First and foremost, we want to assure you that your safety and well-being, as well as that of all our guests, are our top priorities. We understand that security concerns can be distressing, and we take them very seriously. We investigated the matter and thoroughly reviewed the security cameras in our complex. We can confirm that there was no security threat during the time of your stay. Other guests in the area found the playing cards in the driveway and put them on the door as they believed they were dropped by one of your guests. Your safety was not compromised. We apologize for any discomfort or anxiety you may have experienced, and we understand that perceived security threats can be unsettling. Please be assured that we continually strive to maintain a secure and safe environment for everyone who stays with us. After you chose to leave we were unable to refund your nights not stayed, as we were never given any documentation via police report about the home being unsafe. Regarding your communication with our team, we have thoroughly reviewed our records, and we can confirm that we responded to all your inquiries within an hour and a half or less of receiving your messages. Our team prides itself on providing excellent customer service, and we regret if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding. Your feedback is essential to us, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns you had.
