Bienvenido a la Unidad 306, ubicada en el 3er piso de Waterpointe 1 en la sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

Esta unidad presenta lo siguiente:

Vistas directas al balcón frente al mar: 3 habitaciones (King, Queen, 2 individuales), dos baños completos, uno con ducha, cocina de tamaño completo con lavadora y secadora, e increíbles vistas sin obstáculos del océano desde el balcón de 16 pies, que es accesible desde la sala de estar y la suite principal.

Ubicado directamente en el océano, está a solo un par de minutos del condominio a la playa de arena.

Todos o nuestros alquileres incluyen ropa de cama, toallas, camas recién hechas a la llegada y limpieza de salida.

Ubicado en 4619 South Ocean Blvd en la sección Windy Hill Beach de North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 es el lugar perfecto para una escapada tranquila. Windy Hill es conocida por su ambiente tranquilo y familiar, lejos de las multitudes y el ruido de Main Street o del centro de Myrtle Beach, pero a menos de 5 minutos de docenas de restaurantes y actividades.

Waterpointe 1 cuenta con una piscina cubierta climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina al aire libre, piscina para niños al aire libre, área de parrillas con mesas de picnic, tableros de maíz y terrazas.

Esta unidad es para no fumadores / no se admiten mascotas debido a alergias de los propietarios.

Great location, the condo and building grounds were clean and nice. Very quiet , could not hear other neighbors at all. One bedroom was very small with the twin beds but it worked out ok. Enjoyed our stay !

Disappointing

I was expecting, from pictures, a more updated condo. We arrived December 26 and there was no heat. The owner offered to put us up for one night in the condo next door but we declined since we did not want to leave belongings overnight and the front blind of optional place was broken. The leather furniture had a crack in sofa and some things were painted over to hide flawed wood.The owner sent his son to check on the heat but nothing was working. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience and it was cold. I will say the owner had someone there before 9 am. The workman said the wires had to be replaced. The nexr night there was a toilet leak. The owner sent his son to troubleshoot. It was a temporary fix and he ended up purchasing a replacement kit. He tried to repair it but it didn't work. He admitted to having repaired toilets but has no experience with this particular problem.On day three, a plumber was called in. He spoke of how old the plumbing was and explained he hoped all of the plumbing wouldn't have to be replaced. He said it was the original system from when the condo was built. Thankfully, it worked but that was three days of using one bathroom instead of two. We left a day early due to sudden death of family member. The owner was nice but for a special celebration, my cancer remission, I was disappointed. Invest in updating.

Location and Views!

Great location, great views, average condo. Easy check in and out. Nice large kitchen. A couple of cons: the third bedroom is more of a closet; older furnishings throughout. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and efficient. The ocean front balcony was a very nice size. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that my 18 year old daughter got stuck in the elevator. It was a very traumatic experience. After we had to pry the door open and get her calmed down, I called to report the broken elevator and I was told they knew it was working correctly and was waiting for it to be worked on. I feel like signs should have been posted on each floor to let people know NOT to get on the elevator while it wasn't working properly!!! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!

Perfect beachfront/oceanfront location that is safe, clean, and comfortable for couples and families.

Before writing this review, I already reached out to book our second trip. This location and property was perfect for our family. On this trip, we had our two daughters with us- ages 15 and almost 4- and my in-laws. Everyone enjoyed their time and was sad to leave. This location is steps from the beach and water, which is a huge selling point for us. My in-laws have mobility issues and loved being able to sit on the balcony and be able to watch their granddaughters experience wave jumping and sandcastle building. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It is safe, comfortable, and clean. We ate most of our meals in and the condo’s appliances were perfect. When we wanted to go out, Barefoot landing is just down the road along with a plethora of other eateries.

A relax vacation

nice, neat, quiet property. Good location, near to barefoot landing and malls. The manager is friendly. The quiet time is really quiet. We really enjoyed the property, it has everything we need. The beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend it and come back.

Fun getaway

We were very happy with it all. The location, cleanliness, stock of kitchen appliances and utensils made it a very easy getaway place. The indoor/outdoor pools also were a nice option for rainy days or where you wanted to get in the water but not the ocean. There was even a little reading area stocked with all kinds of various books and a comfy couch or seats to choose from. Added bonus was I saw one day they even did arts and crafts there

Black Friday stay

My family always heads down for Black Friday weekend. We have stayed at Waterpointe II. This was our first time at Waterpointe I. We absolutely loved the location and the proximity to everything! Condo had everything we needed! Very nice and comfortable! Would stay again!!!

Great Experience as always!

Our stay this year @ Waterpointe 1 was wonderful as always! We had a different unit this year 306. Nice unit, could use some updating in main bathroom and carpet in second bedroom, but otherwise beautiful unit. We had some issues as sometimes happens when renting and they were handled immediately. Could not thank Randy and Debbie enough for everything they did to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

Great place to stay for softball nationals in MB!

Enjoyed our stay while our daughter had games at Grand Park. Stayed here last summer too for the same reason. Lovely to wake up to the sunrise and to hav e a short walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat close by within walking distance!

Fantastic views with a place big enough for ones family

My family and I really enjoyed our stay (5 of us). There was more than enough room, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking as you were so close to the beach. Also I had been here a year earlier, and I much preferred this building as it was easier to get on an elevator (shopping carts and bellhops located at bottom for guests to use). Definitely will be back and I recommend any future guests to stay and relax and let the worries go away!

Great condo and well maintained building

My sister and I spent a week in this wonderful unit. The owners have done a great job with decorating and it is very comfortable and airy. The view from the 3rd floor is stunning. This unit is at the end of the building and it was so quiet! The owners have made sure you have everything you could possibly need! We loved how clean and well maintained the unit and the building were.The cabinets are not cluttered , but well organized and clean. We hated to leave! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager does a great job with making check in and check out go smoothly. He is quick to answer questions or concerns before and during the trip!

Great time and place!

We had a great time. The indoor pool was great and being able to just walk out to the beach was awesome. The only real complaint we had was that the beds and pillows with the king and queen need replaced. They were a little sunken in and uncomfortable. Besides that everything was super clean. All the kicthen gadgets were there. Enough seating to be cozy. Plus the added bonus of a washer and dryer so you truly don't need to overpack! We had a great time and would come back again!

My wife & I were blown away by this property. From the decor & cleanliness of the property to the location/view, & excellent communication with the property managers Randy & Debbie this condo was outstanding. Would love to come back again. Also everyone @ Water Pointe 1 was so friendly.
