The condo was everything that was listed. Family loved it. Just wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool.

Weekend trip

While outdated and the bed is super uncomfortable, the location is gorgeous. The pool is nice and well maintained and the beach area is super peaceful and clean.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed staying here and being able to look at the lake. Lots of good food at Dock's Beach House next door and an easy walk to the Jet Express and the shops in town. The stairs were a bit of a challenge but we made it.

All went smoothly with our stay. While the condo was clean it is very dated and a few things need fixing, like the bathroom door and exhaust fan.

This was larger than it looked in photos! Super clean, great location and amenities. Overlooks pool and private beach. Walking distance to anything in Port Clinton!

Great location

No complaints about the property or location. Would not recommend for more than two adults. The bed in bedroom and sunroom were okay. The pullout couch should really be replaced. Was very old and uncomfortable Unit was very clean

Great location

The location was wonderful, the outside of the property was good and our view from the balcony was beautiful. However, the furniture in this condo was very run down we could not sleep on the sofa sleeper it was so bad. The wicker set looked ols and we were afraid to sit on them. When we got there we found that we could not lock the front door from the inside and the bathroom door wouldn't lock and it needed to be replaced. We did contact the host and they sent someone up in just a few hours to fix the front door. Overall I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10.

Anniversary Get Away

My husband and I love the Lake Erie Island and Shores and come here every year for our anniversary. We chose this location because we could walk to the many restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Port Clinton, as well as the onsite pool, hot tub and private beach. We saw online that the condo was outdated, which was not exactly an issue for us. What was an issue, though, was the terrible mattress on the bed in the bedroom, as well as the pull-out couch and futon. They are terrible and need to be replaced. Both of our backs, necks and shoulders are extremely sore. We also had issues with the main door locking. Each time we went in or out we were not sure if we would be able to get the door to lock. The wicker furniture in the Sunroom needs to be replaced, especially the one rocking chair as one of the legs was broken and the piece was actually missing. We are not even sure who owns this condo but the individual that is noted as the "host" seems to be a representative of L.E.V.R and was not very responsive or helpful. We hope to return to the "property" but not to this particular condo if the mattresses are not replaced or the door locking mechanism fixed.

Great View...but...

A one Bedroom condo right on Lake Erie shore with views of Put-In-Bay, and Kelley's Island. Can easily see Perry's monument. Plenty of free parking in private lot. The outside company that does the cleaning does an excellent job, the condo is very dated, but very clean. There is a pool but not yet open during our stay. A 20 foot wide clean beach runs along the entire property. Condo is located on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators. Stairs are exposed to the elements. You must go downtown Port Clinton to check in and out...about a 10 minute drive away. The owner should consider the following: Bedroom - * Bottom dresser drawer face is broken and not usable * Mattress is well past worn out, so bad two people cannot sleep on the mattress, a sore back in the morning is guaranteed Bathroom - * door is falling apart, looks to have been repaired many time, does not close completely. Should be replaced. Kitchen - * aluminum strip between kitchen tile and living room carpet is not nailed down...tripping hazard Living room - * sofa bed is broken down in the center Sun Room - * wicker rocker runners are broken in two places, safety issue * day bed mattress is well past worn out.

Perfect location but updates needed!

Location was perfect and so was the weather, so we spent our time outside. But if we would have had to spend much time inside we would have been frustrated. We couldn’t get the tv to work, there was enough dust on the tv to write our names, and there was a urine smell in the bathroom. The couch was old and broken down. If this unit would be updated and cleaned thoroughly, it would get a 5 star rating due to the location!

Decent place

The location was perfect and the beach and pool were great. Our unit was a little outdated and old looking. I was also not aware this was a smoking unit and it stunk the first day we were there. The third floor unit was a pain to carry our stuff up to. There was a damp spot on the carpet and I called about it when we got there but no one ever called back. The pullout bed and mattresses were old and not comfortable. Like the title said it was a decent place but could be updated for sure.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay there! Condo grounds were very nice, pool and jacuzzi were great! Had a nice private beach area. Close to downtown and within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry. Condo itself was clean and nice. Could use some updates on furnishings - mattress seemed kind of worn in the middle and the couch as well was pretty worn and not very comfortable. But other than that, it was a nice Condo!

Perfect location

The pool is fantastic! It is cleaned every morning and the beach is great. Would like to see some updates in furnishings.. couch in living room is not comfortable. It is quite a climb to the 3rd floor so I wouldn't recommend for those who have trouble with stairs.

Location, Location, Location. I wish we could have enjoyed our stay, even though it is the perfect location, the pool area looked great they had an awesome play ground. the beach right before it flooded looked like it would have been a nice place to enjoy. spent a lot of time inside because of the storm- flooding- state of emergency- road closures which is just something that couldn't be helped by anyone but the inside could have been cleaner and it was when we left. also a needed upgrade would be the master bedroom mattress we both just rolled to the center so it is a bit worn out. hair in the sink, coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. trash can very dirty, 1 note the bathroom needs a lock that works. We did leave a day early once we were able to get out. I am sure we would have been able to enjoy our stay for the most part had it not been for the weather.

Amazing time at Waterfronts

The condo was as indicated online and very clean. The view and proximity to the heated pool/hot tub/beach were awesome! The only downside is this is a third floor unit with lots of steps but worth it! Thank you for sharing This unit with us!

Excellent time at condo

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The private beach and pool were a lot of fun. Everyone practiced social distancing and that allowed for everyone to have a good time. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Mike was very responsive to my emails and questions about COVID19 and how it is effecting their properties. It was a great experience.
