Board and Ski Vacattion

Great place, just a short drive from any of the lifts for the mountain. Place was clean, well stocked, and labeled. Good communication with the property manager or owner. Who also stopped by to check in and make sure everything was going well.

Great Place!

This property is great! The location is awesome, the house is clean and large. The hot tub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the open space behind the house as well. I would certainly stay here again.

Family Trip to Lake Tahoe

The house was perfect for our family ski trip to Tahoe this year, the house was so roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and really enjoyed spreading out. The location to the ski resort and South Lake Tahoe was unbeatable, we made several trips during the day back and forth from the Heavenly Village to the house and it was so nice to be right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again with our larger family when we head back in the near future.

Fantastic memories in an awesome home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. We loved that 6 of the rooms had king beds and 5 of the rooms had attached bathrooms. Everyone was comfy and cozy in the very comfortable beds and accommodations. No stairs to enter home, which enters into a landing area. There are about four to five steps down from the landing area to the main living area. There is one bedroom with a king size bed on the main level. This room does not have a bathroom attached but does have a bathroom within about five steps outside the door. The chef we brought in was very happy with the kitchen set up and size along with the Viking stove top and oven. There are two refrigerators one in the home and one in the garage, so plenty of space for all of your food and drinks. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and baking, including all Cookware bakeware blenders Crock-Pot, spices, kitchen towels, every kitchen utensil imaginable, cutting boards, plenty of flatware and plenty of silverware for our large group. You really don't need to bring anything for cooking. There's one more bedroom half Way down the flight of stairs, which is the kids room with 6 twin beds pool table. The room has a half bath attached. All other bedrooms are completely downstairs. There are a total of five bedrooms downstairs including the master.. All of the rooms except one have a bathroom attached. The room without a bathroom attached has a bathroom immediately outside of the room.

Fantastic Home

This was a perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The views are stunning! Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was smooth. The house is located close to Heavenly Village, restaurants, and shopping. It was a lovely setting for a family vacation. Thank you!

Amazing Fall Golf weekend in Tahoe

We had a 10 person dad’s weekend in early October. The pictures did not do the house justice. Amazing spot on the Nevada side with great views. The inside was well equipped with comfortable couches, great TV viewing ( for endless college football) and a well appointed kitchen . Everyone had a comfortable bed and the hot tub and proximity to golf and casinos were really convenient. We’re planning on coming back next year,

The owner and property mgr are easily accessible. If need be which is rarity. Beautiful home in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Plenty of room to relax and entertain family and friends. You’ll not go wrong booking the spacious, nicely located home. 5 stars👍

Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was such an amazing time for me and my family. The house was amazing so much space kitchen was Fully stocked, we had everything we could possibly need. Even though there’s not a gate in the back, my dogs ran around stayed very close by. it wasn’t a problem at all. The beds are very comfortable TVs and every room plenty for the kids to do. They especially enjoyed the pool table room. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody also very conveniently located to heavenly village and other activities, thank you so much for your hospitality. We really appreciate it!

Scenic property close to all South Lake Tahoe has to offer

We were a group of nine celebrating our Mom’s 70th birthday. We wanted to all stay at the same property but have enough space for everyone. This beautiful home was perfect. The 6 master bedrooms all have a king bed and the game room was equipped with several bunks. The living areas are spacious and have lots of seating. The kitchen and dining room were very large and also had seating for groups much larger than ours. The kitchen was well appointed with numerous appliances, such as crock pots and blenders. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold all of our beverages as well. The view off of each balcony was truly beautiful. The sk- lift swing was a huge hit with everyone! This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet a close drive to the busy part of town. We had the perfect home to make our Mom’s 70th memorable.

Perfect spot for family weekend

We had the best time in this gorgeous perfectly appointed home. Our family ranged from 18-60. There was something for everyone and very close to beach and we enjoyed hiking behind the property. Love it!

Beautiful property!

Stunning home. Great location with direct access to hiking. Lots of places to gather including a large outdoor porch. Immaculately clean with a well-stocked and labeled kitchen. Lots of small private balconies to get away from the large family when needed. Hot tub was clean and comfortable.

Great Property

We really enjoyed the stay. Great property for families. Access to hiking. House was perfect for people who want to gather in groups or retreat to their own space. Showers had great water pressure and immediate hot water. House is in a great location. Property manager was nice and helpful. Rules were simple. We would definitely stay again.

Family Stay for Wedding

This property is gorgeous, with stunning views East Peak and Tahoe. There was plenty of space for the folks who were staying there to be comfortable. The kitchen is huge, and had plenty of space for cooking. The parking is limited, 6 cars total. While the garage is a two car garage, you would have trouble fitting two SUVs inside of it (we fit a RAV 4 and compact car). There is no street parking for rental units in Stateline, but the other houses definitely were parking on the street at all hours of the day. The advertisement states that "• Everything feels brand new, stylish, clean and well-maintained." Which is only partially true. The house is clean, but not brand new, and there were definitely some maintenance issues that need addressing. The lights in the emergency kit were also out of batteries. This became evident when we had a power outage. That all being said, this house was perfect for our stay and I would recommend it to others.

Great house

Rented this house during the first weekend of March Madness. Great set-up, owner and property manager were easy to work with. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful multi-family stay

The house was better than advertised. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat. The place is huge and perfectly set up for multiple families. We dont have anything negative to say at all. Great trip.

Great Spot for a Group Vacation to Heavenly

We had multiple families with 6 year olds skiing at Heavenly and this property was perfect! The Property Manager was very easy to communicate with and the House was stocked with everything we needed. The living area was very accommodating for our group- we never felt like we were crowded. Beautiful home and great location to the lake and slopes.

Great property

My family and I went skiing in Tahoe right when the blizzard hit. The house was perfect and as advertised. The manager reached out to us to make sure everything was ok.They shoveled the driveway every morning so that we wouldn't have any issues getting out. Great host and great house

What an amazing week !

We travelled as a group of longstanding friends, that are family in all but name. Us and our 6 & 8 year old, My oldest friend and his wife and my other oldest friends wife and 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter. Arrived really late at night, zero issue with access and communication. House is amazing !!!! Split over multiple levels, with all the main bedrooms on one floor, plenty of space to put the kids in their own rooms or share if they wanted. Master suite having a fireplace was a joy ... There was literally anything we needed in the huge kitchen and the living space having multiple areas was perfect. We picked the best week for skiing, Loads of snow before we arrived, 5 perfect clear days and then snow the night before our last full day. Stagecoach and boulder lifts just up the road, Main gondola for Heavenly 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, bars and takeaway food within minutes. We all enjoyed the hot tub, kids played in the snow ... it was just perfect. As a group we have had a tough year and this was just what we needed. Next time we are in Tahoe, I wouldn't rent anywhere else ! If you are on the fence, don't be, you won't regret it
