STEPS from the BEACH you will find our 3 story beach house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Nestled in the gulf side neighborhood of La Playa we are just steps away from the Beach via our private boardwalk accessible to our guests. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails from one of two beautiful outdoor patios with Gulf of Mexico views. We truly have stunning 360 degree views of Port Aransas from this gorgeous home! Located off of marker 7 on the beach this location cannot be beat!!!!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful gulf views. This bedroom has a 55in TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and a giant walk in closet.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and maybe the best views of the ocean in the house. Watch the sun rise from bed or watch a sunset out the custom port windows.
The third guest bedroom has a custom built in bunk bed that the kiddos will love but is also great for adults! Built in stairs make this bed easily accessible. Yes, you can see the ocean thru the port hole windows.
The second bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a shower/bathtub combo-perfect for little ones.
Both the second and third bedroom have 32" smart TV's.
Both living areas have 65" smart TV's with Spectrum internet and streaming apps, electric fireplaces and sleeper sofas.
The kitchen and living room are located on the third floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a patio located off the living room with views of the beach and ocean you will never want to leave!
A second, larger patio is located off the front of the house and has a table for outdoor dining.
There is a washer/dryer available to guests.
We do not allow access to the garage for now.
There is parking for up to three cars and you must park within the boundaries of the property. There is no street parking allowed in La Playa Neighborhood.
Please use our outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming upstairs!

Great beach house getaway
Newbies to Port A and the host was amazing with suggestions and made sure the house was great. Loved the views and ease of getting to the beach. Comfy beds and bright beach theme made it perfect. The kitchen was sticked for cooking and we loved eating on the deck. The third floor deck is a great shaded retreat with a view and breeze for reading .

Great stay for families
We stayed over spring break and while the weather wasn't great the house provided lots of indoor and outdoor space to keep everyone entertained. It's so close to the beach and only maybe a 3-5 minute walk over the boardwalk to the beach which was awesome. The owners were very friendly, responsive and take great care of their house.

Beautiful place close to the beach.
This was our second time to stay here. The first time was for my grandson’s first beach trip. He is now 3 years old and his little sister is 7 months and it was her first beach trip. It was a beautiful place for both experiences.

Very nice house with great views and outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. This is our second time in the LaPlaya neighborhood and we really like it. Would definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful house and Great location
We finally made it to Port A for the first time and we fell in love with the town AND the house in LaPlaya! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The location was better than I expected and the house was beautiful and clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the beach each day and I could see my tent set up from the house! The beach is an easy walk and an even easier golf cart ride. We will def

Amazing views and So Clean!
Me, my husband and our two kids (baby and 5 year old) stayed here to visit family in Port A. This was one of the cleanest, nicest homes we have stayed at! Everything was just perfect. It was nice to have views from the balcony and shade! The house had everything you could need. My husband is big on the cooking supplies a house has and this one passed his test! The beds were very comfortable and the shower/baths were super clean and nice.The host, Brandon, was super communicative and while we didn't have any issues, I feel they would have been resolved super quick. We've stayed at a few other places in this neighborhood (including next door) and it is so nice to walk over to the beach! Great place for a family, super quiet and convenient! Can't wait to come back!

The house was beautiful, and could see the ocean. We enjoyed every minute of it. Brandon was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic!
Awesome place, well decorated for the beach vibe, incredible views, short walk to the beach. We had our family vacation around a school break for our college son. We had another VRBO booked, but 2 days prior to check in, we were notified it had bed bugs. Found this place AKA the Light House which was closer to the beach & town with far better views. Overall price was slightly less than the previous place. Communication with property management/owners was exceptional, even when I didn't fully read their info sheet. Give it a 9.9 out of 10 because it wasn't quite perfect. We will be returning. 1 warning, you will get your steps in!

Great family vacation house
Nicely updated property that is very close to beach for cart access or to walk from private path. Had what we needed for grilling and cooking. Excellent view from upper patio for morning coffee and great side patio with dinner table for family dinners.

Great property in prime location
We had a great time for a long weekend. Great amenities, clean property and well decorated. Short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. 5 minutes from downtown. Will come back!
