Esta casa de 5 dormitorios está a solo minutos del centro de South Lake Tahoe, a menos de una milla a pie de algunos bares, restaurantes y una cafetería que se encuentran en el grado Kingsbury al lado de esta casa.

Con 2 cocinas, una gran terraza para hacer barbacoas, con capacidad para 14 y la excelente ubicación, esta es la casa perfecta de 5 dormitorios para sus vacaciones.

Entras en la acogedora sala de estar que tiene una chimenea, TV de pantalla grande y está abierta a la cocina. En este nivel se encuentran los dormitorios 1 y 2, cada uno con camas queen, televisores y un baño compartido completo en el pasillo. El lavadero está en el pasillo hacia el garaje.

En el segundo piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal 3 con una cama king, TV y baño privado completo. El cuarto dormitorio tenía una cama litera con una doble en la parte superior, completa en la parte inferior y un nido doble. Debes caminar por esta habitación para ingresar a la segunda cocina y al área de la quinta habitación.

La segunda parte de la casa a través del dormitorio 4 se puede cerrar al resto de la casa y puede ingresar por las escaleras exteriores, lo que lo convierte en un excelente lugar para varias familias de vacaciones. Hay una cocina completa, 5 dormitorios con una cama queen y un televisor, una sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla grande, un sofá cama doble y un sofá cama doble. Hay un baño compartido completo en el pasillo.

Reglas de ocupación:
1) Según las reglas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Será cerrado de inmediato y perderá el depósito de seguridad y estará sujeto a más multas.

Great location but...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a relatively positive rental experience. We loved the location, the house was well stocked (dishes, towels, etc). The beds were uncomfortable to a few couples but that can be subjective. But with all the positives, (as we mostly enjoyed the property ), the takeaway was the cleanliness of the home. I stayed in the small studio apartment. Large cobwebs with numerous bugs were visible in two areas above the bed. Near the armoire and outlet was very dusty with a dead cockroach. This was easily visible and should have been cleaned prior. Inside the main house, the walls were filthy. Every family member mentioned this during our stay. Maybe it’s something we just notice but my guess is not. The wall areas around the outlets, stairs etc were discolored from dirt. To me, I can’t understand how this has not been dealt with prior. It’s unacceptable. It’s an old house, although updated nicely, but it comes across as old and dirty because of what I’ve mentioned. We discussed it as we left and all felt it would not be worth renting again next year (we come to the area each year). Just my two cents, do what you will with it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed here with 4 other couples, and were here in Tahoe to attend a friend's wedding. The house for the most part met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay and would rent this location again. It was well kept, a neat layout, and beautiful. Communication with the management company was good, but we did have to touch base a few times to clarify - such as to get check-in instructions that we never got 24 hours prior to arrival and to clarify parking instructions. It seemed like instructions for another type of property and the number of passes in the home did not match the instructions. They communicated back with us quickly confirming that we did not need passes as instructed and that these instructions were more for their condo rentals. This might be a nice thing to change for future, but wasn't a big deal. Another small thing to be aware of is the neighbors are pretty sensitive to noise, even before the "quiet hours" listed in the unit instructions. Our group was not overly rowdy, but we still got a request to lower our noise levels even before 9pm.We really enjoyed our stay. Even after one of our group forgot something at the home and the management company was able to go in a locate it. They haven't been quick to send it, but are willing to work with us on it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this property! Very clean, updated appliances, high end linens, plenty of towels including beach towels. Very well stocked. They had hair dryer, ironing boards, irons, upstairs and down stairs laundry. Hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. Separate areas to hang out if you want some quiet time. Walking distance to coffee shop. So close to casinos, restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great Home, Great Location

The property was clean and well maintained and overall matched the description and pictures. The house is stocked with cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.) and has everything you need. The house does not have bath soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms so make a note to bring your own. The property host was easy to get a hold of and responded back immediately when we reached out with questions on how to get into the hot tub since it was locked when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again.

Travelled with 3 couples and mother in law. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The extra kitchen and washer and dryer were a great bonus! Location was great.

Great stay, great location, beautiful property

Went to South Lake Tahoe for a Bachlor's party, 8 guys doing a gambling trip. Had a great time at the house watching the games. There was plenty of seating, comfortable rooms, a lot of space. There are two additional pieces to the house that is not immediately visible. There is an in-law suite connected to one of the rooms upstairs that we didn't see right away (mostly our bad lol) but there is also an additional room on the side of the property that we didn't know we had access to. Figured it out the second day but it should have been made a bit clearer, not sure if I missed it in the communications. Regardless, very close to the state line, easy drive, great secluded location, we were up late and were able to be a bit loud without any issues. Would 100% stay here again, everything was done really well!

A beautiful place to stay

The overall home was beautiful and had a lot of room for a family to relax and spend time. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. The kitchen was spacious and we loved the oven range! There are plenty of utensils and cookware to enjoy a home cooked meal. Thank you for the responsive and hosting us!

The management was very responsive with our needs, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more, the cabin was so clean, modern, well kept & overall so lovely! There was good separation between the rooms / bathrooms and everything felt so spacious. The location is super close to Heavenly too. Highly recommend!!

Good place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a really nice coffee shop. the house is bigger than I expected and I the second floor was quite a suprise with another kitchen and living space. Would be a perfect place to stay if you had to stay with your in laws as you would never have to see them lol
