Lake Front with Private Max Dock on quiet cove with beautiful main lake views. House is on cul de sac, very private lot, and only minutes to Publix, Ritz and all restaurants. Only one hour drive to Augusta National.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with screened porch overlooking lake.

Sleeps 12 comfortably, with great entertaining spaces for family fun, including a very large screened-in porch with all season panels and heater, outdoor grill, firepit, large private dock with room to bring or rent your own boat. 500MB Internet with Mesh Wi-Fi so great connectivity everywhere.

10 beds include main level 3 bedrooms 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, and Upstairs bunk room with 6 XL twins. Upstairs bonus room and bunk room are very large.

New for 2024 guests - 1) main Living room fireplace. 2) Upstairs remodel with 6 XL twin beds, 3) large bathroom and 4) lake views from bonus room.

Close to the Ritz Carlton via boat or car. Private dock for bringing or renting your own boat or jet skis. Deep water dock is great for fishing and swimming.

Private cove, adjacent to Cuscowilla on the lake, and only 2 miles to Publix, area restaurants and shopping. Harbor Club Golf (706) 453-9690) only 15 minutes away if you want to play golf.

We hosted a women’s Bible retreat and this home was the perfect place! The bedroom and bed layout was perfect, easily accommodating our group. There were more than enough dishes, towels, blankets, etc. Literally anything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure in the showers was great, location was perfect - quiet neighborhood and end of the street. We will definitely use this home for future retreats. A all the way!

This property was beautiful. The children loved the upstairs room, each with its own charging station! We loved sitting on the screened in porch and enjoying the view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t need to worry about anything. Jim was a wonderful host and our group would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent experience staying at this gorgeous, perfectly pristine home! We stayed 3 nights as we were in town for my son’s wedding! My family raved about every little detail from cleanliness to kitchen staples, to the amazing firepit and 6 comfy bunkbeds! We all loved having our own private bathroom. That was a huge reason for choosing this 4 bedroom 4 bath home. Another reason was it was in very close proximity to our venue, Heartwood Acres ( Lake Oconee ). Publix was just 10 minutes away and a simple drive. Jim was very quick in answering questions. I highly recommend staying here. We will certainly do so again should a trip to Lake Oconee be in our future!

Amazing

Great House. Great Lake. Great Location. This was our first time to Lake Oconee and it was wonderful. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a lot of time exploring the lake, tubing, and swimming. The location was in a nice spot on the lake and close to restaurants and stores. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the loft space. We would highly recommend!

Excellent Lakefront Home

This place was perfect for our family. The pictures are accurate, the host was very responsive and welcoming. The home is furnished with literally everything you need. I can't imagine that there is a better property for rent in the area.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

We stayed here with 2 families and it was amazing. Jim was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had in all of our rentals. His overcommunication, accommodation to early and even proactively checking if we wanted late check out was above and beyond. The house has everything you need and is just an immaculate, well decorated and cozy property. Highly recommend staying!!!

Great Place to Vacation

The house was clean and fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all our showers. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful lake house the week of Thanksgiving, and it exceeded every expectation. The home was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The owners truly thought of everything we might need, and the whole house was clearly labeled and organized, which made settling in incredibly easy. The fully stocked kitchen included high-end appliances and cookware, and the full-sized washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The home offered plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, watching TV, playing games, and enjoying meals together.The desk overlooking the lake was the perfect spot for remote work. The upstairs living space gave the children a fun and comfortable area to play, watch movies, and hang out. The porch overlooking the lake was stunning, and we spent so much time simply enjoying the peaceful view. We also loved making s’mores around the fire pit in the evenings.The neighborhood was extremely quiet and private, with ample parking, and the location could not have been better. We were close to shopping, church, walking areas, and local sights. The owner was wonderful to work with, very kind and extremely responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were sad to leave. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this home to others.

This rental is AWESOME! We've stayed at a lot of rental homes and this one is easily one of the nicest experiences we've had. The home is SO comfortable! It's exactly as described and so clean! We felt right at home immediately. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen was SO well appointed! It was a nice surprise! Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock and we found the process of renting a boat to enjoy right from the house really fun and easy! We can't wait to return!

Excellent Lake house

We had a total of 11 people stay at this home. Five kids , six adults. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room. It was so nice that each a couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is very comfortable and clean. The location of the dock in the lake is awesome.We had a great time! Renting a pontoon boat was so fun! Bring fishing poles and rafts for the Lake. Publix is close too. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing at it's BEST!

Property owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the lake from the house and plenty of room for several families to vacation. Very quiet part of the lake to enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful place

The house was beautiful. Everything was updated, clean, and decorated beautifully. The house was stocked with everything we needed, which was very thoughtful. The views were awesome. It was nice being able to sit in a screened in porch to see the lake when we were not in it. The whole family loved this place and are talking about when we can go back.

So happy to be back!

Another excellent visit to Lake Oconee and a wonderful stay again at our favorite place. The owner and host, Jim, is gracious and accommodating while the home and its location couldn't be better. Sunrise coffees and starlit evenings overlooking the large lake view are perfect! We will be back.

Gem on the lake

Perfectly located on Lake Oconee with stunning sunrises and open water views. The accommodations are exceptional. We enjoyed having meals on the enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Inside dining provided ample space to enjoy the open concept. The upstairs renovation provided a fabulous bath and comfortable beds for six guests. This was our second trip and we can’t wait to come again with our family next year.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!

This place is wonderful inside and out! Jim was the most accommodating host I have EVER had. The home is gorgeous, the view and location are top notch. The beds are the most comfortable and the house lacked nothing for our stay. We will be back!

This property is so quiet, it's at the end of the street as the last house. The lake lot is adjacent to the homes in Cuscowilla. It sits in the trees and has the most stunning view of the lake from our favorite spots on the porch or deck.
