There were dirty dishes put up in cabinets, limited cookware, dried food on cabinets, floor was sticky, balcony chairs all broken, toothpaste on mirror in bathroom.

Only one pan to cook with, which didn't matter. Construction next door starting at 6:00 am, also on going construction project at the resort, mattresses were just ok. The weather and water were great

The room was overall great and just as pictured. However I feel the cleaning crew could have done better due to clothes left in room from previous guest, the floors still black, the counters after wiping down had stuff all over them, and most importantly the people before us as well had unfortunately decided to smoke in there and the smell was so strong. The curtain and bedding need a good cleaning in the master room for sure. I went to DG and bought cleaning supplies to try my best to help the situation. It got the smell out for the most part but still was there and was left strong in the master no matter how much I cleaned. It may need a new air filter after that. With that being said I did message the owner and he was very communicative.

Perfect stay! We always stay at the summit, this unit was perfect for all of us! The bed in the kitchen was a little tight when it was out for sleeping but other than that wonderful time as always! TIL next year PCB! Elevator was right outside our door which was a plus!

Very nice corner unit with great views

The unit was very nice. Only issues were the floor needed a good clean as do the baseboards & walls.

Perfect location and space

This was our second stay at the Summit, and we chose this room to accommodate our bigger group this year. The space was everything we needed and it was an up to date condo. Bathrooms were great, beds were comfy, and kitchen was great as well. The 3 stars is for the AC we didn’t have for the first 5 days of our stay though. While management did respond quickly it took 5 days and 2 technicians till we got AC. We were miserable in the rooms for like 80% of our vacation. I would definitely choose this room again, but I would verify the AC was working first.

Great condo and view

The condo and view is great. The only complaint I had was it needs a really deep clean, especially the floors; they were filthy. HAD to wear shoes all the time.

Boys Trip

It was a nice place. Great location able to walk to a lot of different places. Inside you could tell a lot of the doors were water damaged but they were fully functional so it didn’t really matter.

The Summit 801

Good location. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Hot water runs out before shower is done for 1 person showering. The thermostat is programmed so that you cannot turn the temperature below 68 degrees. Several of the light switches do not control the lights. You have to use pull strings to turn lights & fans on & off. So if it’s a really hot day you sweat right after showering. Not a place I would want to stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived! I loved the room! The balcony has a lot of room and the view of the ocean is beautiful. Next door they are doing construction and tearing down La Villa but we never heard noises. I enjoyed our room, it was big! One issue.... Bugs! You would see bugs at night!! I don't do roaches!! I went to the store and bought spray and traps! They were in a cabinet to the left of the refrigerator. Small to medium in size. I told The Summit but she said we would have to call the owners since they do not own this unit. We didn't. I figured they were probably closed on the weekend and by the time Monday came we only had two more nights left to stay. I would recommend this unit if they get rid of the bugs! I only ever saw them in the kitchen every night and in the living room twice. Check out is at 9 am but the cleaning people will open your door at 830 to drop their cleaning supplies off! It might scare you if you do not know this will happen! This unit is on the very end, in which I did love! The king size bedroom has a bathroom inside it. The other bathroom is in the hallway. The other bedroom is right when you come on in the door. The seating are was plenty with both tables and their bar stools and the sofa. The hot water was good in the shower. The four stars I have was because of the bugs! Please look into and this will be a better rating. Thank you.

Highly disappointed in our rental at The Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the floors were nasty, old food left behind the headboard in the queen size room. There were few paper and no cleaning supplies at all. We asked many times for a discount and were quickly dismissed. We found bugs in the kitchen (roaches), the bedrooms, and bathrooms and sent pics . We also were dismayed by the view/sounds of the daily demolition taking place outside the master bedroom balcony. We have booked with you so many times and this was just not up to your usual standard. I will no longer be booking through ECDI!!!

PCB Family Getaway

The condo and furnishings are beginning to show it's age. The mattresses are used and uncomfortable and the floors were dirty. At nightly rate we paid, I would expect the condo to have extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilette paper, etc. The kitchen has some pots and pans but no pot holders. Only one dish rag and towel in the kitchen. The resort pools indicate they are open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM but they closed every evening at 8:00 PM.

I had to fight with the shower curtain the whole time. I was trying to keep it from blowing in on me which allowed the water to get on the floor. They need shower doors or weighed shower curtains. The elevators got stuck. We stayed here in April so it wasn't to busy but we stayed in another condo last June and the elevators were so slow.

Family vaca

We were able and to check in early, which is always nice. The cleaning crew went above and beyond. The towels folded in animal shapes were a nice touch. The wrap around balcony had a perfect view of the sunset. Some of the light switches were oddly placed and controlled tv along with lights, which was challenging at night. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall 10/10

The stay was good the place was nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with our stay only thing I would say maybe the place could be a lil tyke more renovated and the beds squeaked the pull out coach could’ve been better the mattered topper wasn’t the best and the Murphy bed was not really cleaned however this is a good place for young people
