Este es un hermoso y espacioso 3 BR / 2. Casa de 5 baños frente al mar (2,600 pies cuadrados) con un área de patio de piscina completamente protegida que alberga una piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje (Hay una tarifa por calefacción) y admite mascotas.

El segundo piso ofrece un área de cocina; área familiar, rincón de desayuno; área de comedor al lado del golfo; Medio baño y lavadero. En el área familiar hay techos de diez pies de altura y persianas personalizadas en las ventanas, mientras que un porche con mosquitero amueblado ofrece acceso a la playa a las arenas blancas en polvo por las que el Golfo de México es famoso.

El tercer piso ofrece tres amplias habitaciones, dos de las cuales brindan acceso a un gran porche frente a la playa con una increíble vista de la playa y el Golfo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king size, uno tiene una cama queen size y el tercero es una reina sobre una litera king. El área familiar del segundo piso también ofrece un sofá cama queen y un sofá cama doble.

We really enjoyed our time here! Gorgeous views! Our dogs loved being able to experience the beach. The house is so open, bright and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of shells. Really great property to get away from the crowd and enjoy the beach. Thanks!

We had a wonderful week. The house was beautiful, the location was awesome and the pool was amazing especially after a day at the beach. Beds were comfy and furnishings were very nice. Sitting on the decks overlooking the ocean was so relaxing.

You walk out the back door and it’s like you have your own private beach. We got to see the jets fly over multiple times and even rode horses on the beach. Both of these things were on my bucket list! The home was clean and had plenty of space! We will definitely be back!

Great experience in a beautiful place

Management was top notch throughout the process and very communicative, even during off hours. The property is beautiful and the kids stayed busy all day, every day. The location is good. Far enough away that it's calm and quiet, but close enough to get things when needed. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October.

Perfect Locatiom

The location of this property is by far the best we’ve experienced along the Florida panhandle. The home is beautiful. The private pool needs a little work, but we still used it and we would definitely stay again!

Coastal Joe vacation

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside is the river/ stream that runs into the ocean close the property. Following a heavy rainfall it made the ocean water brown and murky.

Wonderful home and location

We brought our some and his friends down for spring break and it was perfect. Oceanfront property listening to the water was amazing and the boys could hang out at the beach and be in view for us not to worry about them. The pool was clean and also another great spot for them to hang out. The house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the location and privacy, was disappointed that the pool did not function as expected. Would visit again in the future, but not request pool be heated, was too cold to enjoy or use.

Family Spring Break

The house was maintained and clean and all the furnishings were more than adequate(I'm picky). Walk off the back screened in porch onto the beach or jump into the screened in pool on the front of the house. A good variety of restaurants all within 10-15 minutes and a piggly wiggly in Port St. Joe. Not overcrowded but not in the middle of nowhere, just what we we were looking for in a family vacation.

We loved this beach house and location to the beach. The only downfall for us was being right next to the river entering the gulf. We were hoping for clear blue water some of our stay, but the fact it was storming most days caused the water to not be clear. Overall everything was wonderful! Amazing views, plenty of space, and loved all the decks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, and Coastal Joe and the maintenance team worked really hard to resolve them in a quick fashion. The house was overall very clean upon arrival. We did have a black bear visit and knock over the trash can two nights scattering trash all over the yard which is nobody’s fault at all, but maybe something to be aware of. This house is definitely on the pricey side, but extremely nice. I will also say there are a lot of stairs. Someone who is older or disabled may have a difficult time. It wasn’t too bad except when carrying all of our things in and packing up to come home. Again this was something we expected for a large beach house for being directly on the beach. We are highly appreciative of the pet friendly homeowners and beaches!

Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels available. There was a minor problem with the pool not being heated for a couple of days, but that was corrected! We enjoyed all the places to sit and enjoy the weather and a cocktail.

Property descrption was accurate. Pool was not heated and was cold in October. Cell service is hit and miss. Could not really watch tv as it kept freezing up and pausing. Home has basic items in kitchen.
