Location was amazing! My only complaint is the fact that neither tv worked and reached out to property manger several times and no one ever came to repair. That was frustrating.

Disappointing Experience with Broken Window and AC Issues

We booked a room for spring break and traveled from Texas to Florida, eager for our stay. Upon arrival, we discovered a broken window and a non-functioning AC. This forced us to relocate from Rosemary Beach to another home in Santa Rosa Beach. Although our check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, the issue wasn't resolved until 9 PM. Communication was poor, and despite their efforts to fix the problem, they ultimately had to move us to a different home in a different area.

Great Location

Loved the location of this studio condo. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks inside. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Parking is tough and you might not be parking right outside your building, but due to the location, we didn't really need our car that much.

Beach trip.

Would not recommend, there were crumbs and residue in the dishes when we arrived. The extra comforter in the closet had stains on it. Unless you are only staying for 1-2 nights I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great Location

This condo is in the Villages of South Walton. I've stayed in this area many times before and keep coming back year after year because the location is so convenient! A couple of specifics about this particular condo: - The A/C points DIRECTLY at the bed, so be prepared it may leave you waking up with your sinuses feeling a bit dry. - The bedding is really just three sheets, would recommend them adding an optional duvet because we were freezing in the night with the A/C - A bit tricky to find this unit as the front door is in an interior hallway, they really should provide better details about how to find it - Locking the door is extremely impractical as you have to fuss and fight with the deadbolt before closing the door. They should probably provide instructions on this as well. All in all, it's a good little condo. Could have used a bit more of a deep clean as the couch was pretty stained. However, for a quick weekend trip, it was really affordable and a great location!

I have never written a negative review before but this place let us down. We were thankful we only had to stay one night there. Pros: location and spacious for two people Cons: Not the easiest place to find due to lack of directions, could not open the blinds on the windows, the floor was dirty( i walked barefoot to the bathroom and came back with stuff all over my feet-we had just gotten to the room so it wasn’t from us), there were only 3 pillows on the bed for two people, we had no wash cloths, the shower curtain had a large stain that looked like snot, the couch was stained, could not find the remote to the living room tv, and the decor lacked a “beachy feel.”

Good location

I did like the location of the condo. We were able to walk and never drive to eat or shop. The only complaint about the condo is that the remote for the tv in the LR did not work abs there was no way on the tv to change the Chanel or volume. That is minor considering it is vacation and we did not spend a whole lot of time inside. I did also have a major complaint about Seacrest Beach. I do not like how they only allow a small section for condo renters to set up chairs/umbrellas. It is too small of a space for that many people and too crowded. I will not go back to this Beach. I have stayed in Grayton and it was so much better not being forced to rent a chair if I want up to the edge of the beach. Beware if you are not wanting to spend $80+ each day to rent chairs and umbrellas, you better get out to the beach by 6am to claim a good spot. I wish I had known this prior to booking.

Great get away!

Overall, this was a nice little quaint place to stay. If you are not going to spend a lot of time in the unit, and as much time on the beach as possible, then this is the place. It is within walking distance of everything! The only thing I would suggest is having extra blankets available as the room did get cold. Other than that the stay went well!

Good vacation but too many problems

Our trip was nice but the place had a decent amount of problems. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and our cell service of Verizon has no connection in the area. I brought this to the attention of the property manager and it was never fixed. The air conditioning also barely works so the room gets really muggy. I brought this to the attention of management and it was never addressed. The walls of the apartment are paper thin so every day we were kept up by a baby crying in another apartment. The location was great and there’s live music there every night which is nice.

Great location, not 100% impressed

This condo is in the perfect location in 30A. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and the pool was very nice as well. The check in & out process was easy. With that being said, this room was not the best we’ve stayed in. When we arrived the hallway & our room was stagnant and soooo hot. We attempted to turn down the A/C in our room (which is just tiny unit on the wall) and it gave us zero relief. We had to call the property managers multiple times until we finally got it just bearable enough to sleep. The lady I spoke with was very nice but seemed as though she wasn’t too concerned about the inconvenience. She said the A/C is likely to freeze up if it’s set even in the low 70s. Do they not realize it’s the middle of the summer in Florida? That’s unacceptable. The shower looked like it needed some work/extra cleaning. I don’t know that the shower was cleaned thoroughly since there was hair left from the previous guest. Also the door to the place was very difficult to open and close. It would easily get left open by accident because you had to force it closed. Overall, I felt the place was mediocre for the price. We were only in the room the get dressed and sleep so it didn’t ruin our trip by any means but it just wasn’t a great stay.

In the middle of the action

Overall the property fit the bill. The location was loud due to being over shops and the square where people mingled and music played until 11 PM. Getting to the beach you either had to hike a ways or take the tram. Jumping in the car and driving to a public beach 10 minutes away was much easier. You can walk to Rosemary Beach and having restaurants, shops and activity can be nice if that's your thing. Parking was a challenge.

A place to sleep

It’s in a good location but the small condo wasn’t cleaned and needs maintenance. We couldn’t even sit on the badly stained sofa. The bed sheets were clean which is a plus! It’s so small there is no excuse for not cleaning the 1 toilet and 1 shower/tub in the condo. I did call them but didn’t receive a call back til the following day and she said maybe the cleaner was in a rush. That’s the only explanation I got, obviously will not stay again with Vacasa at all! It is in a great location to walk to everything if you need something in a pinch.

Great location and that’s about it

So the pros: good location, plenty of space for a couple, corner unit so lots of windows, and good ac. Cons: first off finding the unit took 20 minutes, it was so confusing and just wander around looking for it. The door is almost impossible to open or closed and my husband always had to force it open or closed. The bed is like a rock and both of us are going to need a visit to a chiropractor. Once you look a little closer everything was dingy and cheaply done. Do yourself a favor and spend more for a nicer place, price isn’t worth the quality. We would have left if could have gotten a refund.
