1802 Sterling Breeze.

The bed practically lulls you to sleep at night. It's a very quiet condo no outside noise. It's a nice building a beautiful pool area. The pool area is awesome. Located in a great location too. Close to a lot of shopping. Beware they won't allow an early check in....

TERRIBLE

We checked in at 545. Our check in time was 4:00. When we got there after driving 8.5 hours, we walked into a filthy room that was flipped upside down. I called and the lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding. Then someone else called me about the issue and said the property owners said they would purchase our dinner for us to get out for the room to get cleaned. We checked out today and still no refund for our meal. We were lied too. I have pics and a video

Great location and wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful condo.

Overall great condo. The view is amazing. We got hassled a lot by the little security guy at the pool. We were on a family vacation and He hassles my husband and son about things others were clearly doing too. But other than that it was an amazing place to stay. Couch bed is broken (missing springs)

TERRIBLE.

WE CHECKED IN AT 5:40. Our check in time was 4:00. We got in there to realize our room was completely dirty and flipped upside down. It had not been cleaned and stuff was everywhere. After driving almost 9 hours we were exhausted. I called the people and they apologized and said the property owners would purchase a meal for us to be able to get out so they could come clean. I was told I was refunded and as of today, since check out. I’m still not refunded. I feel I was completely understanding and nice but fully taken advantage of. I have a video and pics of the room.

Weekend trip

Sterling breeze itself is a great resort, the staff are kind and helpful. The pool and bar are nice amenities. The view of the ocean is phenomenal but this unit itself was extremely outdated. The pull out couch was stained, the bunk bed was broken, it was very dark because of missing light fixtures, and there was A LOT of patched holes in the wall. Overall would stay at Sterling Breeze again but not at 1802.

This year I didn’t love anything. After staying here for the last 11 years, I was extremely with so many things that I’d rather discuss with management.

Not a experiencia

When arriving at 2pm they told me i Would have to wait until 4 pm for checking in. Then the apartament was not fully clean. Underneath the bed was dirty, the bathrooms dirty. When we tríed to open the blind, it came crashing down and hit My wife in the Head Leaving her with a bump. The ac did not work, saturday Night a technician came and said he couldnt do anything until monday. So we Spend the whole weekend with no ac on an apt we paíd over 1K for 3 Nights. Upon Telling the owner he did nothing or say anything to make things right. And on top of that the hotel charged us $40 to park our car, which was not incluyed in the bill. Over all experience was not good.

Cozy but worn…

Loved being able to open the sliding doors and listening to the waves crashing on the beach and the smell of clean fresh air. There was dishes and towels that were furnished so that was a plus along with WiFi and TV’s in every room. The furniture is worn but still very usable. The floors and bathrooms were clean and that was another positive part of the rooms. Now for the negative parts about the space we stayed in. The oven was dirty and not in a good state to use and we didn’t use it. There were blinds in the bedroom near the entrance that fell and hit my wife across her nose while she was trying to adjust it. and luckily her glasses helped lessen the blow. It still caused bruising on her nose. There were black spots in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, so we washed every dish and utensil before use. I reported one of the lamps in the living room as broken and sent pictures to my travel advisor. There were 2 chairs at the end of the table on each side that were broken, but we managed to sit on the benches that were on each side of the table with no problem. I was assured there would be someone to come and look at a few things I had reported, but no one came or called me. I did enjoy my stay with my family, but it could have been a little better with some of the negative parts I listed made into a positive.

Needs some updating

Had to make a last minute reservation for a night due to a power issue in the condo we were staying in. Was happy to get the condo last minute but know why it may not be booked. Paint and drywall peeling and gouges in the walls. Furnishing stained and outdated and not very comfy beds. It wasn’t the cleanest condo and could use a deep clean and updated furnishings. Complex is nice and great part of beach. Condo would get 2 stars and complex 4-5 stars so I gave it a 3.

Great stay !

Everything was great there were a few cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay the only complaint I would have and that’s if I just had to was a very slow draining tub .. again this didn’t affect our experience we very much enjoyed our stay there and plan on coming back .

Big Condo/ Beautiful Views

We arrived early (11:30am) and was able to use the pool & hot tub while our condo was being cleaned. We received a text at 12:38pm that let us know our condo was ready. Upon getting to our condo our code was wrong, but I was able to call the number provided and they issued me a code that did work. I was amazed at the space of the condo. The furniture could use some updates but we loved the condo. We had 4 adults and 3 little girls (8,6,5). The only issues we found with the condo are: The floors weren’t swept or mopped. There was sand everywhere. The kitchen countertops were dirty as well as the tubs. I thought that’s what we payed a cleaning fee for? Also, there needs to be more cooking utensils, dishes and cookware. The hall bathtub stopper didn’t fit the tub, the original had been previously broken so a replacement of sort was placed in there. But we made it work with keeping the water running so the girls could gets bathes. You won’t regret renting this condo, just make sure they clean it. I recommend eating at Runaway Island and getting the parmesan crusted flounder.

Pros and cons

First off, the property was super clean! Location was great. Parking was easily accessible. All the staff we encountered was very friendly. Bartender at the pool was amazing with adults and kids. They called at some point early in stay to make sure everything was OK and make sure nothing needed fixed. The only real negatives were mostly cosmetic things. Missing paint in the bathroom for the kids, scuffs on furniture, pots under kitchen sink for a leak. None of these things affected our stay however. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broke but we just didn't use that. The kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials but there were no pot holders. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. If you are used to top of the line furnishings this is not the place for you but the price point probably reflects that.

Awesome unit with spacious balcony and beachfront view!

We were originally booked a few days for Destin at one of the Tops’l locations, however, the rooms AC unit broke a few days prior to the trip so we were given an option of going here in PCB. I’m glad we did, it was our first time in PCB and had a great time! The unit was very spacious for just the two of us. The balcony was roomy as well with two entrances, one from the living quarters and one in the master bedroom. And of course, the view, it’s beachfront and beautiful, not much to say other then that! The only downfall of Sterling Breeze was probably waiting on the elevator. There are only two elevators and at times during the day it can get backed up and you could be waiting for a while to catch a lift. Overall it was an amazing first time trip to PCB, and if you’re looking for a place to stay this isn’t a bad option at all. It’s close to Pier Park for your shopping and dining necessities. Also, check out Dusty’s Oyster bar, it’s walking distance and such a fun little spot. We sat at the Oyster bar and had great interaction with the staff there.

1st Time to Panama Beach

I loved that the condo units were right on the beach. That was perfect! What was diplicted in the photos was what you actually stay in. Nothing was deceiving. I go on to say the unit could use some new paint and more blankets other than that our entire trip was amazing! The Pier was in walking distance. So next time we will probably walk into the Pier. We are glad that we rented a car for trips to walmart etc. Everything is so close so we barley used any gas. The kids didn't want to leave so that is always a good thing. All the guest we met were so nice and pleasant.We will definitely book with Vacasa on our next trip. I would say our trip to Panama City Beach was a success thank you -Vacasa 🤗

Great Place!

We loved our stay! We had the clearest water for most of our stay. The on-site bar area that served snacks was a big plus!
