This beautiful and well kept house is perfect for a family, especially one with teenagers who love to bike and play tennis and basketball. It’s close to Megansett beach, where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, and great swimming with a lovely sandy beach. Good quality towels and sheets are provided, which made our stay with 7 people a lot easier. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a wonderful vacation in this house.

Fabulous house and location

LOVED our stay at this amazing property. The location was walking distance to beach, playground, library, some shops and a some great restaurants. Beautiful spacious yard. Owners a delight to communicate with. Hope to make it back next year.

We WERE charmed in Meganset

Wonderful open porch, great sunroom for reading, comfortable living room for games, spacious outdoor shower, big lawn and garden, walk to the beach- what more could you ask? Deb and Ted's vacation home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The whole family had a wonderful time.

Wonderful week with Family

This property gave our family the perfect spot to spend one of the last weeks of summer together. We have 3 sons with significant others. We were all able to share the space and be together to play games, have dinner, talk and relax.

Thanksgiving

We booked this house, for the long weekend, to host my annual Thanksgiving dinner. This house had the large dining room table and plenty of counter space. The owner left out a few things to help with our dinner. We followed our dinner with a walk to the local beach for the sunset. Overall a perfect day!

Perfect Cape Cod Holiday

We loved our weeklong stay at this charming home. It was the perfect spot for our immediate family - 6 adults and 1 dog. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need - we especially enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and hanging out in the family room. The place is centrally located and provided us easy car access to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandwich, Chatham and all of the near by beaches. The Shining Sea Bike Path is minutes from the house and a definite for bicycle enthusiasts. We had perfect weather during our stay and actually did not spend much time at home - we were out and about!

We were two families that stayed in the house for a week. There were 5 adults, 4 young children and a dog. It was very comfortable. The highlight was the yard for the kids and dog to play while the adults relaxed on the porch. Any question or concern we had was addressed super quickly! The beach is walkable but with young kids we would drop everything off and have one of us take the car back and walk over. It was also end of season so when we went at the end of the day we just kept an eye on the car and all was fine. Also great to have a small playground and library nearby for the kids. We would definitely consider staying again.

Fabulous time!

We had the most amazing trip! Check in was so simple and everything we needed was right at the house. The beach was a short walk and there were many restaurants and fun activities to do from biking to mini golf! My friends and I were so happy to be able to reunite in such a beautiful place. With there being 10 people some places can feel cramped but not this house!!! There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortable and enjoy our time! Thanks again so much!!!

Charmed again

Our favorite features of this gracious shingle-style home are the wonderful wrap-around porch and the sunroom. There is plenty of space for family or friends to spread out. The home is equipped with everything you will need for the beach and for cooking at home if you choose to do that. There is some street traffic, but that is balanced out by the wonderful huge yard and the short distance to charming Meganset Beach. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Intergenetational Family Vacation

This property was a perfect setting for our family vacation with kids and grandkids. The house and yard were beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the wrap around porch. The kids loved that they could walk/bike/scooter to the playground right up the street with playscape, tennis courts, and basketball. Megansett beach(easy walking distance )was lovely - the kids loved low tide and did some great fishing off the docks. The sunsets were beautiful too. The house was super comfortable and well equipped with sheets, towels, and most everything you would need. Ted and Deb were responsive and great to work with. Hope to return next summer!

Nicely appointed house in quiet neighborhood

The house was in North Falmouth, a short drive to Megansett Beach. There were plenty of beds for all of our family and more. The furnishings were very comfortable. We ate out all meals, so we didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, and the large side yard was pretty to see from the side porch. The beaches in Falmouth were all very nice, and we enjoyed a trip on the Island Queen ferry to spend a day on Martha's Vineyard. It seemed to be about a 15-minute drive to most other locations like Falmouth Center. The owners were very responsive and good to deal with. Overall, a lovely experience. Thanks!

Not only will you be charmed....

...this Megansett Beach house will knock your socks off. We had a wonderful stay, Deb is a fantastic host - great communication. The house is amazing and location could not have been better. I especially loved the outdoor shower, roomy and not slippery at all. The large yard is well maintained and excellent for families. We all enjoyed our morning coffee and chats on the porch. The neighborhood is very friendly, we went on daily walks. There is an entrance to the Cape Bike Path nearby for great morning runs. The kitchen could use a larger pot/pan selection - there isn't a skillet or cookie sheet and only 1 large pot. I would hardly call this an impact, I just happen to be a cook and we loved the house so much we opted to eat a number of our meals in.

Wonderful stay in North Falmouth

Great Cape house in walking distance of Megansett Beach (don’t miss the fantastic sunsets). We enjoyed biking to the nearby shining sea bike trail which goes all the way to Woods Hole. House was perfect size for our family with big kitchen area, living room, and sun room. Beds comfortable and kids liked the basement with air hockey. Very pretty garden and outdoor wrap around deck. Host was responsive. Great rental, we had a fantastic vacation.

Family Wedding

Such a fabulous house! Beautiful property and very well maintained. It was in the perfect location as we have cousins about 2 blocks away. This house had absolutely everything we could have needed. We are already looking at availability to rent this house again!
