Este es uno de los mejores lugares de vacaciones en la zona. Es un impecable 4 camas / 3 baños, dos pisos en 3rd St. 8-10 dormitorios (Rey, Rey, Reina, 2 gemelos y un sofá cama) .Todos tienen televisores de pantalla plana. El salón es tremendamente amplio. Viene con un miembro del Club Cabana, que le permite el acceso a una playa privada y piscina (Excelente para los niños).

Tiene un gran muelle con una estación de limpieza de pescado. Se puede pescar justo en la parte trasera de la propiedad o salto en su barco y crucero a un montón de pesca puntos calientes.

A / C central, lavadora / secadora, servicio de Internet de alta velocidad, lavavajillas. Piscina privada. (El calor es adicional). También incluye 4 bicicletas.

The place worked very well with our extended family gathering for Christmas plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, gathering spaces both indoors and by the pool and the canal - very enjoyable - we had a small issue with the shower and it was addressed very promptly (thanks to George for taking care of us) - thanks so much for letting us use this place!!

We had an amazing 2 months in Key Colony! The house was very spacious with lots of storage! Having 2 refrigerators was definitely a game changer as we caught and vacuum sealed our fish! The kitchen was huge with lots of counter space! The yard and pool were very private and fenced in. We definitely enjoyed the big heated lap pool and used it daily for exercise! We spent lots of time on the dock watching boats go by and often had a line in the water ourselves! I will say I don’t think we’ve ever had a maintenance/property manager as responsive as George!! He was definitely a rock star! Anything we asked about, he was on it! He was there to check the pool and make sure it was warm at least once a week! When the water heater went out, he had plumbers there to take care of it within a couple of hours! Thank you so much,George! Your professionalism and kindness definitely didn’t go unnoticed!! We enjoyed our time so much at this property we’ve already booked for 2 months next year again!!

Beautiful waterfront home

This was our favorite spot to be in Key Colony, we will be back. This was everything we wanted for our vacation. Great fishing and restaurants near. Perfect for our boat docking and awesome private pool. We absolutely loved it. Awesome host, the best!

Great location and space for our family

This is a great space for large groups. We were able to comfortably house 5 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of space, pool was lovley & we were able to keep the boat docked and zip right out to go fishing. Dock fishing on windy days was great for the kids as well. Could the home use a little updating? Yes. However, we are pretty easy to please as long at it is clean and we can go fish. We would definitely stay again.

Big house in a good location and great neighborhood.

We over all enjoyed our stay. The host and the property manager were very helpful. Although some bad weather didn't let us use the pool but once the storms cleared the manager got the pool cleaned up and we were able to soak in some nice warm water. The house definitely needs upgrades though.

Excellent, except…

The property is beautiful. Location is beautiful. House was exceptional. George, the maintenance director responded quickly to any calls and took care of any glitches promptly. The outside of property needs to be updated: Cracks in cement, mold in places, not enough chairs for a property that supposed to accommodate 10.

Great location

Large dock for boating and fishing off dock with excellent access to waterways. Plenty of room for families, however the house is in need of updating, painting and repairs. Housekeeping and cleaning could definitely be improved.

We had a great time! Having the dock we did a lot of fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking! Pool was clean and very refreshing! The house had a lot of room so we did not feel like we were on top of each other (11 people). The furniture is more updated then what the pictures show. Overall we would rent here again!!

Perfect for fishing getaway

We came down for a week of fishing as a retirement gift to my dad. House was at the end of a street with room for 2 cars. Kitchen was huge, 2 refridgerators, lot's of counter space, but the best part was the dock out back. You could sit in the lounge chairs or fish right off of the dock. We rented a boat and could pull it right to the house to load and unload. Pool was in great condition. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the floor inside was pretty dirty. I think the cleaning crew forgot to mop...but for 6 guys it was just fine!! Walking distance to the little bar down the street and a nice restaurant at the resort entrance. Would definately recommend it.

I am so sorry three was a problem with the floors. If something like that ever happens in any rental call immediately and.the cleaning crew will return to make it right. Again sorry for the problem. Toni

Pool, pool, pool!!!!!!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house. The pool was amazing, we caught fish off the docks, and my niece called the place a "mansion" and said she felt like a rock star. The owners were quick to fix anything that was broken. There was plenty of outside seating, but the dining room table only seats 6. (Keep in mind that this place is by the ocean, so sliding doors and other things are showing wear. The little air conditioner in the master is loud, but I suppose it would be very useful in the summer. The margarita machine was full of black mold. ) That being said... We would still definitely stay here again in a second!!!!! Did I mention the POOL!!!?!!! It is HUGE!!!!!!! You will love this place and the price is VERY reasonable.

Great Location

Other reviews are accurate. This house is old and is in need of some major renovations/upgrades. Had a problem with ac. Response from Property Manager was great even though it seems as if the units are not capable of handling such a large house. We were comfortable. Pool and pool pavers are in poor shape. Garden tub leaked into garage. When I told the Maintenance man he said he already knew however we were not told. Glad none of our stuff was under the LARGE leak in garage. Overall good stay. My main problem would be the flies that hang around the garbage cans which are by the front door. I even washed the cans out to no avail. Would consider staying again.

Flawed Paradise

Let's start with the positives. The location is excellent and if you want to fish from the rear of the property it is superb. The pool is a bonus and was clean and appeared fairly well maintained. We stayed in this property 11 years ago and at that time considered it tired but acceptable. Sadly little or nothing has been done to the property since that time. Frankly it is beyond tired. General maintenance is poor with a number of items simply not working or working effectively. The dish washer for example runs a program but does not wash. The air conditioning to the main bedroom does not work and as a consequence a temporary free standing unit has been installed. This is so noisy it is impossible to sleep. I think when we arrived there were no more than 4 wine glasses so we had to go out and buy a set and some beakers. By far the worst aspect was the cleanliness, which was poor throughout. Yes the floors looked as though they had been swept but as soon as you walked barefoot, it was apparent that this was not enough. We searched for a mop but only found one that looked not to have been used for some time and had seen better days. Consequently we purchased a mop bucket and floor cleaner and spent half a day cleaning. Only then could we allow the infant with us to play on the floor. I know not to expect luxury from properties which are constantly rented but we do expect comfort, reasonable functionality and cleanliness.

Good amenities, however work is deeply needed.

The house was very clean upon arrival. The pool however was not clear. When we asked the pool maintenance man to clean it, he seemed to be very irritated with the request. But the pool was green. He did clean it and it cleared up. The dock on the adjoining property had fallen in. And that happens however the dock on our side is in serious need of a rebuild. When the tide was low you can see how bad the cracking is all of the way under it, large cracks not small. When the crew and owner arrived to work on the Fallen dock, they came to our side and said boards needed replacing, however they just flipped the boards over. When they did this they left very rusty screws all over the dock and yard. I picked them up. The dock is NOT nailed down well, children would need to be careful where they walked. The extra bathroom has a very distinct smell of sewage. The house is however is very spacious
