functional. Looked as tho' hadn't been checked in a very long time. Notified Management.

Great Location

We have stayed at Four Winds for years but this is our first time via VRBO. A little dated but overall it was great! A few things to make it better; the tvs need HDMI cables, and the keyless entry either needs to be adjusted or an entirely new threshold with door is needed. I love not having to worry with a key but when the lock constantly hits the plate, not fully locking…it’s painful to get in and out.

Love October at the beach!

Wonderful location, comfortable condo, great time of year. On checkin, there was a glitch with the door access code, quickly remedied by oncall support staff. We loved not having to carry keys! A few items could stand some attention (sliding door screen, long patched unpainted spots), but the condo is very comfortable. Beach chairs were a nice plus. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was nicely equipped and very clean. The master bed was very comfortable, and we loved sleeping with the windows open to hear the surf.

Enjoyed the view

The condo was clean and larger than other 3 bedroom townhouses thst weve stayed at in the area. We enjoyed the extra spsce. The pool is heated & we loved that. The view of the ocean was very relaxing. The drive into Saint Augustine was about 25 minutes. The drive in the other direction for dinner in the Hammock was about 15 minutes. It was nice to have a quiet getaway on a lovely beach, yet a short drive into the St. Augustine. The coffee pot broke and the management brought us a new one right away. I couldn't get the TV to work and they actually sent someone right away to help. Cannot beat the customer service.

Nice clean condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay here with a few exceptions. The pool seemed to small for the amount of condos and their guest. We had a very difficult time getting into our condo. We had to have it remotely unlocked the first night. Then we got locked out for over an hour the next day. After spending 45 mins on the phone and punching in a ton of codes, they finally agreed to send a maintenance man to look at the lock. It was a dead battery. But the condo was clean and the beach and the beach was great.

A wonderful place to unwind

The location of the condo is 5 /5 stars. The view of the beach and ocean was priceless. The condo was steps away from the beach, so if you want a beachfront vacation, look no more. The condo itself is dated (furniture/bathrooms) and initially when we walked into it, it had a musty smell. Once the sliding glass door was open and the upstairs windows open, the smell was gone. The place was clean. The exterior of the condo is being repainted therefore the guest bedroom window was blocked. Master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the beach. If you do cook, you may want to bring your own favorite pot/pan with a lid , the pots/pans available were adequate. The Winn Dixie grocery store is about 4 miles away. Last thing is that i didnt care for the process before getting the condo reservation; yes i get that at some places you fill out consents and show ID, but if these things were not done the managemnt company doesnt give you the check information. And after all the hoop jumping i went through with them they still didn't giveme the keyless entry code on the portal. I had to search on vrbo and my paperwork into who to contact for this...luckily someonehelped me and my stay was relaxing on the property. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing view!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at this property. We arrived after dark so I went to bed like a child on Christmas Eve because I couldn’t wait to see our view of the ocean in the morning and holy cow it was everything I’d hoped for! There are amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom. Having 2.5 baths was a major plus as well. The condo may be a teeny bit outdated compared to other rentals we’ve stayed at but that didn’t bother me. Unfortunately the weather was a little chilly so we only had one really good beach day (new years eve) so we spent it playing at the beach and it will forever be my most favorite NYE. With the weather being on the cooler side we had an issue with getting the heat to work and the customer service with this property is top notch!! They checked in multiple times to update me on the status and then the owner of the property even stopped by with the maintenance worker and she was the SWEETEST. I can not say enough positive things about the entire trip and I hope that we can return someday. Oh and one other thing worth mentioning is the parking isn’t the greatest as it’s first come and if you have a lot of luggage there are multiple flights of stairs so remember that when grocery shopping lol thankfully we have 2 teenagers who help a ton but had they been toddlers it would have been interesting! Overall I can say this might have been the best vacation we’ve taken in a very long time.
