Este es un hermoso y espacioso 3 BR / 2. Casa de 5 baños frente al mar (2,600 pies cuadrados) con un área de patio de piscina completamente protegida que alberga una piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje (Hay una tarifa por calefacción) y admite mascotas.

El segundo piso ofrece un área de cocina; área familiar, rincón de desayuno; área de comedor al lado del golfo; Medio baño y lavadero. En el área familiar hay techos de diez pies de altura y persianas personalizadas en las ventanas, mientras que un porche con mosquitero amueblado ofrece acceso a la playa a las arenas blancas en polvo por las que el Golfo de México es famoso.

El tercer piso ofrece tres amplias habitaciones, dos de las cuales brindan acceso a un gran porche frente a la playa con una increíble vista de la playa y el Golfo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king size, uno tiene una cama queen size y el tercero es una reina sobre una litera king. You walk out the back door and it’s like you have your own private beach. We got to see the jets fly over multiple times and even rode horses on the beach. Both of these things were on my bucket list! The home was clean and had plenty of space! We will definitely be back!

We loved this beach house and location to the beach. The only downfall for us was being right next to the river entering the gulf. We were hoping for clear blue water some of our stay, but the fact it was storming most days caused the water to not be clear. Overall everything was wonderful! Amazing views, plenty of space, and loved all the decks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and Coastal Joe and the maintenance team worked really hard to resolve them in a quick fashion. The house was overall very clean upon arrival. We did have a black bear visit and knock over the trash can two nights scattering trash all over the yard which is nobody’s fault at all, but maybe something to be aware of. This house is definitely on the pricey side, but extremely nice. I will also say there are a lot of stairs. Someone who is older or disabled may have a difficult time. It wasn’t too bad except when carrying all of our things in and packing up to come home. Again this was something we expected for a large beach house for being directly on the beach. We are highly appreciative of the pet friendly homeowners and beaches!

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Nightmare With Bats!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the first night of our stay at Paradise Palms, we encountered 6 bats inside the home in 4 days. We notified Coastal Joe, who sent out Coastal Wildlife instead of moving us to another property immediately. Coastal Wildlife found a main point of entry from the outside to the inside of the home, which we sealed off from the inside. We then encountered more bats afterward. We called the emergency/after-hours number 6 times that evening, and our calls were never answered, and our message was never returned. We received a text the next morning (too late for us) which stated that they didn't know what had happened with the phone and the calls (it is stated in their literature that cell phones may not work there, but ours worked fine the entire time). Instead of answering the text, we presented at Coastal Joe's office in person to request to be moved to another property. We felt that their attitude was indifferent once we described our entire experience. We were then moved to another larger property, Attitude Adjustment, which is a beautiful property. We only stayed there two more nights. However, our vacation had been ruined by 4 nights of terror with these bats. Every night, we were forced to seal ourselves in our bedroom with towels under the door. Our two girls were too afraid to sleep at night, and we had to share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom (which we were lucky to have had), so that no one had to leave their room. We requested a credit for the 4 nights that were ruined but were told that the funds had to be shared between Paradise Palms and the new property, Attitude Adjustment. No concessions were offered, other than our move, to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Please do not rent this property until this issue has been fully resolved, so that no one else has their vacation ruined as we did. We paid too much money for this property to have had the experience that we did, and we should've been offered a full refund for PP.

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, very well taken care of. Very comfortable beds, ample supply of towels and linens, well-stocked kitchen. The decks and comfortable outdoor furniture were one of our favorite things as we spent lots of time outside chatting, watching dolphins, and taking in sunsets in comfort! Great supply of family games and books if you forgot to bring your favorites. We loved that we were able to have a bonfire on the beach, and there were even two palms perfectly spaced to hang our hammock from. The pool was great, however even being heated it wasn't particularly warm enough for our liking. The management company was very attentive and did try to remedy the pool heat issue several times, but I would just skip paying for the heat next time.

House was great

We stayed here for the first week of October. The house itself was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, a 6 year old, a 2 year old, and an older large dog). I have no complaints. The beds were very comfortable (I did find a can of bedbug spray under a sink which scared me, but we didn’t have any problems). There was a bunk bed, but I would not recommend for younger children (my 6 year old was afraid to sleep up there). There are a lot of stairs, so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was awesome, loved that it was screened in. You have your own boardwalk. We loved the remoteness of the property, we rarely saw anyone else on the beach! We saw sharks and dolphins, and found bear tracks in the dunes outside the house. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, but that has nothing to do with the house itself. The water was VERY dark and murky along this stretch of beach — like you cannot see to the bottom even where shallow — and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it (we saw other people in it though). The house is really close to a deep creek that flows into the ocean, and we saw several sharks feeding there, so I would not get in this water. It wasn’t a huge issue, because the state park’s blue clear water is a quick drive, but loading 2 sandy kids in a car was a pain for us so we would probably try to stay closer to the park next time.
