Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Feat 2king & queen bed! Conveniently on the 4900 block of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street in the heart of the amazing uptown corridor! Near all the parade routes, 2 blocks from Rouses, Win-Dixie, and across the street from Golden File Nail Salon! All the street parking around here is free and abundant! This home was beautifully restored but still feats many historic features of a Historic New Orleans Shotgun - Each room is connected!

House in a great spot. I did have issues getting into the door at first and property owner was not the easiest to get in touch with. This stay has ample amount of space for a large group or family. Beds were very comfortable, TVs worked, and AC was great. Parking was no problem. The shower curtain liner was stained and looked dirty. The bath towels are also almost near shreds.

Great location, host was very quick to respond, and parking was always available. This house had everything we needed and more! Beware the gas station up the road by Wendy's, it has the highest gas price in the city. Thanks for hosting us, we'd love to come back again!

Listing was accurate and exactly what we needed for a girls trip home base in between shopping and dining. The kitchen was nice but did not have everything you may need if you plan to cook or entertain.

The house was in good condition. The rooms, beds, dishes, and furniture were clean as well. The owners communicated and responded effectively during the process. The only concern that I had was the floors were not cleaned to my expectation(they were dusty) and there wasn’t anything other than a broom to tidy the floors with. I did not communicate that to the owner. I just used what I had to clean the floor during my stay.

My overall experience was great. Finding the house and checking in was easy. I was hesitant about leaving my car on a major thoroughfare. But I parked it on Sunday and did not touch it until I left Wednesday morning. And it was just fine. The AC was cold and the bed was very comfortable. Being close to grocery stores is also a plus.The host were so very informative.She also had impeccable communication. Every thought was put into consideration when describing checking in and even how to use the AC. I would definitely suggest staying here. And staying here again.

Host communicated within a timely manner. The location is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the French Quarter so I would recommend getting a rental if you can. Very cute place had a great time!

Quick trip

The house is very cute and charming. The location is perfect for not staying in the French Quarter but still wanting to visit. Communication was stellar with Adam and 10/10 recommend.

Great location

We stay in New Orleans regularly and this unit has some very positive attributes. Location is perfect if you have a car. Plenty of parking and a very short drive to everywhere. Walkable to two excellent grocery stores. Unit was very clean, had great AC, and the host was an excellent communicator. Would stay there again.

It was fun to stay in a Shotgun house typical of New Orleans. It had plenty of space for our family though only 1 bathroom at the back but we knew that beforehand. The air conditioning was very nice & kitchen perfect for our needs. Thanks for the great place

Charming House

The listing is spot on. Conveniently located near everything, yet peaceful. Parking was first come first serve. (On street). But that's New Orleans. Would definitely recommend this listing. Clean and very comfortable!

Great location/Noisy neighbors

Place was in a great spot near the French quarter and also walking distance to a few good pubs and restaurants. Very affordable to rent the place and slept 4 comfortably. Downside was there was only one bathroom and you had to walk through all 3 bedrooms to the back of the apt to use the bathroom. Also, this was a duplex and the next door neighbors were extrememly noisy. Walls were thin so we could clearly hear talking and the wood floors amplified the loud footsteps of the neighbors. The neighbors seemed to never sleep so noise was at 2am, 3 am or 5am...whenever. Traffic noise was not an issue even though it was a busy street. One issue we had was when we first got there, the dishwasher had an inch or more of standing water inside and a slightly moldy smell. The rentors did eventually agree to drop off some supplies so we could hand wash the dishes (drying rack and sponges). Anyway, not a huge deal. It was the noisy neighbors that ruined what would have been a great stay.

A group of us went to NOLA t osee some music. This home was walking distance to Tipitina's and pleanty of fun dive bars.

Nice place to stay

Nice location and has everything you need.The rooms are all connected, if you need to go to the rest room or taking a shower you have to walk through all rooms since the bathroom is at the very end.Since we were with the family and very close friends of our kids that wasn’t a big problem for a single night.I can recommend this venue for everyone.

Tulane visit

We were very happy with the house. It’s near many restaurants. The house is clean. I’m sure if we came back we book again. It was close to the Tulane Universty, French quarter, river. I was a very good place to stayed. Thank you.

Amazing Host & Beautiful location and home

This host is the best host I have ever had staying in any type of short term rental home. The home was clean, lots of room for our family of 4! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We were so close to everything and especially my lovely sister I was visiting that has been living in NOLA for 20 years. The host was communicative, very on top of things or any questions we had. I will be staying with this host in particular anytime we come to this city. PERIODT! Thank you so so much, we will be back!!!!
