This was our second visit at this property. It was very clean, the new refridgerator was a great upgrade. It was the perfect vacation for the six of us. There were extra chairs for the beach and the views of the beach from the three balconies was incredible. This will continue to be our go to for our family vacations as we love the property, the location and the amenities on the property.

Nice unit but disappointing service

The unit was very nice when we got there and all was well, but the first night we discovered a mite infestation in the third floor of the unit which we reported and pest services came out. We were told that there would be a treatment plan and cleaning would come. No one ever got back with us about treating all the bugs or cleaning the upstairs bedroom. We were unable to use the unit while we were there. Very disappointing service dealing with this issue… the room is really nice but guest services should do better sending out cleaning when there’s an issue like this. We paid for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and ended up with a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Not acceptable for the price.

Needs love

This property needs a little love and an update! * Remove all the fake plants. They are dust collectors and are on their last leg! * The floor was vacuumed but not mopped - dirty to the point of having to wash my feet before I got in the bed. * Rugs were also dirty and needed replaced!* slipcovers on sofa and dining chairs were not inviting at all. At the very least they needed laundered. * New curtains are needed. They were held together with safety pins. Also need privacy curtains in the master bath and not sheers. * In the floor of our master bedroom closet there were bags of playground sand and paint cans so we couldn’t hang anything that was long (dress, slacks, etc)* No grill. On the positive side, the condo property was very nice and the proximity to the beach was awesome!! Would definitely stay there again just not at this unit. Owners need to step up and improve on their unit.

Needs love

This unit needs some love. *Floors were dirty to the point that I had to wash my feet before I got in bed. *Rugs were dirty and need replaced. *Get rid of all the fake plants - they are dust collectors and do nothing for the decor. *Couch and dining room chair covers need replaced or at least washed. *Need new curtains that have better privacy especially in the master bathroom. *No grill. *Owners need to update or at least deep clean. *On the positive side the Largo Mar resort is extremely nice. I would stay there again, just not in this unit.

Amazing ocean sunset views

We loved the ocean views and directly stepping off main patio into the sand. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balconies every evening. Kitchen well equipped, beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay again.

Largo Mar 165 Beachfront

The unit itself was perfect, spacious and accommodated all of us. Plenty of seating both in the dinning room and living room area. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans and cutlery. All the rooms were clean as well as the outdoor spaces. It was our annual beach trip and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Very well kept unit and will be returning to this unit again and again.

Every year my friends & I come to PCB for a “girls” trip. This was the ten year anniversary of this trip. We have stayed in several different condos/townhomes over the years. Largo Mar is by far our favorite! This was our second year in a row to stay here. This unit is clean, well furnished & stocked with everything we need. There is plenty of room to accommodate us comfortably. The location and beach access can’t be beat! We have decided that we have finally found our girls week “home”! We can’t wait to return next year!!!

this home is great the location is on the quiet side of the beach which makes getting places so much easier the pool is never crowded and because the property os gated it feels very secure also the beach isn't crowded even with the public beach access next to it we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so

Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families! Easy access to beach and car. Perfect view of the water. (Need taller chairs to see above railing though). Plenty of closet space to put your suitcases so you don’t have to look at them all week! Pool and hot tub were great too! Everything was great, thank you

Great location

This is my second time back. Location and view are wonderful. I love how you can walk from back door straight to beach. This time, unfortunately, was lacking in cleanliness. Sticky substance and dirt below couch; wrappers/dirt found in between cushions of same couch; our feet got dirty walking around without shoes/socks. Everything was supplied well except for batteries. Some of the controllers in bedrooms had batteries that no longer worked.

Perfect Family Beach Home

I absolutely loved this house. Location was perfect and not too busy compared to other parts further down the beach. You can tell they spent a lot of time decorating and renovating the townhome to keep up to date. My only advice to guests would be extra comforters and blankets if you are the cold type, all the beds had 2 thin sheets with a super thin/sheetlike blanket (which was perfect for my husband, he's always hot). The Top floor bedroom has a vent right above the bed and blows air nonstop and I froze for 5 nights. Other than that, I loved the house and would surely rent this again in the future.

Another successful trip to Largo Mar!

Have stayed at Largo Mar in the past and this was our best trip yet. We have stayed at other properties before but our entire family requested that we rebook this location for next year. Can’t beat the walk to the water, updated furnishings, and cleanliness.

Location was great! Cleanliness is 👎

This unit was nasty, mold on shower curtains, dishes dirty shelves dirty were the dishes are. Many more complaints, I called Vacasa nothing was ever said they did nothing.
